Highly Recommend! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I couldn't have been more delighted with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, with easy access to attractions and dining options. I especially loved the delicious breakfast provided each morning. Overall, my stay at Bayview Park was fantastic and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

It's my first time in Manila with my partner and we arrived late checked in , the process was fine. Woke in the morning with the dog barking, check the window shocked with those transformers around and the neighbor noises was so annoying. We found out that the rooms has no privacy since we can hear the neighbor noises. The room services was bad, everything was cold came from the free buffet and charge us $ , coffee was Hurd, bacon was the only thing that's good, free breakfast was okay somehow. Hot water in the shower is not working well. The picture below is the food room service inside the plastic thing and was cold. Sour soup(sinigang) is so sour can't eat it.So far it was a disappointing experience.

It's a pretty old hotel. The location is right across the US Embassy on Roxas boulevard, and the heart of north Ermita, a stones throw away from everything here. The hotel is very tight, so are the rooms which are sized like the short time motels where people bring their dates to make out, and worst on the toilet and shower space which are both a tight squeeze. The bed is stiff as plywood. Light switches are on different locations, especially the bedside lamp, which switches from across the room, and the table light by the fridge, switches by the bedside, and there are no outlets close to the bedside, so I couldn't use my CPAP or charge my phone beside me, and only one side of the bed had a side table, where the lamp and phone is plugged on another room with the wires running under the adjoining room's door. Our door key kept malfunctioning all throughout our stay. You swipe it, and it makes some kind of alarm sound and won't open. It's reasonably clean and very "retro" looking all over. The air-conditioning is great and cold though, as well as the water pressure and hot water. Each room has a router, so wifi connection is absolutely great. They do have a safe in the room, which is good. I don't feel very comfortable walking around the immediate vicinity, not being used to the Manila environment, which has deteriorated since the 70s and 80s when I used to frequent the area. They do not have a designated smoking area for those who do after 5PM when the top deck pool area closes, so you'd have to find a dark corner somewhere outside at night. I don't like their having chairs posted in front of every room's door, which is a hindrance and safety hazard, especially the fact that we're not here for quarantine. Would I stay here again? No.

Bayview Park Hotel in Manila exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I walked in, the warm and courteous staff made me feel right at home. The hotel's prime location provided stunning views of the bay, creating a serene atmosphere that allowed me to escape the bustling city. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, ensuring a restful stay. The dining experience was a delight, with a variety of delicious dishes that catered to different palates. I especially enjoyed the rooftop bar, where I could unwind while taking in the breathtaking Manila sunset. Whether you're a leisure traveler or on a business trip, Bayview Park Hotel is the perfect choice for an exceptional and memorable stay in Manila.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! The room was comfortable and well-appointed, with all the necessary amenities. I also had the chance to use the hotel's spa facilities, which were a true sanctuary of relaxation. The treatments were rejuvenating, and the staff's expertise in creating a soothing atmosphere was evident. The room was not only impeccably clean and well-maintained, but also beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting ambiance. Kudos to the entire team for their dedication to providing a memorable stay. I look forward to returning in the future.

โญโญโญโญโญ What a gem of a hotel! ๐ŸŒŸ Bay View Hotel Manila exceeded all my expectations in the most spartan yet delightful way possible. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service that made me feel right at home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials I needed for a pleasant stay. No frills, just pure functionality โ€“ exactly what I was looking for. But the real star here is the location. Bay View Hotel's prime spot in Manila provided me with breathtaking views of the bay, and I couldn't help but be mesmerized by the sunset every evening. Talk about a million-dollar view! The staff was always ready to assist, and I appreciated their no-nonsense approach to ensuring my stay was hassle-free. Plus, the Spartan simplicity of the decor added a touch of elegance to the overall ambiance. I highly recommend Bay View Hotel Manila to travelers who appreciate the beauty of simplicity, efficiency, and of course, a stunning bay view. Five stars all the way! ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

We stayed here for three nights during our siteseeing tour of Manila. The staff is very courteous and helpful. There are plenty of people to help with doors, bags, reservations, food, and anything else you might need. The rooms are nice enough, and a good value for the price, but not upscale or classy. The water pressure is good, there's plenty of hot water, and the air conditioner works well. The free breakfast buffet every morning is a nice addition to the value of the room.

Rooms are comfortable but could use more effort in cleaning it. Breakfast from room service was terrible scrambled eggs runny and under cooked. Food is over priced for the quality. Recommend ordering out and have it delivered.

My agent booked me here due to the mandatory 10-day quarantine. On my 1st day, there was an earthquake. I must've been so exhausted that I didn't realize it until my bed started to shake. When I got up, the worst was over. I was waiting for someone to check up on the guests for head count but I guess they don't do that so I dismissed it. On my 3rd day, I started getting itchy and I thought that maybe it was just the stiff bedsheets. I started getting welts which progressed to blisters around my back and underneath my breast. I complained to the front desk about bed bugs! The ladies in the front were fake "pa cute" and sarcastic. One lady told me to press the sharp button and I guess nowadays, they use that lingo for the pound sign.I wanted to reach a doctor and I could sense her frustration with me to a point that she ended up calling for me.I got transferred to a bigger room that afternoon but it was even scarier because it was bigger and I was alone. This suite didn't have a walk in shower but have a freaking high bathtub that if you slip getting in or out, you can die! I called for someone to run errands to the pharmacy to get me some ointment and anti itch cream. But damage was already done. As if the hard bed was not enough, the excruciating pain and discomfort that I felt was too much that it was difficult to lie down and relax. As for the food, it sucked, even the ones that I ordered from the hotel menu๐Ÿคฎ But then again I was surrounded with squatters outside of the hotel and felt guilty complaining. But.. still. Upon discharge, I was given a fruit basket with 2 browning bananas, 2 small apples and 2 small oranges ๐Ÿ™„. I gave it to the cab driver. If this happened in the U. S. the compromised guest would've demanded some kind of compensation. This hotel doesn't care. ๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘Ž๐Ÿ‘ŽRight now I'm having difficulty putting on my bra because the blisters turned raw.๐Ÿ˜ก This was really an unforgettable experience. Bed bugs, roaches, dusty rooms.Very disappointed ๐Ÿ‘ฟ

At the time of my visit it was ran as a place for quarantine so therefor I cannot give a proper review. But the hotel was okay for the price I paid, room was good ,VIEW? I especially booked for a bit of view but unfortunately apart from surrounding buildings around I saw nothing. For me the only major problem was wifi.that needs to be fixed. Especially when someone is locked inside room for several days wifi is the only means to keep people from loosing their mind and its 21st century Internet in any level of hotel shouldn't be a problem and shouldn't have pay for. Apart from these minor things everything else was fine.

The room is dated. Bathrooms need to be updated especially the shower. Windows are foggy and seems haven't been cleaned for a long time. you can't view the bay clearly because of these windows. One thing that I can recommend is their breakfast buffet. Good Breakfast.

Had a chance to buy a metrodeal voucher for a breakfast buffet here. Selections were limited but the food available were all great. Food were served by in the stations, space is a bit cramped so you need to book a reservation or wait a while to be seated. Luckily we arrived early and did not wait much. The service and staff were awesome

Bed was terrible. Would have been more comfortable on a floor.Took the ac about 10 hours of running to get the temp down below outside air temp. Could not stand being here 4 nights so I left after the 1st and got a different hotel.the staff was nice though. Not much can be done about hard beds really. If you leave you have to get a pass to be let back in hotel.

Rooms are okay for the price. Bathroom is small and a tiny shower but the water pressure and temperature was nice. The free breakfast was not worth the price. Runny eggs, tasteless fruit and no bacon. They did have a coffee machine that put out a pretty good cappuccino. Location by the US embassy and the museums was a big plus.

As implied by the name, this location offers a particularly romantic atmosphere. It offers good rooms, is quite welcoming, and you can see the Bay. The meal at the hotel was excellent, and the staff was nice. They are helpful, and I can attest that staying here as your new home is an excellent idea.

I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at Bayview Park Hotel Manila and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and ensured a smooth check-in process. My room was not only comfortable and well-maintained but also had a stunning view of the surrounding city. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was impressive. The bed was cozy, and I had a restful sleep throughout my stay. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the local attractions and dine at nearby restaurants. The staff's friendliness and willingness to assist with any queries or needs were truly appreciated. Whether it was housekeeping or the concierge, everyone I interacted with was professional and attentive. Though my stay was short, it was undoubtedly enjoyable. I highly recommend Bayview Park Hotel Manila to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!

Friendly staff. Good view of Manila Bay. Few options for breakfast buffet but still fine for us. Shower room small but HOT water shower is really hot and I appreciated that. The hotel has no parking. Only Valet parking and you have to pay 100 each time you take your car out.

We had a great experience with all of the staff, from door greeters to check in, breakfast buffet, room service, and checking out. Exceptional service! The location is perfect for us exploring Manila and meeting up with friends in Manila. The room has an old smell which is why I gave it 4 stars, otherwise I'd give it 5. Once you're inside the room, you get used to it but every time we walked in the room, we smelled it. They have complimentary bottled water that you can request anytime. Beds are comfy, water is hot and water pressure is strong when you take a shower. The curtains are not blackout curtains so we had light around the edges in the morning. My favorite part is breakfast! They have good selections and they change it everyday. My husband liked their pancakes, toast and cereal while I enjoyed my silog (fried rice and eggs) breakfast everyday. During our stay, they had longganisa (Filipino sausage), lumpia, daing na bangus, meatloaf, chicken hotdog, corned beef and maybe more that I can't recall. Also pansit, pan de sal, congee, lomi , ginataang Ube bilo bilo, and champorado. All were really good! We'll stay here again if we're in Manila!

The hotel is under renovation which wasnโ€™t disclosed in their website. I have to be here for 11 days with constant hammering of walls.. food wise for the kind of dish they serve it could be cheaper but not. Staff are very helpful and nice. But this hotel is not the best, not a 4 star hotelโ€ฆ i will consider this as a 2 star hotel. Vents are dirty and dusty. Washroom needs more scrubbing.

Everything is good except for food. Hotel does not allow customer ordering online for food as they have their own, however overpricing for a small serving and quality is not so good. Mattress is to hard leaving me backache all the time and giving me poor quality of sleep. Overall, service and location is great.

We stayed here for our mandatory quarantine after arriving in NAIA. Other pre-COVID amenities such as the pool are not accessible to us. Pros: - Spacious room - Cable TV with HDMI port - Per-room wifi and mini-bar - They bring breakfast to your room (contactless) for safety purposes - They have a pasabuy service where you can ask their staff to buy stuff like toiletries or any essentials outside - Polite staff - Disinfection kit with gloves and masks - Beds and sheets are fine Cons: - Cigarette smell when we first came in even if the room is a non-smoking room - You can only buy food from their pricey menu (though this is for safety purposes, it is pricey for average quality); delivery from services such as Foodpanda or Grabfood is not allowed. - Pricey laundry service (you can buy new clothes with these prices) - We could hear the neighbors from the other room, especially when they're using the phone (I'm not quite sure why we hear the outbound ringing sound on our end) or opening and closing the door - The windows were tinted so we're not quite sure if it's daytime outside or not, it's really disorienting - Carpet feels horrible I kinda don't want to step on it barefoot - Hot and cold shower is hard to control because of the two knobs; if you don't know how to operate you get scalded easily - We didn't get one of our front desk requests (it was an extra chair because we didn't want to eat on the beds) - The hotel is just old

Room looks nice, bathroom has a good aesthetic, it's being used as a quarantine hotel. Room service is ok, nothing special. Food is just ok. Some better then others, reasonably priced I think. 4/5 times my 5 days I was there the breakfast was cold. Some of the higher end items like the Inihaw na Liempo were very good. Most of the staff were cordial My biggest complaint is they don't allow delivery of food there

Great hotel, very fairly priced, lots of services including a business center. Professional staff and well organized. Rooms are smallish but well appointed and cozy. They have everything you need to be comfortable, including good bed and bedding. Hot water in the shower with great pressure. Toilet is situated low to the ground with no grab bars, tough for us bigger old guys. I had room service twice and it was pretty good, not amazing. I ordered lunch in the restaurant and it was the best meal I had there Breakfast buffet however was bad three days in a row. "Hot" food was consistently cold, bland, poorly prepared and with almost no seasoning. Scrambled eggs always undercooked and tasteless. Garlic rice is white rice with a lite sprinkle of toasted garlic flakes. I could go on, you get the point. But overall I really like this hotel in the middle of Ermita across the street from the US Embassy. I felt very well treated by the staff who really looked after me. Thank you all.

Above my expectation! My room was upgraded, the one with a tub. Itโ€™s spacious, has good lighthing, it smells clean even from the reception. Most importantly, itโ€™s near US embassy. But you have to walk like 9 mins to cross the footbridge. The aircon is too cold so we had to switch it off. Bed is okay. We cant charge our phone on the bed side, the charger wonโ€™t fix exactly the socket. The bathroom warm water is too hot, difficult to adjust. We availed their massage for P1200. Nothing special, they said they will use aroma oil but it smells ordinary baby oil. I hope they can improve their breakfast. Not much choices: sliced hotdogs, tuna, scrambled egg, tocino. Itโ€™s also being manned so at first round the staff will only give you a few piece. We arrived before 10am and exactly at 10 they started cleaning up the trays. Although they advised us about the closing time for breakfast I hope they considered extending for few minutes so the guests wont feel pressure while eating. Or they could just leave the last set of trays peacefully instead of monitoring the serving - itโ€™s kind of intimidating to get more food. I also woke up early that morning with a brown paper bag of trash in front of our door. I told the reception to simply get it but the housekeeping knocked on the door and woke up my sister at 6am. Overall, considering the location and the type of room given, I am satisfied with the overnight stay.

First of all, if you want a fairly price hotel that is close to US embassy then this the one. Absolutely nice location. You cannot expect alot since this is an old hotel and rooms are outdated. Service is good especially the doorman, servers and receptionist. What I like most is their breakfast buffet. I wish they could have renovated the hotel since most of the tourists stays there.

I asked some inquiry through e-mail before but the reply was misunderstood and reply wasnโ€™t come for 1 to 2weeks. There is old building, dark corridor, you can see dust in a corner. The windows very dirty though โ€œviewโ€ is feature of this hotel. Furthermore, the check out takes 15min and I had to pay cancel fee to grab driver.. However, the free breakfast is good. And my room was huge and having wifi for each room was great.

On numerous occasions I stay here to attend conferences organised by government agencies, often by NCCA. As a learning venue, the facilities are useful and adequate. Food is good, at most average and the breakfast buffet is modestly substantial. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Surprisingly, the place is not bad for its cheap price. It is old building and nothing special in the hotel. Room is clean which is expected. Free breakfast is great. Staff is so super nice and helpful. No discrimination between local and foreign guest

You can tell from the interiors that the hotel is quite old, BUT it's one of the nicest places we've had the pleasure of spending a couple of nights in. The staff are super friendly, and proactive. The rooms have complete amenities: toiletries, bidet, coffee-making facilities, hair dryer, slippers, safety deposit box, complimentary bottled water. Breakfast is just right, with enough selections, including fruits and vegetables (unlike most hotels at this price point that would only serve fried food, with not a single palate cleanser on hand). The biggest issue is parking, as it is always full, but the staff can help you with that anyway. Location is great, as it is near the bay area and many establishments. We were able to take a leisurely walk to CCP (2.6 km one way, 5.2 km total), and even walk to other areas where we could meet up with friends in the Remedios area.

  • 1/5 Alecz S. 1 year ago on Google
The rooms described online states that there are 2 large double beds in the room but when check in time, we were only given 2 small single beds. According to the hotel receptionist when we showed our booking information, what was posted as room descriptions online are actually not what we exactly expect to have. It is just a โ€œfrontโ€. In order to have the beds that we availed via online booking, we have to pay extra php2000, which was not stated online. In short, we were ripped off!!! Plus the bathroom is so smallโ€ฆ the only positive comment about this hotel is its close proximity to US Embassy. But if you dont mind walking a few more meters from your hotel to the US Embassy, book in another hotel which is worth your money.

This hotel offers a superb service! Can even beat 4-star hotels. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. They initiate to offer room cleaning even you don't request, they also check your room for any left valuables before you checkout. There's a lot to say but overall, we are very satisfied with our stay here.

I was booked in a superior room but was upgraded to a deluxe room on the 11th floor (Room 1101). Lucky me. The hotel was nice but the room I was assigned in was noisy. I can hear music coming in from outside the hotel. Turning the ac on drowned the sound but then the choice would be the noise from the music or the noise made by the ac. Guess which one kept me awake from 3 am to 6 am. The staff is friendly, the food is good.

Our stay here has been pleasant, although you can tell that the place is old. Itโ€™s been well maintained, everything in the room works, food is good and the staff are friendly. It is near a lot convenience stores, fastfood, national museums, and places of attraction in Manila

The location was good. It was next to a Starbucks next to mercury drugs. The base price rooms were rather dated so we had to leave. It was a superior deluxe cost more but had a nice TV with Netflix, YouTube, etc. people seems nice.

Walking distance from the US EMBASSY, and RAPID VISA. The rooms were very clean, and spacious. The price was competitive, and the atmosphere was elegant. Recommended if you need to get to the embassy early!

My experience at Bayview park is something I would remember because it reminded me a lot of my Days when I was training as a Chef. The Dining set and the Menu is so Complex and well thought of. And the Hotel rooms are super a cozy a fitting place to relax after traveling the Metro. Staff are also very accommodating and respectful. Definitely going back to this Awesome place.

The accommodations were comfortable, stylish, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The room was spotlessly clean, and the bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city's attractions and enjoying the vibrant local scene.

It was a wonderful one night stay. The room is very clean and the view is spectacular. It was our first time to stay at a hotel along Roxas Boulevard. It was simple but fun. I liked the room though it was very cold.

Old but Gold. This hotel has its aging charm. However, facilities need some more TLC. Nonetheless, this is my favorite hotel near Manila Bay. Near mabini street if you want to exchange currencies. There's Starbucks on the ground floor as well as fastfood joints and 7-11. Stayed here a lot of times already. Breakfast buffet was a great deal. There's Bathtub as well. Not so common for newer 3-star hotels. We also got freebies!

I recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and extraordinary experience in Manila.

I experienced staying so many times since it was always chosen by our office. The hotel is a 3-star for me because of the beautiful lady who is wearing a gown and welcomes the guests. The food is tasty, the housekeepers are accommodating, and the servers are also helpful. Some of the rooms have two doors, one of which is between the next room. Two rooms may be connected to the other room. the room is clean but you can hear noises from other rooms. Also, what we hate so much about the place is the reception area, the receptionist or personnel are extremely poor in service, sometimes there are four to five people available but still are too slow, and it's not friendly for the elderly and PWD guests who tend to wait so long.

I recently stayed at Bayview Park Hotel Manila, and I must say it was a wonderful experience. The family room we booked was incredibly spacious, providing ample room for our entire group. One of the standout features of this hotel is its accessibility. It's conveniently located, making it easy to explore Manila's attractions and nearby areas. Whether it's for business or leisure. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests, adding a warm and welcoming touch to our stay.

Old but it was all good and great value. The breakfast buffet is really good and goes until 10am. We arrived early and also had an early checkout so they let us use our breakfast stub for that day. Only bad experience in the room is there's no charging plugs near the bed, just one near the dresser, and we charged the other phone in the toilet, as they put all the plugs there, there were 4 plugs in the toilet which doesnt make sense.

The beds are uncomfortable, but the rooms are clean and the aircon is great! It can be extremely loud in the room due to the outdoor noise pollution, which isn't the hotel's fault. The breakfast wasn't bad and the staff were friendly. Lots to see and do in the area within walking distance.
