The food is lovely and was the right size to meet my expectations. The location is a hop, skip, and a jump from Uptown Mall. The restaurant is open air, which allows for that indoor, outdoor feel. The staff were initially a little inattentive; however, later, we were visited by the manager to check if everything was OK. A nice touch. All in all, it is a nice place to grab a quick bite to eat or bring friends for a catch-up.

The food were okay, but the service was terrible. Waited for about an hour before our food got served. Ordered: Garlic Seafood Pasta Paella Mexicana Mexican Pork Sisig Quesadilla Quesadilla Birria 08/21: service is still slow. food is so-so

Hands down my fav spot in all of Eastwood. already been here several times and can say for a fact that the quality is really high. Hygiene is a huge factor for me when dining out in the Philippines, and unlike some other venues within Eastwood, Agave always keeps up with this. Usually come here for brunches when it isnt too hectic and feel like this place is being slept on by many. Perfect if you feel like having a beer, when everyone is having lunch.

Had dinner here today and would not recommend the place. We waited almost one hour for our Avocado drink just to be informed that the waitress forgot to punch in our drink right after I confirmed the orders she repeated. Asked for lime cilantro but still gave me Mexican rice. Requested take out for our leftovers but takes half an hour to pack after multiple follows up. They’re only quick when you’re about to bill out. TLDR: Disappointing customer service and poor order management isn’t worth the service charge

Near the fort strip of bars and nightclubs, I think Agave has a distinct flavor of being a happy hour restaurant so its definitely a good change of pace if you're tired of partying or jumping around in The Island or Versus. The food is definitely tastier than the even more overpriced ones inside the bar. There are tons of unlimited options for food and drinks like nacho chips with an amazing tasting dip and a margarita that would challenge even the strongest tequila companero out there. Still, I'm not giving a perfect rating because I lost one of my earbuds there and while asking assistance one of the waitresses told me my earbuds was trash thats why it wasn't found. I didn't completely feel vexed because at least the manager assisted me and reassured me that my earbuds wasn't there by showing me the lost and found logs.

Every dish we had was good. Reminded me of Mexican restaurants back home in the USA. The margaritas were good A little strong for me. Has an open outside patio area! Can be busy especially during nights and weekends. Loud and boisterous if you like a lively like an energetic atmosphere! Kid friendly anytime in my opinion. Great for bigger get togethers. They are understaffed for busy times so wait times will be long. Took us about an hour to get our entire meal. But not bad because they were always bringing something to the table as soon as it was ready. So a steady stream of dishes to nibble on ! The waitresses wear tight skimpy short dresses and halter tops with a low cut. Young single guys would like this 😂 But still kid friendly it's not like we don't see this every day at malls and schools 🤷😁

Strawberry margarita was delicious so was the food! The place is central and near the shopping area so after looking for some nice clothes and plants it felt good to sit outside and have a cocktail :) the staff are super nice and accommodating I would come back here in a heartbeat! Only gripe would be since it’s outdoors you probably need to bring citronella to fight some small bugs but that’s no fault of the restaurant. Seats are a bit old but overall a nice place to hang out!

Great margaritas and especially unlimited margaritas dude sign me up. You here for drinks get faded and eat the sub par Mexican food. Come on let’s be real Mexican food in the Philippines isn’t that good.

Foods are great, but service is too slow.. like you need to wait 30 -45 minutes before you can receive your orders. Then since we ordered bottomless mojito, every refill they will give us a plain mojito even though our order is the mango flavored mojito so we need to rerurn it back to them. It happened until the last refill. They didn't get it right not even once. And the last mojito that my friend returned, she's able to take a sip on it before she realized that it's not what she ordered, so she returned and ask for replacement, then we saw they gave to another customer, so my friend informed them that she already used the straw. 🤣

Unli mojito? Go here. I got drunk with their mojitos lol. Food is good. But I don't really like their nacho dips so we had to order other pulutan like sisig. Interior is very pub-like. Very accommodating staff!

Ordered Jr Steak burrito for 2 (medium) and they only brought 1, how can a waiter take an order for 1 person when there are 2?, My friend and I spilt the first one, it was ok, average at nest. After a while, the 2nd one came out, steak was medium rare at best, more like rare. This is my second time here and both times, disappointed. Will never come again.

The Roast Beef La Barbacua is the best. The meat is tender. The serving is good enough for 2 person. The Paella Mexicana is also great, huge serving. The serving time is just enough but the sevice is not that great. The staff is not that accommodating. The place is great, spacious. They also have tables outside which is great for social drinking.

The taste and quality of the food is great! The staff was attentive, but the place had mosquitoes, though they mitigated it by placing a mosquito killer lamp. I recommend the nacho grande, chimichangas, and roast beef ala barbacoa.

The food quality is avarage, but ok for the price. The main issue is the service. Its absolutely bad. Theu forget orders and it takes ages to get something. The reason for this is that they are c9mpletely understaffed. They work hard but its just not enough employees for the number of guests. It looks like the owner wants to sace money which results in a very bad and slow service.

THE BEST Mexican food and best service by far in the Philippines. Highest quality meats and delicious salsas! My wife and I come as often as we can. Huge fans of this place. The manager Rachel has made us fans for life 🙌 Keep up the good work Agave!

Our first time eating was better than this current one. Staff wasn't as attentive and orders got delayed. The beef was kinda dry as compared to before but the rest of the food we ordered (street taco, sisig taco, burrito and bottomless nachos) were all on point.

The Fajitas combo with steak chicken and shrimp killed it. Also, the fried ice cream is really good. Great Father’s Day experience!

Great place for snacks and drinks - great offers on freeflow drinks too! Service is very friendly and one of the staff even ran quite a way after us as we had left something at the restaurant after paying. Food isn't bad either, and the al fresco seating is a good people watching spot, with a good breeze across the area.

The food was great but the service leaves so much to be desired. The manager seemed lost and was willingly ignoring us. The staff was doing the best they can but are severely undermanned. The service needs an overhaul.

The service is really bad, not worth paying for the service charge. We were calling for the waiter, flashing our cellphone lights. Not until a concerned customer called the attention of the, I guess she was the manager, who was just standing right next to them. To make things worse she even had someone else to come over for us while she was doing nothing. Until my companion found out that they were busy entertaining a foreign guest, whom we think is flirting with a lady server and the manager (petite lady in a coat) was just there watching and smiling as if she was pimping her employee.

Great food, but ambiance not so much. There were lots of people and staff milling around at the front of the store.
