Went here for rush ID as it's not available in other post offices. The process was smooth (not fast) as long as you have the complete requirements. The guards and other staff are friendly and accomodating. If you want to get your id within the day, it's recommended that you arrive at at least 4 AM to get to the first 150 as the line was already long at 6 AM. The capturing step was the awful one as it took us 3½ hours on the line while the process itself only took less than 10 mins. Better to bring yourself some snacks as it's a whole day process even if you proceed for rush id

Excellent postal service in a building that reflects the beauty of a glorious past. That is why I look forward to come here whenever I need to get my mail and packages, or renew my postal ID.

Used to go here too long ago just to send letters to my dad overseas and to to some friends from different cities. But now workloads of people here made easier because of technologies like email and social media. The place is still looking good. Parking space is available. People still go here reminiscing the good old days. Still has a great view of the lawton park and pasig river.

Yung parcel na dapat sana dini-diliver ninyo ay bakit form 1525 lang ang dumating? There are a few reasons I know why you were sending out a mail notice like, you tried delivering a package thrice to my address but failed to hand it over because no one is at the delivery address to receive it, seriously? Ang address na nakalagay sa parcel ko ay ang address ng pinapasukan kong kompanya at mon-sat ay open kami. Ngayon, pupunta kartero niyo dito dala ang form 1525 and also just to tell me na pick-upin ko nalang ang parcel O di kaya ay siya na ang kukuha with the authorization letter and the payment amounting 112pesos each parcel?

The Philippine government is the worst government among all governments and so PHL post or philippine post. We are supposed to receive a mail (sulat) from US but it is already almost a month and we aren't still receiving the mail nor having a new update of it. The last time that I upsated the mail was last week and even until now it says ENROUTE TO DESTINATION March 22, 2019. Urgent yung sulat but we don't how to contact the philippine post since pag dating dito sa Pilipinas. Biglang nag BOOOOOM 👎🏻 nag stop bigla yubg updates ng mail. 2019 na na everyone pero nakakalungkot yung trabaho niyo. ☹️😣

If you have packages not delivered to your address over a period of time, I will tell everyone that PHL Post doesn't care about it, and no one in customer service cares either, including via email, telephone, Twitter, or Facebook. If all of you have the same problem with PHL Post, please let everyone know. You could also use Twitter to tag @PostOfficePH.

I came here for its magnificent columns and historical significance. Since postal services isn't a thing nowadays, I hope this could be turned into a museum and be kept well. Future Filipinos need to see how beautiful our old buildings are.

It's a lot better to send and receive packages using private courier companies than use philpost. Sorry. The system is just so inefficient and is not door-to-door. In this age of Fedex, LBC, Lazada, and Shopee, Philpost needs to adapt to 21st century communications.

This iconic building seems to be no longer used but still adds to the city’s historic vibe. At night the lights from the Jones Bridge and the park on its other side makes the building very noticeable.

Usually ignored by most people, the headquarters for the Philippine Postal Corporation is located across Liwasang Bonifacio. The headquarters were designed to be impressive with the building designed with neoclassic architecture. There's a fountain across it. The building's facade has a lot of details that left me impressed.

No Terms and conditions to find - Post charge dimensional weight as UPU member where they have to charge flat rate. Advertising heavily new stamps but can't even provide exact price charts and conditions for their services. no one of these people has any idea. That is very very sad but the reality. I have no idea how this should go on if there comes not someone and cleans that company up

The historic Manila Central Post Office is situated at the Plaza Liwasang Bonifacio and overlooks the Pasig River. While the Manila Central Post Office building, the center of Philippine postal services and the headquarters of the then-Bureau of Posts, was completed in its present-day Neo-Classical style in 1926, it was destroyed during World War II. After the war, the Central Post Office was rebuilt in 1946

A neo classical building designed by Juan Arellano, along with the former legislative building, the finance building and the Manila City Hall are projects in turning Manila into a American style capital city. The original post office building was severely damaged during the battle of Manila. It was rebuilt after the war. The interior of the building is spacious and cool. There is also a life size statue in front of the building, prepare to be amazed.

The building itself is very impressive and is recommended to visit if you have a chance and are close to it. From inside it's just a wow! However, the portal service definitely needs some improvement. Ok, I was there at the end of the shift, so it could be the staff was tired.

Retrieving unclaimed mail here has been quick and easy ever since! All the people I've met are quick, friendly, accommodating, and informative. It's a must to have a photo taken outside since this place has been here for the longest time. The building looks very old especially inside but it's still somewhat nice to see such in 2017.

The Manila post office is the most unprofessional and lazy workers I have ever dealt with here in Manila.. This is the second time in less than a year that they have lost a package which I paid for. They never notify you that the package which you were waiting for has arrived. And when you go there to inquire about the package, with the tracking number the merchant provided. They tell you that that tracking number is no good. They are so lazy they can take a minute to check their records to see if they can locate your name or address even though you provide them with the date the package arrived. For a semi private business they sure act like the have a monopoly on the mail. I will never use their services again, very disappointed with the whole system.

Worst service ever, a very important document. The person I asked to pick it up comes back to give them the Id they need and then they just told him “why don’t you just wait int he office, it will get delivered on Monday!” You could have told the person so he doesn’t need to come back! You guys are very inconsiderate! Very very poor service! Now it’s Monday and then what??

You might be well educated and from ruling families. Remember least sympathies over your brethren working abroad. You don't have to continue to be Nationl Postal operator if it's not sensible businesswise but skimming of benefits sector is unfair. The Philippine Postal Service has suspended its acceptance, saying that "the shipping account package announced on the rate sheet is" not profitable ". The published fee is 10 kg to 2080 pesos to Japan. It is strange that this is not profitable compared to 4300 yen from Japan. You're just pushing for more profitable aviation and EMS. Filipino postal staff may be from highly educated good families, but lack sympathy for their fellow workers who work abroad. If you think that you are not profitable, please surrender the postal service of one country and one company. However, it is not good to do only the profitable business exclusively.
