Awesome, friendly service. The rooms are basic but very clean. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because they have somewhat of a roach infestation (pretty common in the Philippines). I've only seen them in the bathroom. If you can deal with that, then this is a great hotel for the price. The free breakfast at the attached restaurant is good, a choice of the daily fare or selection from a short list of meals.

Room is not soundproof. Noises from outside the hotel and the adjacent room can be heard. Bed bugs are present in the beds. Their service is satisfactory though.

The hotel is a nice place to stay. Strategic too, with nearby attractions not too far away. The room is very spacious. They provide locker, and tv with variety of channels and is air conditioned. Bathroom is clean. The best part, is their hospitality. The staffs are very responsive to any request and are very friendly. Their free breakfast is nice too..

The 5-night stay was superb! clean spacious room, very comfy. a walking distance from st.luke's medical centre extension clinic and some fast food chains like mc donald's. The staffs were awesome too❤

We had a surprisingly very pleasant stay here, despite our expectations of the contrary. The hotel is pretty old and small and inexpensive, so we didn't really expect too much. However when we checked in our Superior King room had been upgraded to a De Luxe King, which had a larger floor area and a huge sofa. The bed and pillows were nice and firm, the sheets were clean, as were the towels. We also got a bathtub instead of just a standing shower, which was very unexpected. The only complaints I have are the lack of an elevator, as we were staying on the 3rd floor and had a baby in tow, and the weird smell emanating from a small stairwell outside of our room.

Our to-go hotel whenever we visit Manila! Been here 4x already together with my little family and feels like home na. Staffs were very accommodating, as always. Easy access to robi and other food chains.

The staffs are all accommodating and Very hospitable. The place is very clean and relaxing too. Food during breakfast 👍👍 then its nice to know that your hotel is environmental and practical when it comes to water and reducing water bottle waste.

There was a construction on going within the building during our stay. You can hear the noise in the room. But it was understandable, the noise was tolerable, and they stop it before dusk. The whole area smells good and clean, the staffs are always smiling and always greeting you, and they have very accommodating reception.

I liked the service so much that I chose to stay here twice even if there were cheaper options. Our check out time was 12nn but they allowed us to store our baggage in their storage room until 7pm! Their service is great, always greet you with a smile and the security guards were so helpful. The room was clean and sheets/towels smell good. The room has a water heater and the basic necessities we need. They also have free hot or cold drinking water at the hallway. Iron and iron board are available if you request for it. WIFI is reliable so if you are planning to work during your stay, connection will not be a problem. PS. For slippers, you have to pay an extra 80 pesos. There is no elevator but you can ask for baggage assistance. Walking distance to SLEC, Robinsons mall, Starbucks and just beside Mcdo and 7/eleven. Location is nearby National Museums (history, fine arts and anthropology), Intramuros, and Manila Ocean Park. PS: IF YOU EVER SEE AN OLD MAN NEAR 7/ELEVEN WITH A DOG, PLEASE GIVE OUT ANYTHING YOU CAN. THEY'RE FRIENDLY AND THEY'D BE GRATEFUL FOR ANYTHING.

how I wish to comeback here soon.. I am very much appreciated all the staffs and management for their being hospitable and friendly and the way they treated their guest.. the rooms are cool, elegant and the place is quiet. I loved to stay here even a few days..

If u want to relax and unwind this hotel is highly recommended. Aside from the rooms are very clean all the staffs are pleasant and very accommodating, I will surely come back and spend my weekend again.

Very comfortable to stay together with your family. Breakfast was good and the kids really love it. The staffs were also nice.

Php 2773. A nice hotel. I upgraded from the smaller room which had no refrigerator. Very good service, staff are very helpful. The upgraded room has the Worst television, poor picture, writing is often unreadable, and poor sound, which made the room overpriced.

If a 6 star rating was possible that is how much I would have given this place. It's very clean and safe with good amenities including free drinking water. The staff is extremely helpful. They reassured me about getting a cab at 3am and helped me get one. The 24-hour reception is very good. Highly recommend!

This is definitely the most affordable hotel in terms of within-the-city location. Stayed here for an overnight stay/layover in Manila. My company booked me in a executive unit complete with microwave oven, fridge, toilet with bath tub and what I love the most, it is very spacious. Just a walking distance to Robinsons Manila and some tourist attractions. Good for a family of 3-5. Worth the price. Definitely will go back here soon with my family.

Had a great time here. Stayed for 3 nights and the staff was amazing. Will greet you everytime you exit or enter the building. Staff as well as the guard outside will help you with unloading and loading luggage to your vehicle. Would recommend to anyone looking for professional and great customer service!

The staff were very much accommodating - from the security to the maintenance. The room we stayed in was also neat and well kept. I was able to adjust in no time while staying.

Great staff, super friendly. Clean, nice smelling rooms. No wonder they get booked fast. No smoking rooms but there's a designated smoking area outside the lobby.

The rooms and the toilets are clean. The staff and guards are courteous and helpful. I've had concerns but the front desk was quick to respond. It's all about customer satisfaction. My child likes this place. The rate is reasonable. One can never go wrong with Hotel Bocobo.

The staffs are very accommodating! :D They are very courteous. We feel very welcomed and as guest it's a nice feeling. :D Whenever we pass by they greet us good morning or good evening with a smile. Even though they are having a conversation with someone on the phone and when we passed by they still greeted us with a smile. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. I felt relaxed and my problems vanished even just for a little time.I would love to come back again someday :D

The room and toilet & bath are less maintain. The building is old. There is no kettle & slippers inside, anyone wish to drink hot water must go to hallway to get into centralised water dispensers. See are professional, there's no issue about them. I will rate this hotel 6 out of 10. That's my honest review.

in 2nd half of March 2019, stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks on tour. Nice, small hotel in the busy district of the city, walking distance from Luneta Park. Breakfast menu was different daily and on weekends a solo performer keeps singing in the restaurant. Front desk is quite helpful for foreigners with their guidance and help, good standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

I stayed in this hotel year 2017 when i had my medical exam in st. Luke's medical clinic. The room was just okay, nothing special. One thing i don't like about this hotel when i stayed there was their sheets and blanket was very itchy. I complained to the front desk but they did not changed the sheets so i slept there for two nights without a blanket.

The location was safe although a but crowded. The food was the usual menu but what makes it stand out was the accomodating staffs which were very attentive.

Hotel for relaxation. Location was accessible to nearby stores and commercial areas. Service was good.
