👍 How I missed their fried chicken and oyster cake! And for today’s lunch I am back with a vengeance 😉 They moved to a new location…much, much better and well lit! The ambience is still the same but most importantly my fried chicken and oyster cake have maintained its taste and quality 😋 People often mention chicken, fried, good, Sincerity, restaurant, Fried, taste, service, experience, oyster,

Place was crowded when we went there on Jan 30, 2022. Chinese New Year was only a few days away so that was only expected. It felt unsafe because of the pandemic, but I'm glad that their servers strictly required diners to present their vaccination card. It was 1pm when we arrived and servers were still busy. After around 20 minutes, our orders were finally taken. We indulged and ordered their bento meal (a mix of several items including fried chicken, which is their best-seller), fresh lumpia, machang and siomai. It took quite a while for our orders to be served but that was understandable. For a heavy meal for two, we spent Php700, which is already fair considering that we had to take out the siomai and fresh lumpia as were already full. You can actually spend half and still be full. Place seems worth visiting again on off-peak hours to try their other offerings.

I always order their original sincerity chicken and sincerity fried rice. It's the best combo! They have the best chinese style fried chicken I have ever tasted.

Comfort food at its finest. Half order of fried chicken is good for 3 persons (2 persons if super hungry). The fried chicken was so flavorful, the breading itself was already well-seasoned. The fried rice had strong lap cheong taste, which I like. It was not too oily and could be shared by two persons. The solo order of chami was hefty and packed with sahog (veggies and pork). Although seats were limited, the dining area was clean. Service was fast. They even handed out portable alcohol sanitizer spray after the meal.

The tasting menu is worth the money you are going to pay for it. Each dish is carefully planned and executed. The flavors blended well together, bringing a unique twist to what we have already been used to. The servers were very attentive and adept at explaining what the dishes were. It is definitely a must try! Pro tip, get a drink pairing with it, whether it is the non-alcoholic or the wine and cocktail pairing, it's definitely worth the added expense.

Amazing space and service. Great to see good fusion Filipino fine dining in Manila. Ordered the 9 course Tasting menu for 3,368 php and would definitely recommend. They also gave us a complimentary dessert dish to celebrate our engagement 🍾 A little difficult to find the entrance to the Clipp Centre

Their fried chicken is good! No need for gravy. There is a hint of sweetness, not just umami. The place is refreshing and clean, although waiting time is a bit long. There were a lot of people when we came here though. Make sure to go here during breakfast or lunch if you plan to visit, because they close early.

2nd place we visited for our Binondo food crawl. We ordered half of their Sincerity Chicken, Kiampong special Big and Shanghai Lumpia. All of them are good for 2 to 3 pax.

We were fortunate enough to be seated immediately upon arrival, which occurred before lunchtime. There was a thirty-minute wait before the meal was brought out to the tables. We went with their bento express, wonton soup, and kikiam for our meals. The chicken had the flavor of a typical chicken with some additional seasoning, but we didn't discover anything particularly remarkable about it; therefore, I don't understand why people keep exaggerating the quality of their chicken.

This restaurant is famous for their fried chicken and oyster cake. But I am not much of a fan of its flavor. While the chicken is tender, its sweetness was a little weird for me. The oyster cake was quite sweet too and not something you would like another serving of. Their service water, however, has lemons—something different from all of the other Binond restaurants.

LOVED EVERYTHING 💖💯😋 their lumpia, fried chicken, fried oyster cake, 8 treasures machang, and ampalaya omelet were SO GOOD!! The lumpia was unique and so siksik/generous!! Would definitely recommend!! The oyster cake also had A GENEROUS amount of oysters!! Wanted to order curry chicken and honey chicken or their 3 cups chicken, but all were unavailable 😅 only one kind was available. From our experience, the staff weren't friendly. They didn't reply, and when they did respond, it was usually with a frown :(( Also, the chicken on their machang was super dry, like, intensely dry.

I ordered a half Sincerity fried chicken and a small fried oyster cake. Both are excellent but I had no chance of eating even half of the oyster cake due to it’s generous size and the fact my eyes were bigger than my stomach! Chicken is excellent, a rather delicate flavor and very crunchy! I do prefer spicier foods but for Amoy style this is excellent!

Ratings are due to the following: 1. Staff are not paying attention to customers 2. No tissue given even when food was served 3. Foods are ok. They look sad 4. Prices are fine 🙄

One of the best tasting fried chickens you can find in the Metro. I have been going here since the lockdown was lifted last June 2020. One of the only open dine-in restaurants available in Binondo so this has been our go-to place after replenishing our business supplies in and around the area. The food is good enough to satiate your pangs of hunger but it is no gourmet restaurant by any stretch of the imagination. Let’s just say that we’re thankful that they are open at these times.

One of the must visit restaurants in Binondo. They are known for their Sincerity fried chicken, although my personal favorite is their oyster cake. Serving size is big. Their restaurant is clean compared to other restaurants in the area.

Sincerity Fried Chicken Sincerity Fried Chicken has crunchy breaded skin with well-seasoned and flavorful meat. Sincerity Fried Chicken costs Php 160.00 for Half Chicken and Php 320.00 for Whole Chicken. Fried Oyster Cake Oyster Cake is a combination of egg, rice flour, and oysters. The texture of the former is comparable with fried tikoy coated with egg but with the distinct flavors of an oyster. Fried Oyster Cake costs Php 200.00 for small and Php 250.00 for big servings.

Be prepared for an amazing journey with 9 course set Presentation:10 Experience:10 they take you outside and show you their garden etc Food taste:6 honestly most dishes were just ok, if I just look at taste it is good for regular food but if I compare to fine dining... not so much. But this is the Philippines where honestly culinary is not as great as other countries. For the Philippines this is 8/10 Service:10 absolutely superb service Exceeded expectations. It’s truly more than 9 course as they are generous with pallet cleansers etc Expect typical 2-3 hours for eating with 9 course Truly amazing restaurant with a unique experience that so far no other fine dining has done

Enjoyed our dinner here,. Steak could be a little bit better (was able to try both the aged and unaged ribeye cuts). But if you need to choose just get the un-aged cut, tastes better without the upcharge.

Amazing and creative tasting menu. There wasn't a bad dish in the lineup. Cocktails were delicious, and service was impeccable too. All the items were thoughtfully prepared and plated allowing your eyes to eat as well as your mouth. All the courses were small, but I was satisfied by the end of my 9 courses (plus 3 prologue, 1 *palate cleanser", and 1 epilogue courses that I didn't know were included). I will definitely come back.

(Translated by Google) The first time I came to the restaurant, the atmosphere is very good, you need to book a table in advance to prepare the meal! The ingredients are fresh, the taste is rich, delicious and amazing! The above five stars are worth it! But deducting one star means that the service staff needs further training! Since there was only one table of guests at noon that day, At the beginning, the store manager’s service was very attentive and detailed, But the service sister who took over was obviously missing a muscle! Repeated mistakes, I feel careless!

Had dinner here and opted for their 5-course meal. I was literally eating for a little over 2 hours, my so-called keto + IF were thrown out the window.. but it was worth it 😋 I can’t remember the names of each dish, but the staff (Raymart) patiently explained what was being served. Each meal was creatively presented, brought to life by the vibrant colors, unique ingredients and the stories they tell. Every bite is a burst of differing flavors and texture, that I would involuntarily moan in delight every time 👍🏼 Wanted to hug the chef and his crew afterwards, or at least give them a standing ovation for a job well done—but I guess the total bill is thank you enough (haha). It was a bit steep, but super sulit, based on the overall experience—ambiance, customer service, quality and quantity of food, etc. Highly recommended, if willing to spend more than the usual dinner budget 😊

One of Asia's, if not the world's best restaurants. Extremely thought out, well researched and curated menu that promotes Filipino culture and techniques infused with haute cuisine techniques. It's clear Chele and his team put a lot of thought and effort into every aspect of a dish, and it shows. Truly an amazing gastronomic space, with a test kitchen, outdoor space, and an amazing bar! My favorite spot in Philippines, without a doubt

Located on the 5th floor of a modern building, this place has two separate dining areas, one colorful and one dry grey, as well as a beautiful outside terrace. We were not impressed by the taste of the food, the stakes were blunt despite the fat a ribeye brings with it and the other various appetizers were equally indifferent with the sole exception of the kare Kare all in one small dark ball dish. The people working in this restaurant are wonderful and knowledgeable explaining ln detail all the dishes served. Pricing is reasonable for the kind and type of restaurant even though with most dishes it feels like there’s a high degree of amateurism and experimentation which unfortunately let down at least our gustative buds. I would kindly suggest that they will try all the dishes on offer one by one and accept honest (very honest) feedback from people and customers who want to see this restaurant thriving into the future (sugar coating feedback and reviews doesn’t help neither owner nor patrons). A gentleman supposed to be the Chef was passing around the tables asking the guests about their experience which I find very thoughtful and caring. Not sure I’m going back as none of the six of us was happy with the taste of the majority of servings but you should give it a chance because “taste is in the mouth of the beholder”

I would give this 7 stars!!!! MUST VISIT when you are in Manila! I had the most amazing night in your restaurant and i cannot thank you for the experience. It is so hard to pick my fave menu item (the smooth-as-silk-tuna perhaps) because the 5 course menu was so consistently good from top to finish. Thank you for incorporating the Filipino story in all the menu items (the bibingka cheesecake was to die for) and I hope more restaurants in the PH do this. The course meal came with a side trip to their terrace garden which grows their vegetables. You also get to meet the man behind the resto as they will swing you into the kitchen!

Went there with my friends today (03/20/2022). Super crowded on a Sunday. Ordered their Sincerity Fried Chicken and Sincerity Fried Rice (Big). Take note the big fried rice is only good for 2 if you're super hungry. And btw, we waited around 30mins before our order arrived.

If you are looking for quality chicken from a Chinese restaurant, then go for Sincerity Restaurant. I first discovered this place back when they were at Yuchengco street and I must say that this place had the best chicken around the area. It has that unique flavor that tasted so good and you'd go back to this place again and again.

Sincerity chicken remains undefeated! Special mention dishes are the Polonchay with Garlic, Shredded Beef with Onions (!!!), Sincerity Chami, and Fresh Lumpia. The only downside is really the overall atmosphere and cleanliness of the restaurant itself - but I understand the charm this place has. Definitely a must-have when you're around the area of Binondo.

We had dinner here in one of our trips to roam "Manila". We arrived near closing and the place were still packed, so I can't blame the waitresses to be tired but they should not let customers hear their comments "hanggang 7:30 lang bukas tapos paakyat pa ng paakyat ng tao", coz there were 3 parties that occupied the 3rd floor dining area, ours and 2 more groups, a total of about 15 to 20 hungry mouths. That was kinda rude. But we enjoyed the food anyways so we were still thankful for the wonderful meal.

We were lucky that our group of 5 were the first in line at Sincerity restaurant so we waited only a few minutes for a table to clear up on their 2nd floor. We ordered their fried chicken (of course!), oyster cake, lomi, asado bbq, and ampalaya beef. Everything had that authentic comfort chinese food taste that can only come from restaurants in Binondo. The wait staff did their job as effectively as possible serving multiple tables all at once. Kudos to them for keeping their kindness and patience towards their patrons.

The reviews affirms this as the best fried chicken, and they are not lying. The fried chicken is perfection the batter is crunchy and the meat is tender. The fc tastes subtle and has no overpowering flavor. Simply the best indeed.

We ordered their famous sincerity fried chicken, crab meat omelet, chorizo fried rice and bola-bola batchoy. Their signature sincerity fried chicken is good without a doubt, but their chorizo fried rice is just plain. The crab meat omelet is even horrible. The look isn’t even pleasingly good and too salty. The bola-bola batchoy is ok. Not worth the money. We ordered bihon guisado but unfortunately they missed our order. Had to wait 30 mins for the food to come

We went there on a Saturday and arrived a little before lunch. It's a good thing we went there early. When we arrived, the place almost full. The first and second floor were already full. Service was fast and the staff are friendly and polite. I liked everything we ordered except for the duck with misua soup. Their Sincerity Fried Chicken was to die for. Crispy and juicy on the inside! It has now become my standard for fried chicken! I will definitely go back here. You will definitely get your money's worth. Quality food at an affordable price.

Our first stop in our Binondo Food Crawl. Sincerity is always mentioned by vloggers in their food trips in Manila so we didn't hesitate to try it ourselves. They really proved themselves to deserve all that hype. Their food was very delicious especially their fried chicken. Their Kikiam was also very tasty though their Sincerity Fried Rice was just the normal fried rice that you can make at home. The place was well lit though some parts of their place can have some cleaning especially the CR. I recommend others to go here early to avoid the volume of customers. We went here to have our late breakfast but their ground floor was already almost full so we went to the second floor. Be patient because the orders could take a while to be completed and it is understandable because of the many customers. All in all, it was a very good first try. Will definitely comeback to try their other food.

First time to try both Sincerity Fried Chicken and Oyster Cake. Both are highly recommended! Had to wait in queue for around 50 minutes. (This was a Saturday). Make sure to look for kuya queue for a number. Also had to wait for around 20 minutes for the food. Price is very reasonable for two people. We ordered half fried chicken. And busog na kami. We saw another couple across another table and LOL they were not able to finish 1 whole order of chicken. If you're a group of 4 or 5 and even more, then heck, order 1 whole HAHAHAHA

Loved their authentic chinese food. This place is somehow underrated, very good food although the place is quite chaotic and small. Staff was helpful, and serving time is not slow. Will definitely be here again!

My partner and I ate here for the 1st time on July 2nd week. The restaurant has 3 floors. The ambience on 3rd floor was just okay. There was a designated waitress at each floor so service was fine. We ordered the following dishes: Sincerity fried chicken - 3 stars. I think this is overhyped or the cooking just changed. I was disappointed on this because the flavor was bland. The reviews say that it was 'to die for' or it was so flavorful. I barely tasted the spices and marinade that i was expecting for. It was crunchy on the outside and juicy inside, but that's it. Sincerity fried rice - This is like a normal fried rice we can cook at home but it's better to partner with the fried chicken. Fried oyster cake - 2 stars. We didn't like it. The malagkit ingredient was weird and medjo malangsa daw sabi ng partner ko. Kikiam - 4 stars. It was good. This is the only dish that tasted like an authentic Chinese cuisine. Garlic spinach - 3 stars. Nothing special about this. It's okay to partner with a meat because it's vegetables. The taste was nothing flavorful. Honestly, I think it's better to look for other Chinese restaurants because I didn't experience the authentic Chinese flavor on most of the cuisines, except for the kikiam. I think it is just overhyped, or they change their cook so the food is no longer as it used to be.

Tried their Sincerity and Honey Fried chicken. The former was good, the latter was kinda dry. Compliments well with their sauce. We paired it with their Sincerity and Shanghai fried rice. Both were flavorful and enough for 9 pax. Their lumpiang shanghai was also good. We arrived at 11:53am and there were still a lot of seats available but we were seated on the the second floor since we’re a large group. Stairs is located inside, in the kitchen area. Our food was served after 30 minutes. We finished around 12:53pm and there’s already a long queue outside. Good thing we went earlier.

We ordered the Sincerity Fried Rice, Sincerity Kikiam, and Sweet and Sour Pork. While it was not bad it was not that good either, but it was on the better side of the deliciousness scale I guess. There will be no parking here in Binondo, there are more seats upstairs. The serving time is quite long despite having few customers. Everything is clean including the restroom but I wondered why there is no sink inside.

We got the Sincerity chami noodles which was their bestseller and rellenong hipon, but I was underwhelmed. Staff were attentive.

👍 Excellent Food The food is very promising, from outside, it looked like an ordinary place as they do not really invest in renovation or repair. I guess it's their way of saying that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. We tried the restaurant since we're running out of options as it's getting...
