This place still requires customers to show their vaccination cards before entering. I was excited to sample their nachos and tacos and they did not disappoint. The cheese was gooey, the meat was tender, and the veggies were fresh. The completo taco was supposed to have three types of meat, but only beef and chicken were available. They doubled the beef serving though, so it’s all good. The cheese quesadilla with fries was sooo good. A must-order! The fresh dalandan juice was refreshing and a good palate cleanser. Dips/condiments are refillable. The staff were courteous and provided prompt service.

Great Mexican food! I gave 5 stars because the food is soooo delicious. Good service, limited customer can dine in, just bring your fully vaccinated card along with government ID otherwise you will not be able to eat inside. The beef Nachos is good enough for 2-3 people and its so delicious! The caliente wings, quesadilla and beef with lengua burrito ... a must try!. They clean and disinfect the table and plastic divider after each customer's use. The parking is spacious. Highly recommended! 👍👍

Kinda disappointed with this Silantro branch. First, service sucks, big time.. servers took almost 10-15 minutes before they bring out what you asked them. Like, water, glass with ice, extra spoon and fork, and tissue. Their asking for a service charge where in i personally helped them accomplished everything we need in our table. The food wasn’t as good as before. I wont recommend dining at this branch. Try their mall branch instead, probably food taste better.. lets see, wil try their other branch soon.

If you are a tourist or know good food. Save your money and time. I don't like giving a bad review. When food is not up to par. Freshness and quality is very poor. We ordered the lamb chops. I didn't see one lamb chop. There was lamb but the wrong cut. Casadia was two tacos filled with cheese and french fries on top. The sauces of three flavors are not Mexican. With the name cilantro I don't think they even know what it is. We asked 5 times for the bill and 4 times for our drinks. Once you see my bill for what I got, not worth it. If you don't know good food eat here.

A small unassuming place but with a huge fan following. The number of reviews at Google maps is a testament to this. Dropped by here for a quick lunch. I ordered Lengua soft taco and Chicken skewers. The chicken was cooked just right and has that distinct grilled/charred taste. The two skewers were more than enough for the one cup of rice it came with. If you are not on a diet I suggest you order extra rice. The Lengua taco was good with many Lengua cubes inside but is a bit messy to eat. Overall this combo is filling but still can't beat the Nachos and Burrito combo I had before. Every time I eat here, I am reminded why I ate here before and why I will eat here again in the future. It's just so good.

We waited for 1yr before we finally dined in since they won't allow children. They still check for vaccination cards upon entry. Staff here are not so friendly and looks unapproachable. They only accept cash payment and they don't give the exact change! Beef nachos is highly recommended! We also ordered beef quesadilla (but I didn't find any beef inside 😂), and chicken and beef skewers which are not worth the price. I was very disappointed with this place. 😕

The nachos were generous in serving. The melty cheese, chopped tomatoes, and beef cuts combined, *chef’s kiss👨‍🍳😗*. So good. I loved how they didn't use shredded meat. Most nachos that use shredded meat are a hit or miss for me; usually a miss when the meat isn't seasoned well leading to umay :/ Silantro used small cubed beef. Small but juicy and tender! Sorry there's no pic, we devoured it instantly before I could take a decent pic for my blog 😅 As for the tacos, we ordered the double meat of chicken and beef. Juicy and tender din 🙌 Was so good I gobbled it in seconds. They had lamb as a meat option but unfortunately it was unavailable that time (and yesterday, even if we went there earlier than last time). I think it’s best if you go early like lunchtime or call in to check if they have it available that day. But above the two things we ordered, the commendable stars were the white and green sauces. The white sauce was garlic. I inherently like garlic so it's an automatic like for me. I’m not sure what the green sauce was; I thought it was like a guac in liquid form, but it tastes like cucumber. Great nonetheless since it balances out the savoriness of everything else. The darker green was just the spicy version. Out of all the restos in Kapitolyo, Silantro definitely stands out— with the line of cars it's hard to miss. Overall, the socmed postings were worth the hype in trying!

Good for groups, large portion size, and impeccable service. Medyo maliit nga lang yung resto but well-ventilated naman and has AC. They are also on a cash payment basis. Will definitely come back with friends ❤️

I've always loved Silantro since 2015! This is a must-visit resto in Kapitolyo! Glad to know they offer dine in services already. Ordered beef nachos, dinamita and burrito when we ate here a few weeks ago. Food 5/5 Ambiance 4/5 Staff 4/5 Value for money 5/5 Pros: Really good Fil-Mex food! You will definitely crave for this once you tasted their dishes! Big servings! You can take out half of the burrito and nachos for dinner! 😂😍 Cons: Parking space might be challenging; dining tables are kinda narrow (they installed transparent dividers on the table, making it a little cramped up; difficult to call on waiters, i think they only have a few servers when we went there. Overall, Silantro Kapitolyo is still a very great place to dine and enjoy with your friends and family. 😍❤🥰

Authentic Mexican food at a premium price. The food is great with ample serving portions. Ambiance is ok, but they don't have a dedicated parking area. You will have to park your car at the roadside if there's an available slot.

Hmm... haven't tried this resto for years. It's okay though... nothing to fancy, just alright! Had a light late night snack after a long drive, and got a burrito, tacos and cheese quesadilla. Their quesadilla was really loaded with cheese, not garlicky. Big, thick slabs of melted cheese in each wrap will make your heart drop! Burrito was just average, nothing fancy, the Army Navy Burrito tastes better..😬 What we enjoyed most are their tacos! Sweet tomatoes over melted cheese, and a generous serving of tacos. Simple, but masterfully done. You may want to practice your parallel parking skills, only street side parking is available. Also, they don't serve alcoholic beverages here, which is quite a bummer.

Still one of the best in Kapitolyo! On my first try, had to line up for quite some time just to have a taste of their great food. Ive been going back to Silantro with different companions for the past years. Gladly the food quality never diminished! Really great value for money. Staff are helpful, friendly and serves fast --- utensils and water. Our pork ribs took 20-30 minutes to serve but it was worth the wait. Beef nachos is a no-fail order. Just go early on weekends to avoid the lines or try it during weekdays.

The food was very good! Although it costs quite a bit, it's worth it since you'll feel really full after. They also have (to my knowledge) unli-refill on their sauces so that's a plus too. All-in-all, a good place to dine in.

Everything was great except for the Silantro tm pork ribs (1st pic) it was hard and definitely not the fall-off-the bone kind of ribs I thought it was. Service is great food profile tastes great but the taco meat needs a little bit more seasoning. Nachos are worth it ❤️

You'll never go wrong with Silantro! The one in Kapitolyo was the first branch I tried. Caliente Wings, Beef Nachos, Quesadillas are always our mainstays! Great food and great vibes!

Always one of my most favorite Fil-Mex restaurants in town. Everything in the menu is a must try, except i think for the watermelon shake which had a distinct artificial flavor that resembled powdered watermelon mixes rather than fresh watermelon.

Great experience. There are spaces for dining indoors and outdoors. Parking is a bit challenging, but worth it for the food. The nachos were amazing, and the serving time was stellar.

My second time to dine in this restaurant branch. We ordered beef tacos, dynamite and nachos to share. The servers are very pleasant, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu and the dips. The food was good but not like how i remembered it to be before. The cheese and toppings in the nachos were not as generous and the tacos lacked spice. It's still a place i'd love to frequent especially with friends. A lot of people dine here so it's best to arrive early. Recommended.

Still the best place to have nachos. Also the best locations amongst Silantro. Though cash only transactions.

Not bad but I didn't have a good experience as well. First, their Facebook account isn't active, no response from any inquiries. Cash basis only, no nearby ATM. No parking space, just by the side of the road. As for the food, It's okay. Not that good but not so bad either. I really couldn't taste any mexican flavor/spice from any dish.

Good food at reasonable prices . The service is very casual and slow. Place is dated, but still a good place to get tacos when you’re in the area.

Still one of my favorite restos! Inexpensive but really good quality of food and service

Very limited vegetarian options for a restaurant named after a leafy herb. I resorted to ordering a cheese quesadilla which was much bigger and more savory than expected. Good service with free sauce refill. Cash only and payment was still slow.

This is only the second time I've gone to Silantro but I'm confident to say that I'll always enjoy my dine here. The food is great-tasting and very filling - almost even making it impossible for me to finish. Definitely worth the price. The servers / waiters were also polite and very accommodating. I noticed that they always make rounds and check if the sauces or glasses of water need refilling and will refill when necessary without being asked to. As for the atmosphere, I'd say that it's probably a bit smaller than other businesses but, personally, I never minded it. However, parking might be a problem for other people as there's no dedicated parking space and you'll have to park along the road, where it's at. All-in-all, I can see why this place is always jam-packed and I will definitely look forward to coming back here.

If only i can rate the service with no star, i would’ve. Especially the guy that wore a white collared shirt earlier today, you are the worst if you are the manager, so unapologetic and irresponsible. So unprofessional. For the kitchen staff for not even accepting that it’s their fault to miss our order and made us wait more than half an hour (take note, when we came, the place wasn’t even half full. And we were told that we need to wait for 25-30 minutes) but then other customers came and their food went out earlier than ours. Mind you, they weren’t appetizers, they were mains so there shouldn’t be an excuse for the kitchen not being able to make ours as well. This is the first time i have been utterly disappointed. This is the worst place and service ever. Definitely my first and last time coming here. Not worth it AT ALL!

I am not really fans of Nachos or Burrito, I order Beef and Lengua Burrito and taste is awesome! For me, the size is good for 2 person. The place is clean, waitress also friendly and helpful!

They still got it. We came here at 6PM on a weekday and it was about to be picked. We ordered our usual favorites - Beef Nachos, Beef Quesadilla and the Pork Chop. Everything was good and to our liking. The service was great as well as they are quick to refill sauce and water. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is their CR. With the volume of people, best to ensure this is clean at all times.

Food is excellent and is really an authentic Mexican dish. Customer service is excellent. Don't really care about the atmosphere since the food and service makes it all up. 10/10 dining experience.

The service was alright and the atmosphere is somewhat similar. Toolet could use some renovation along with a few other parts of the restaurant. The food is alright, but the meat is rather tough and chewy. Not sure, but the menu seems to be much more expensive now and it just no longer feels as worth it.

We ordered paella, chicken, nachos and quesadillas. It's my 1st time to try their quesadillas and I definitely love it! You can taste different kind of cheese and it practically melts in your mouth. 🤤 Of course, their paella will never disappoint your taste buds! Too flavory and it has a large amount of seafoods 🤤

I rated this 5 stars 4 years ago since everything on their menu was good and their tables, chairs and dining area was new. Now it looks run down and they reduced the menu and the menu itself looks very worn out. They put service charge in the bill but I wasn't even served with table napkins and service water. I would go back for the food but the place itself looks worn out and service was not as great as before.

Still tasty and worth the price. The restaurant is very strict following proper covid-19 protocol. Although we are already in level 1, (at the time of my visit) they choose to follow 30% capacity and still requiring vaccination cards upon entry. Still recommendable!
