One of the best Japanese restaurant I have been to, their sukiyaki yumm!! Only reason it's not 5 star... We were inside and I was sweating from the lack of air conditioning. Food is great!

We tried to reserve for a seat but they said that they don't accept resrervations and is on a first come, first serve basis since it was a Sunday. Good thing that we arrived at around 5.30 and were able to secure seats since the place was already jam-packed. Food was delicious and service was great.

It's one of my favorite Izakaya places because you'll never go wrong with it. I have tried Gyudon in every Japanese restaurant, but so far, they have the best! I always go for their Uni Shake Don whenever the cravings strike! Their wasabi is kinda strong/intense, and I oddly like it 😂

Very good Japanese food at a very affordable price. They have a little store on the side where you can buy Asian ingredients. They also have function rooms upstairs for private dining.

Ordered the unusual, we had a japanese with us and he said its not bad but not good. In the middle of everything. Sashimi and sushi are okay. Something to visit in the area for a fix on Japanese food. For its price point its already good.

You have to come early especially for dinner if you are a walk-in. We were there around 5:30pm and we were about 5th in line already. Tried to reserve a few days before but they were already fully booked for both lunch and dinner. So if you want to make a reservation, you have to book way ahead of time. Food was great! It’s why the restaurant is always full. It’s a casual japanese dining perfect for friends or family gathering. Would not recommend for couples looking for a romantic and intimate feel. Their staff are always busy so you better know what you’re asking for when you call them because it’s quite hard to call their attention.

The food is good and affordable. A good place to get your japanese food fix. However, the staff is quite lacking in terms of hospitality and attentiveness. The indoor area is a bit cramped and oily, but the restrooms are well maintained.

One of our favorite Japanese restaurants, serving authentic dishes. We ordered for chasyu ramen, tonkotsu ramen, miso jiru, kani salad, gyoza, California maki, crazy maki, gyu don and ika fry. The tonkatsu ramen was great, big serving. Chasyu ramen was lacking something, like more umami, but still, big serving. Crazy maki was really crazy in serving and it was good! We love the gyoza by the way. The taste is on point and it's not the typical gyoza that you get from usual Japanese restaurants, this one is very good! Service was fast and waiters were all courteous and they attend to your needs "right away", just as the way they respond to you once you ordered for something. As always, this restaurant is always full, so better have a reservation a day before you drop by. You can just walk in though even without a reservation, but if it's the peak hour, don't expect to be seated right away. They also have teppanyaki area. Somehow, they still need to work on their airconditioning, as not all parts of the place is cold. They have expanded their area by the way. Parking area is street parking. So park at your own risk. Guards will assist you though, just don't forget to tip them before leaving.

There's so much to say about our Oedo experience. What we ordered: Katsu Curry with Japanese Rice (Must Try), Ten Don, Tonkotsu Ramen, Oedo Maki (Highly Recommended), Kani Salad with Mango, Mixed Yakitori, Aspara Bacon (Yum), Enoki Bacon (Yummier), Uzura Bacon Upside: The place and ambience is a definite winner. The interior design was upscale and modern. Service was way better the second time we went. Downside: Food was good. Need to remind myself to stay away from the mixed yakitori. Do we recommend this place? Yes. Are we going back? Yes. For their Oedo Maki.

The place has very good interior, spacious and well kept. There's a parking space close to the restaurant but you can always find parking along the side of the street as well. Food served here has always been very good and consistent the few times I've been there. The crunch roll Mali, spicy salmon Maki, special okonomiyaki, crunchy tuna salad and sukiyaki are few of my usual favorites whenever I visit this place.

Perhaps the best skewer restaurant in Quezon City! This is my go-to Izakaya-Japanese food fix. You can tell that this is everybody’s favorite with the amount of cars parked outside, the usual customers and how packed they get during lunch and dinner time. Even deliveries always busy. With that, expect that service can be slower, tables are all occupied and you have to wait a bit to get a table. I am not sure if they do reservations but we just avoid the crowd whenever we go here, we come before the madness hour.

Good casual Japanese restaurant that offers a wide range of delicious food for affordable prices. Our favorites are their rolls (Oedo maki and crazy maki). Their sukiyaki, ebi tempura and enoki bacon are good too! We’re excited to try more of their food. Staff are so accommodating and they provide good customer service as well even if it gets so busy. Also, when coming here, make sure you will be willing to wait as there a lot of people most of the time. Parking is quite hard too but they have an attendant that can assist.

Our go to Japanese Restaurant. We were quite surprise that the food taste is now different. More tables as they expanded their dining area. See photos of our food order. Tempura is ok. Mango Kani Salad - dont order, nothing special. Rolls are good. Tori are ok. Miso soup is ok. Parking is pretty hard- just along the street.

I brought my family there to celebrate and to have a rare family bonding with all of them. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our orders and the service. Our fried rice orders came in very late and when they did, they seemed to have too much spices or pepper. Steak was not as presentable, juicy and seemed to have smaller portions. We had 3 orders of the steak and veggies. My daughter ordered for Ramen for the first time. We had to follow it up with the servers several times. Finally, it arrived when we asked for the bill which by the way arrived the fastest. If they can give the bill in a few minutes, why can’t you serve the food on time with consistent quality? Lastly, I asked for Tempura sauce for my son who wasn’t able to join us when I got home, there was none. 😢 The shrimps were the only orders we liked. Now my eldest son doesn’t want to eat there anymore.

One of my favorite Japanese restaurants. Dined here for the nth time. Great place to dine in with friends, families, or a date.

  • 4/5 Mitchie de V. 4 years ago on Google
Food is great! It tasted fresh and delicious. Parking space is not a problem since they have a parking area at the back. Even though there were a lot of people, we were able to get a table and service was fast and efficient.

Nomnomnom I become a sashimi monster when I'm at this place. Good food fresh fish they know their cuisine well. My boypren who is not Japanese number 1 fan liked it so I guess is all good for all levels of Japanese food enthusiasts. I rate it 5 jepi stars.

love their bentos and their other sets. available on weekday lunch. It is budget friendly as you can get a sashimi, salad, rice , viand, and soup for 380 or less. Their curry and gyoza is so good too. Their ebi tempura bento is the best seller since a lot of older people get that here. Also, my fav is the grilled salmon set since it is just right and delish. It is priced at 280 (no pic). overall, no regret.

Food was amazing. Service was a little slow, or maybe we were just hungry. But other than that, loved the place. Would come back.

This place was pretty packed when we got there and seems like a favourite for many which I understand. But they did get confused with some of our orders, glad that they were able to fix it. I'm giving it a 4 ⭐ because mainly I've had better for the price they had and also because of their service on water and tea was a little slow. Their salmon cuts were pretty thick which I loved. Uni seem to be pretty fresh. Grilled eel was also good. Diba was good. Nitpicking time. Tempura was overcooked that the shrimp was kind of rubbery. The size of the chirashi I honestly think could be bigger for the price. The okonomiyaki also could have used more filling than batter.

They offer a lot in the spectrum of Japanese cuisine. Our appetizer was salmon aburi on scallops, it was delicious! Light and creamy. Our mains are the Oedo maki and yakisoba. The maki was delicious as well the yakisoba was different... they used teriyaki sauce in it. Do not order the takoyaki balls. Takoyaki stands at malls are better and cheaper.

One of the best Japanese Restaurants in Manila. The ambiance feels like you are in Japan and the food itself is delicious. We didn't expect that the servings could already be good for 2-3 persons. A must visit if you crave for Japanese foods.

Had lunch with the family. Food was great! Service was fast. Food prices were reasonably fair for a japanese restaurant. I recommend their Oedo maki and Beef Teppanyaki. The kobe beef was cooked just right, making it so tender and juicy. Their Gyoza is more plump than other Japanese restos I've been to and very tasty, too. Try their donburi meals as well. I will surely go back to try their other dishes.

One of the go to places in Sto. Domingo Q.C., the place is warm and the food is excellent. Heads up though, since there's a flux of people coming here, expect some downtime in parking your car. But the guards of the place can help you park as needed since the road is wide enough.

  • 4/5 Jaycee A. 3 years ago on Google

Highly recommended Japanese restaurant this side of Quezon City. It was just right timing when we arrived coz after a few minutes the place was packed with diners. Our orders arrived quickly though the waiters keep on bringing food that we didn’t ordered, apparently there’s a mixup of table numbers. We were served service tea upon seated to our table. Friendly waiters, nice ambiance. Their ramen isn’t that good, it lacked the usual taste distinctive of shoyu ramen, though the servings is quite generous. Lots of food choices in their menu. They also have mini Japanese grocery right beside their entrance.

👍👍 I missed this place! One of my comfort foods. This is our favorite place when we were in college. The place is huge, now they have more parking. The food is still great! We ordered the Shawarma Plate, Mixed Special Kebab, and the Grilled Eggplant. Order their yogurt shakes too!

👍👍 A very pleasant lunch at this place today (though the temperature inside was quite warm). The food was simply fabulous. Loved the pako salad and the Ilocos Express! The chicken adobo was also good and the Ilocos Best ( a platter of bagnet slices and a variety of Ilokano sausages) was simply the star...
