The hotel is nice. The beds are pretty firm though. wifi works most of the time. Was able to get a room change as the original room was directly in line with the loud bells of the church. They moved me to the other side and a higher floor which solved that issue. The staff is attentive and nice to talk to. The mall is close enough to walk to and the oldest Chinatown is right out the front door to hotel. Traffic is terrible here so don't bring your car to hotel. There seems to be some parking down under hotel but I don't think there's much.

The Ramada by Wyndham Manila Central has a cozy and intimate atmosphere with dim lighting, comfortable seating, and tasteful decor. The ambiance is perfect for a romantic date night or a relaxed dinner with friends. The restaurant has a warm and welcoming vibe, making it a pleasant place to dine

The reception was not the best aspect of the ramada hotel, unfriendly and not welcoming, with no smiles. The rest of the team were good though. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast was also good. Wouldn't be my first choice in the future.

This hotel offered a truly memorable experience. The design and ambiance were modern and chic, creating a sophisticated atmosphere. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. The location was great, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The only minor drawback was the noise level in the evenings due to nearby construction. Nevertheless, I would definitely return to this hotel for another stay

Just checked into the Ramada by Wyndham Manila Central and I am blown away! The staff is so friendly and accommodating, the room is spacious and clean, and the location is unbeatable. Can't wait to explore the city from this amazing home base.

Staff were lovely. Room was gorgeous. Breakfast had limited Western options my only complaint. Huge choice of Asian food. Will be returning as the area looks amazing but only stayed one night.

The place was great and wonderful my family is very comfortable in the rooms they checked in. The service they provide? is 100% respected services. In finding this place we get in trouble but it doesn't matter anymore because we enjoyed staying this memorable place of our family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ramada by Wyndham Manila Central, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations in terms of service, amenities, and overall comfort.

It is a good place to stay but far away from main City to my knowledge. The rooms are good, spacious, neat and cozy. The price seems to be a bit costly. They have a good room service, good dining facility. Breakfast is usually complimentary, if you a looking for lunch and dinner there a few vegetarian options. There are many food chains located near by the hotel.

Arriving after midnight, I was thrilled to wake up to this view on the first morning. Staying with family and friends for a week everything was done to make us feel welcome. The rooms were clean, cool and spacious, the mini bar came in handy for the last nightcap after a quiet swim or stroll along the beach. There was an excellent choice of breakfasts (included in price) and we enjoyed meals and drinks off the extensive menu too. All of the staff were friendly and helpful (special thank you to Girlie) . Would certainly recommend.

My recent stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment I arrived, the staff's exceptional service made me feel like a VIP. The luxurious rooms, with their breathtaking views, were a haven of comfort. The dining experience surpassed all expectations, with delectable dishes and attentive service. Overall, a perfect retreat that deserves a five-star rating!

Very nice place extremely near to San Lorenzo Ruiz church we booked for my 90 year old mother to rest after church so we can explore the place my sister and her are based outside the country so they had not seen the places for ages. We were upgraded free of charge nice bathroom which is one of my top most criteria in choosing a place to stay and good security as getting out if the elevator is based on the floor of the elevator where you are booked one has to tap the key even at the elevator level it will not move without tapping. So the hotel was able to satisfy 2 of my outmost concern

Had a lovely one night stay at this hotel on our way to Siargao. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Marvin who checked in with us at breakfast to make sure we were having a good time. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options and we also had a chance to eat at the rooftop restaurant for dinner. Our server Matthew even offered us a little magic trick while we waited for our food to come out. Overall a delightful experience.

We were welcomed very friendly at the Ramada Hotel after a long journey from Europe. My husband actually needed to see a doctor upon arrival rather urgently. The staff supported us here well and we were taken care of perfectly by the house nurse of the hotel. Apart of this, we enjoyed the nice spaceous room, the breakfast and the friendliness of the accommodation. Special thanks to Edward, Angel, Marlon and Rabando!

We had an awesome stay in Manila, due to the great service at this hotel. From the minute we checked in, to the great fruit cocktails made by Matthew, (assisted by Royce). Also the great historical information provided by Jeff during the complimentary drive to Rizal Park. The staff are so polite, friendly, and accommodating in every way . . .

The Ramada sits just outside of the Divisoria Shopping area in Chinatown. A great location if one of your main purposes was to do inexpensive shopping. If you are looking for a hotel with fancy gardens and swimming pools, this is not the place. However the staff, from security, front desk to restaurant was fantastic. Extremely helpful and attentive. The restaurant has a somewhat limited menu, but I used the restaurant and room service several times while the wife was out shopping. No complaint on the numerous food, snack and drinks I enjoyed. Breakfast buffet staff was great, food was very good with a nice assortment. We were in Rm 1203, king bed, which was clean without any residual trash left behind from past guests. Bathroom had a bathtub and shower; nice to soak in the tub. Normal city type view from the window, but the internet was actually stable and reasonably fast. I would like to especially thank Carlo, who went above and beyond in helping us celebrate our anniversary. Also Jeff, Maezy and Sarando and all the staff that we interacted with for presenting the best in customer service. My apologies to any I have forgotten. Definitely will return when exploring and shopping in this area.

Booked 1 night in executive room. Room was good size but in need of maintenance. The bath taps were coming off when you try to turn it on and when you do get it the water was very slow to fill the bath the shower had good pressure. Staff needs to be a lot better trained. Rang housekeeping multiple times and they didn't seem to understand English so just hung up the phone. Eventually rang reception and told them what we requested but housekeeping came and didn't understand what we wanted despite us already telling reception. Eventually we were able to get the 2 bath towels but had to sign a document saying we borrowed 2 towels and agreed to give it back or pay fine- no where else have I ever had to this in a hotel especially one that claims to be 4 star. The buffet breakfast was small and simple but nice

Hotel this small is expected to have quite small rooms, but it is clean and tidy. Located at the heart of Binondo, it is a very good place to stay specially when you plan to roam, dine, and shop. The food is good, and the best of all, it is just beside EngBeeTin and Chuan Kee. Some of their facilities and rooms are under renovation so future clients might expect positive development. The staffs are friendly and assistive to your needs. The rates may vary from season and their market rep. though.

Great location and we got our room upgraded for free! Front Desk Mazzy was very accommodating with my request for early check in. And Edward was extremely helpful in assisting us getting settled in. Was very satisfied with their amazing customer service!

Not a lot of people decide to have a staycation in Binondo, but if you are one of those people, this is a great place for that. Location in the heart of Binondo along the main street Ongpin, and right next to Eng Bee Tin. Customer service is top notch -- great service from Marlon (great service when I was having trouble with my room keys), Maezy (fast check in experience), Albert (who helped me when the room key reader failed), Manuel, Rhica, and Hanz. The suite room we chose was super spacious, nice, and clean. Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very clean and spacious as well. We had a great view of the domes of Binondo Church. Good selection of breakfast food. Lobby is probably a bit small and cluttered, and the ringing of the church bells could be heard at some points of the day (before the scheduled masses, but definitely not at the crack of dawn), otherwise we were very happy with our stay in this hotel.

This hotel isn't bad. But that also depends on your reference. To be honest, higher star hotels in South East Asia are quite expensive, I don't know why this is the case. This one was OK value for the money. Positive things: - Edward (staff), friendly and helped us with some practicalities during the stay - The breakfast was good - The location was good as well, as it can be quite hard to find something in the area Negative things: - The hotel looks kind of high-end at first, but you'll soon notice in the details that it maybe isnt. It's kinda old-ish, the bathroom drain didn't really drain all the water, the aircon was old and loud, had some issues closing windows etc. - The staff, and for this one I really wanna point out that it might depend on which culture you come from. As a northern European, I really don't like the staff eyeing my every movement, from entrance to breakfast, like they are counting my every step and chew. I know they do this out of service mindedness, but that's not the kind of service I like. I like service that is "invisible". Also, the staff asks for a TripAdvisor review after every little thing they help you with, I don't understand how the hotel's working with their staff bonuses'.

We stayed here three recent intervals for "home-base" during almost month vacation in the Philippines: 11/6/2023, 11/13/2023, and 11/20/2023. Clean rooms. Concierge service remarkable. Ideal location. Shout-out to Edward C., Jeff, Curnca (sp?), Angel, Hanz, Albert, Erica, who made us feel as if we were "royalty," addressing all our questions and assisting us in navigating our way around Manila Central and beyond. End of day enjoyed food and drinks at Mento restaurant. Great balcony view. Fun, friendly conversations with staff made for magical experience. Shout-out to Jomar (1,000x)! Matthew, Liz, Rom, Arnel. You, the best! Outstanding! Heartfelt thanks from Joel and Andrew.

Booked for standard room for 2 nights and got upgraded to their executive room, which I'm thankful for. The room was big and clean. Employees are so courteous and helpful. We orde red for room service for dinner since my family dropped by. It took over an hour for them to bring the food however i think it's worth it since their food taste good. My only complaint was the wifi in the 15th floor was so slow and keeps on dropping. My 2nd day. I was taking shower when lost electricity inside the room. Called front desk and they send a new keycard, seems that my key card got deactivated after 24 hours which also serves like the switch for lights and air-conditioning. Big inconvenience coz it can be a disaster if Ihad an accident inside the bathroom from slipping because of the freaking keycard. Other than the keycard fiasco, everything was good.

Ramada was our safe haven from the chaos of manila and Chinatown. Staff was amazing and really made an effort to make you feel comfortable. The driver Paul was friendly and always available. The staff Jeff and Edward would answer any questions and be quick to help with anything. The professionalism was very nice along with the welcome drink when you arrive. One negative about the room was I did not understand why the shower was level with the rest of the bathroom. This caused water to run into the bedroom when a towel was not placed on the floor to prevent it.

Whilst I fully understand the present difficult times and the need for Quarantine I was disappointed with the accommodation. I chose the hotel due to its 4* rating and that it would be full board expecting I could chose my meals from a menu. The accommodation was tired looking and dismal. The cleaning was far below the standard i would have expected from a 4* facility. I had to ask for cleaning materials and cloths to carry out a full clean of the room and bathroom as houzekeepers werr not allowed to carry out housekeeping while custmers werr under quarantine (I have no complaint about that ruling). Twice the Air Conditioning leaked and I had to call for a technician. The response time was excellant both times. However it appears in room 1208 it is a regular occurance as the ceiling has water damage. The food was very basic with little to know choice on meals. You either ate what was given or went without. I can only compare the food to canteen type food certainly what i would have expected from a 4* establishment. Staff were always plesent and generally very helpful to my requests for the extras requirements dsily clean towels change ofinen top up of tea coffee and creamer. I am particularly thankful to the recepionist supervisor who help to get my quarantine certification corrected after the BOQ got my date of birth around the wrong way. She sorted it out for me going th extra mile and above normal duties i am sure. Finally I was disappointed with this accommodation I made the choice on the back of the references and previous comments I read.MU

My husband and I spent the night at the Ramada by Wyndham. We came primarily to explore Binondo's culinary hotspots. To say that this hotel's customer service is exceptional would be an understatement. Security, concierge, reception, and all other employees are extremely accommodating, polite, helpful, and friendly. The room is spotless and inviting. We were very pleased with our stay and hope to return in the near future. Definitely recommendable. 5/5.

The hotel is located in Binondo opposite the minor basilica and minor shrine. It is also in the oldest Chinatown in the world. The area is crowded but has a character of its own. The hotel lobby is small but inviting. The check in/ out process is quick and efficient. Staff are extremely polite, helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Rooms are of reasonable size and well furnished. Some of the furniture and linen shows the age and lack of guests due to covid. The bathrooms are renovated. The carpets in the corridor shows age. The breakfast served on the 15th floor( has good distant views of the sea and pier) is limited on options but good and filling. There are eating places( Starbucks, Jollibee) and numerous Chinese places are nearby. The only public conveyance are the jeepneys and rickshaws( nearest LRT station is 10 min walk). Very close to intramurous, Rizal park, City Hall. The only negative is that hotel asks you to deposit or guarantee PHP 2000(~USD 40) per day as security which gives impression that you don’t trust the guest. Come on Ramada, if we can trust you and come there to stay, you should reciprocate.

Ramada Hotel near Binondo Church in Manila will surprise you in so many ways. For one, it offers serenity inside your hotel room as if you're not on a bustling metropolis that is Binondo, Manila. And since it is closest to church, you only need to walk a few steps and get immediate spiritual reconnection. You will never have a problem with water in Ramada. The showers works so well. I never even thought of getting out of the shower. All of these surprises plus the warm and courteous regard coming from the receptionist make the stay all the more unforgettable. I must especially mention Edward and Albert who by all means possible, assisted me generously to get my ride to the airport even if it means carrying my (heavy) luggage to the car. Feel at home in the Philippines...stay at Ramada Hotel in Binondo, Manila.

I don’t really do reviews on anything but this hotel impressed me. I stayed at Sofitel for 3 nights and relocate to this hotel ramada. If you like ocean view, Sofitel it is. If you like access to different types food, shopping, pharmacy etcetera, it’s outside the front door. They have free breakfast compare to sofitel that cost $40 per head. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. I Highly recommend RAMADA. Service is excellent, no complaints.
