Since I am well traveled I can compare everything from my experience. The only thing that is good in this hotel the staff are very courteous and nice but the room i find it dirty. The toilet has molds and mildew. The bedsheet, blanket and pillows are very old already and have stains. And your sheets please I think it's time to change it's been how many years you are not changing it. It's very thin and already yellowish obviously it's by years of using it. I am still here right now and just because it's easy access with my itinerary I am staying here. Lastly how many times I called the receptionist to ask the guest not to chitchat at the corridor especially during night time. As I am a light sleeper I can hear everything. You need to change your facilities. It's time to renovate and change your amenities, the tv remote control and the ac control it doesn't have cover anymore. When you open the television it's blurry, there's no clear signal. No window, no direct access from sunlight. If you are claustrophobic you cannot stay in this hotel. The value of the money I could find it from other same star hotel that is clean and pleasant.

The AC is as old as time, you can't sleep at night because it's too noisy. Seems like a tractor is being operated inside your room. Dirty room, dirty and oily floors, itchy bed linens and as thin as a cheap paper. Front desk hang up on you if you asked about breakfast availability at 6AM. Room is too suffocating because there was no window and smells like cigarettes. And the room costs is a little expensive for all these bad stuff.

Of the 5 different hotels we've stayed at, this was the cleanest, comfortable and convenient for us. Our room was tastefully renovated. Only two issues need review, bed length for 6' 2" people and little cockroaches that were no match for eucalyptus spray. We never travel without it.

Wifi Signal is terrible. You need to go near your room doorway in order to have some decent internet. The blankets were super thin it is same as there were no blankets at all. Elevator is smelly and with no proper air circulation. The only good thing about this hotel is its location.

Rooms clean, service very friendly, hot showers. Wifi available. Bathrooms neat and clean. Showers clean, with good lighting. Shower drain clean, but didn't drain water a fast as needed. Rooms have a safe to store valuables. I would stay here again and would recommend this to friends and family with ease.

The staff are very efficient. They are courteous too. The hotel is situated across Robinson's and St. Luke's is just a walk away. Hot water for coffee is just a call away for P10. Service is superb. Thanks Eurotel for the peaceful 2 day stay.

I booked a suite and the room was nice and more than spacious enough for just me, although a couple would probably do fine with it too. My only issue is the TV could do with fine tuning as the reception can come across as static or fuzzy across many channels. However if you want a simple and fairly cheap hotel to stay at that's right next to Robinsons in Manila (and other bars etc around Ermita and Malate) - you can't go wrong with this place

Hotel is 2 star at best climbing to 3. Staff was very friendly. Room has no electricity unless you plug in key card after entry. If want ac and fridge to stay on have to leave behind and get front desk to let you in every time leaving. They won't give a second key. Elevator and halls are so so hot, no ac.

The smell of the room is really bad. The ac is too noisy so better to turn it off if you want to sleep but the bad smell of the room will be strong. Really no good smell. And the standard room. The double foam putting together. Really no good. Motel is better ..same price.

Accessable, hospital crew and convenient... recommend additional charging port for universal charger so there's no need to use adaptor when charging

Rooms were decent. Toilet had a funny smell. Bedding barely passable. Aircond was old and turned hot every few hours. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet available. Location is great, right across a mall and walking distance to bars and pubs.

If you choose Euro suite room and spend 3500 peso per day for it, this is what you get: 1. A lot of cockroach. 2. Bad sound proof, youโ€™ll heard about Jeepney goes by day and night. 3. Unstable Wi-Fi. 4. Even you put the make up room sign for hours, no one comes to clean the room. Updated: Even I made a phone call at 6pm to receptionist for make up my room, I went back at 8pm and you know what? Still no one comes to clean it. Perhaps thereโ€™s only security works here.

Room is just okay for the price, not big but can fit 2 adults and 1 child comfortably. They have hot & cold shower. No cafe/ resto in the hotel but they have room service. Food was good, priced just right- serving was good 2. It is in front of a big mall so there are a lot of options for dining.

Stayed here for 10 days quarantine... My room studio suite is just fine but the water in the shower is not flowing that much. Encountered some delay in some services(maybe because the front desk staff didnโ€™t relay well to other staff my request to them or they are really busy and thereโ€™s a lot of guests)but Mr. Kevin was there to gladly help and solve the problem. Staff are courteous and willing to help. But some of front desk staff they make me feel like they were always in a hurry/busy when Iโ€™m taking to them(but they are polite though) . So i was always hesitant to call and ask them something. And when I ask them to follow up the food that i ask the kitchen to warm up. The front desk staff just say to wait even iโ€™ve already waited for more than 10 minutes. It will be more pleasant if she just told me that sheโ€™ll follow up in the kitchen instead of reasoning out that the kitchen staff maybe delivering food to other room. And when the kitchen staff went to my room to give the food he warm he admitted that he almost forgot my food to warm. So if not followed up maybe iโ€™ll be waiting whole night for my food.

Conveniently located within close walking distance of shopping and entertainment and many different restaurants. The interior rooms are small with few frills, but they are modern for the most part and are air conditioned.

We reserved this place for 1week via agoda for quarantine. Don't do it. You will regret it. We had to change rooms 4x because they all had problems in every room. Even the last room. We just stay because it was already paid and no refund.. now I know why. 1st room the sink was leaking really bad, 2nd room we were the only customer on a floor that was under construction dust, fumes and noise in the room. 3rd room they crammed us 4 people in a very, very, very small room temporary for 3 days. Because they were fully booked. final room had roaches like all the other rooms and restroom smelled like pee the whole time. Breakfast was Rice, 1 egg plus 1 item that changed daily like hotdogs or nugget or similar. We had to extend 2 days because of wrong info about quarantine. So I had to pay the same rate at the hotel. But they said it will not include Breakfast as usual. On the reservation it says internet included. U can sign in. But usually does not work or when it does, it is very very very slow. I use to stay here before, but now the hotel got rundown real quick. Not the same anymore. I do not recommend this place at all anymore. The staff was great. The front desk was quick with services. The Bell Hop and Security are helpful. Supervisor Kevin was helpful. It's just sad the hotel is in bad condition. The customers and employees deserve better.

Hotel is w/in a 5-6min walk to/from Pedro Gil Station of LRT Line 1. Jeeps are also available along Pedro Gil. Only issue is the floodings of nearby streets during very heavy rains, which can make travel or commute to/from it difficult. It is also located in front of a Robinsons Mall, which has plenty of shops and restos. Room is okay, although I find their blankets to be thin. Aircon works fine, but seems to have a hard time cooling down the room quickly. It has hot and cold shower, as well as slippers, and a hair dryer. It also has adequate electric sockets. Internet connection is fine, and mobile data signal (for Globe at least) is good. Staff are friendly and responds quickly to room service requests. Overall, this is a good hotel. However, other hotels around the area may provide better rooms at a more affordable price.

Their lower ground parking area is very narrow. The room toilet is stinky. In general, we had a comfortable stay.

I had 21 hours layover flight and decided to book a hotel instead of staying at the airport. They charged u for early check in & out. Keep that in mind. The location is in red area across Robinsons Mall. The bathroom smells disgusting. Itโ€™s like someoneโ€™s pooping all day. The bed sheet is thin. The aircon is old and noisy. Overall good for layover. Didnโ€™t recommend u to stay for long here.

Very filthy, smelly and unpleasant for the price of 2,700 per night. It's better to book for decent budget hotel.

Conveniently located across from a large mall and other central Manila sites. Had flexible options of room types even by different hours which I needed. Room was simple but clean which is all I really needed. Was somewhat noisy since the room I got was on the ground floor of a high staff traffic area. Would likely not be an issue elsewhere. The staff were nice and efficient. Would recommend for short stays. Simple, clean, basic amenities.

3 things that i can say good about this hotel, good location, friendly staff and beautiful rooms with good bathroom (shower) sadly beds are so uncomfortable, food is tasteless and zero esthetics.

arrived, lots of customers, got 2 rooms, both completey fine, both no windows but good for children or baby, cant fall out of a window, clean fresh, ac has switch AT THE BED, thought it didnt work, then found switch, maybe hotel put note at ac to advise it is there so no confusion. The level has new paint, room is newly painted, hotel under construction so can only get better. This hotel walk to beach, cross road to major shopping centre, 7/11, mcdo, no transport needed. this place is awesome. 100% be back. we have 4 kids(1old enough to be responsible), so booked two separate rooms, easiest way for us. tv bit behind the times, but we not here for tv. who cares! breakfast simple but great for price, coffee perfect for me. arrived at door 6am, i forgot lol.. we be back for sure, next trip with the kids. Cheap clean easy and great staff. thankyou for making my trip great.

The room is too small for any international guest esp if you have luggages. The service is bad. I think the staff lacks morale. They give you an unwelcoming aura. For the โ€œfreeโ€ breakfast, you wonโ€™t have the chance to choose as contrary to what they told you upon check-in. Bathroom is ok but is not well supplied with tissues. On the other hand, itโ€™s near Rob Manila and other fastfood chains. The area is easily flooded though.

It was a good location for a hotel just in front of Robinsons Manila. Nice hotel, the room is clean but not so comfy. I have experienced that it's hot inside the room even if the aircon is on.

I think this hotel is used as a quarantine facility for outbound guests.. But they still have rooms plenty of rooms for ordinary guests. This hotel has nice lobby. The staffs are also accomodating. The guards and attendants are more accomodating than those in the front desk. The room is spacious and clean. You can easily control all the lights inside the room because aside from the individual switches, there is a main switch beside the bed. They also have hair blower mounted in a wall. The problem is, there are lots of weird noises around during my stay. 1st was the noise coming out the AC, it was scary. The staff explained that it was because of the rain. Next was the noise in the CR and I don't know what causes it. First 2 days of my stay, I can't connect with their wifi. 3rd day, it worked but the connection was slow. They have a complimentary breakfast that is sent to your room. I checked in alone and I think they knew, but they provided foods for 2 persons. In some way, nakatipid. โ˜บ๏ธ

Budget hotel conveniently close to the mall and St Luke's clinic. The room is spacious and clean with hot water. Service is good and attendants are courteous. Whenever we need something, they are always willing to help. The only problem is their wifi...on my first day, I was connected and the remaining days I don't even get a wifi connection.
