A good place indeed. Such a nostalgic place! Had a wonderful time here. The kind of nights that lift my feet off the ground and the rest was history...πŸ˜… Staff are very accommodating and lively. Rooms are very excellent. Thank you so much! We’ll surely be back ☺️

Excellent rooms and staff. Helpful at all times and very clean with a bit of a luxury aesthetic. The price is a little bit better than the similar hotels. My only complaints would be about the A/C not being strong enough on a very hot day(still decent) and the optional breakfast buffet being your regular western style hotel buffet, which is surprisingly usually above average in most of the Philippines so a small letdown but fair enough. The street around is a bit lame but it's only 5 minutes walk from cool tourist areas.

Rooms are spacious and nice. Wifi was sporadic, and parking was very difficult. The management could not even provide any discount or parking vouchers. We had to use the pay parking lot since they do not have their own parking space. Had to pay 420 pesos for parking just for an overnight stay... πŸ€£πŸ˜…πŸ€£

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Armada Hotel, and I feel compelled to share my frustration and dissatisfaction. Despite encountering unforeseen circumstances that required a change of booking date, the hotel showed a complete lack of flexibility and refused to provide a refund. This inflexibility and poor customer service left a bitter taste in my mouth. In today's competitive hospitality industry, it is imperative for hotels to prioritize customer satisfaction and provide a level of service that goes beyond the mere transaction. Unfortunately, Armada Hotel failed to live up to these expectations. Their unwillingness to consider a change of date or offer a reasonable solution demonstrates a complete disregard for customer needs and circumstances. I believe that a hotel's true character is revealed in how it handles challenging situations and interacts with its guests. In this regard, Armada Hotel has fallen short. Their rigid policy and lack of flexibility have not only cost them my business but have also tarnished their reputation in my eyes. I strongly urge potential guests to think twice before making a reservation at Armada Hotel. If you value a hotel that prioritizes customer satisfaction, provides a high level of service, and displays flexibility in accommodating unforeseen circumstances, I suggest looking elsewhere. Armada Hotel's lack of understanding and refusal to consider a change of date or offer a refund are indicative of a deeply disappointing customer experience.

If you want to discover Manila downtown by foot. This is a good place. Good rooms and Reception persons are eager to deal your wishes. You can just walk toward Rizal Park, and further to Pasig river, walk upstream, saty a while on the bridge, enjoy city view and then walk toward hotel. Take any road all goes to hotel. On the way many malls, shops food and massage parlors. A full body 1 hour massage is a beautiful thing you can enjoy, feel it and then walk to the hotel, have a good shower and you will feel fresh again. If you like walking then go out again. Night time go to 10 minutes walk to Korea Manila town. Enjoy sitting around waterfounten having a cool beer and see people playing and music dance in the big circle.

The rooms are good and spacious. Service is awesome including room/food service. Location-wise, it is walking or Grab-taxi favored location to any destination you want to go to. One comment that I can leave is that their parking lots are very limited, for 5-6 cars only.

Staff are very polite and Attentive. Housekeeping on level 8 were very good. Clean sheets and comfy beds. I would suggest visitors to upgrade to the Deluxe room or you will be seeing an inner wall of the hotel through your windows which can be depressing. I had a nice view and a pleasant stay

Very comfortable and clean hotel with excellent amenities. Perfect city break from a busy city. I love how it had a nice pool which did not have many guests and it was just me and my family. The staff and concierge were so helpful and friendly, they provided us with excellent service and felt so spoilt. The rooms were incredibly nice with fridge, water to drink and they clean and change our towels very well. Had the best sleep and time! Close to mall of asia and intramuros as well. Shame about the construction in front of it which kinda ruins some of the view but still did not stop us from sleeping very well. I didn't think the gym and spa were open when we were there but if they did, they provided luxury services at a good price!

When you check in they tell you to sit down then they forget about you(Excuse was, waiting to print receipt) . Stayed in 509, the room fills with a very bad smell coming from the drain in the restroom. The gym equipment doesn't work (all cardio equipment out of service) lights in the restroom were extremely dimmed, room is comfortable, but I can't take the dawn smell anymore.

Excellent hotel. Great service! The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; it has a very wide option of dishes. The people in the reception were very helpful, not just on checkin and checkout, but also in giving directions to spots. The location is great- very near with some of the places you would want to visit. I would recommend to friends, and will definitely stay again.

I had a great experience here! The room is very spacious and clean. What I like the most is the interior and the ambiance, even at the entrance and lobby of the hotel, you can already feel how accomadating this place is. I really recommend this hotel, the staffs were very nice and polite. Oh! The food is so good! I will definitely come back here

One of the highlights in our Stay here was the rooftop pool and bar. I love the City view! I enjoy their bar, it is a great place to enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Each room comes with modern amenities and a mini-bar. The Beds are comfortable and the linens are of high quality. Have a great stay here! Thankful for the accommodating staffs for providing our needs. God bless your hotel! I will recommend this to my friends and family!

I gave 4 cause of the housekeeping department and for the other staffs of the hotel. Our stay were good, it's near the places where we needed to go. Near the mall too. The thing the we don't like was the street where the hotel is, it'a pretty dangerous outside when it gets dark. My husband almost got rob near the hotel, there's no police around too. I suggest if you would go to this hotel don't go outside at night to be safe.

The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed. Each room comes with modern amenities and a mini-bar. The Beds are comfortable and the linens are of high quality, ensuring a good night's sleep

Rooms are horribly out of date but large but the staff is very nice, location is good. Breakfast is missing some cold cuts or cheese as there is bread but only marmalade. The options that do exist all taste nice though.

Located in old Malate where construction around is never ending and the street is pockmarked and unlit at night. The hotel itself has seen better days, check-in was a hassle because of an ojt trainee who doesn't know what she's doing. My room was very big, but very dark and a bit dank as no natural lighting can stream in. ALL motorized exercise equipments at the gym have 'under maintenance' sign. Poor soundproofing as you can hear the comings and goings of guests near the elevator. You can't ask for a corner room or furthest from the elevator as all the rooms surround the elevator. Breakfast spread covers the basic.

Nice room. Spacious place and awesome wide CR. Polite reception staff. Kind Restaurant Staff. However, there’s something creepy about the hotel. I think there are ghosts around the corner. We noticed it with my family and friends during our stay. πŸ˜±πŸ˜’

πŸš«β›” NO GO! I AM NOT RECOMMENDING! So sorry to say the Hotel is not properly maintained. Fitness GYM are old and not working. The hallways are so dark, no lights and not properly maintained. Staff are not motivated. In general Armada hotel needs a lot of renovations and proper management. For the stay the price per night is very expensive. Warning: the Hotel is not properly secure everyone can just get in and use elevators without control. Swimming pool area needs renovations, dusty and damaged pool chairs and table. Internet Wlfi/wlan very slow to no connection. 🚫🚫🚫🚫

The hotel is quite old and dirty, many ants and smelly in the toilet. The around environment is dirty and dusty due to processing construction. Not so convenient to go around or have something fun. The breakfast is poor and bad. The staff is quite friendly

It is not a value for money choice. It is not as clean as it should, there was mildew in the bathroom and above all staff of the reception was not helpful at all, the one lady was even rude. Also, the wifi didn't work properly, we could not access from the room, only in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is ok as also its location, there are some postitute bars around but you are not under danger

AWESOME PLACE highly recommended. Very clean very spacious and comfortable. Stayed for four nights and loved it even more the longer we stayed. Staff was friendly and efficient. Close to baywalk and restaurants. Rooftop swimming pool was an awesome added bonus. If you have high expectation stay here.

Nice staff , kind and professional.. You get what you pay for, we booked two rooms for two nights.. The free breakfast that comes with the room is good, you have a choice between an American breakfast or Filipino breakfast.. Extra towels cost 100 pesos per towel… limited outlets in the room to charge electronics.. Overall a good stay, 10 people (8 adults, 1 child and 1 infant) stayed in the two rooms..

Nice hotel. Clean, spacious rooms. Window unfortunately pointing at another window. Slow WiFi - cell data connection is more reliable than hotel network. The bathroom has very nice shower. Removable shower head in addition to rain drop shower. Service is very courteous and accommodating.

Armada Hotel provides a relaxing and comfortable stay in the heart of the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out. The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. The hotel restaurant served delicious international cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The location is very convenient, just steps away from major attractions and public transportation. Will definitely recommend.

The room is great. Provided basic stay kits like Dental kit and bath kit. There is a mini ref and a safe. TV has a lot of channles. Bathroom is equip with hot and cold, and blower. It is also spacious. Front desk is very friendly. Parking is limited not sure if up to 10. But there is a pay parking on the other side of the road. The pool is on the 16th floor. Gym is at 3rd floor which is open from 8am to 8pm. P.S wifi is unstable and slow. Bring your own pocket wifi is better. Mobile Data test result Globe is ranging from 15 to 30mbps Smart is ranging from 22 to 55mbps Dito is ranging from 12 to 28mbps (Speed varies on your room)

Their check-in process is terrible! I had to wait for an hour as their rooms aren't yet ready, even after arriving 3 hours past their check-in time.

Booked for a friend and ended up paying for 3 nites instead of the 2 that waz booked. They kept the deposit for no reason and won't return it. Reached out to the hotel without any action. Would recommend the Tropicana hotel or the city garden suites or new coast hotel before considering this one.

We came to spend our last week in the Philippines in Manila and choose to stay at the Armada Hotel, however we didn't realise the location wasn't that great, and around that area it doesn't look safe at all to walk. Once we arrived staff were very nice and professional. As soon as we opened the door of our room it smelled foul, we thought maybe air it out it'll be fine but no the smell kept coming and we could smell sewage coming from the toilet drainage, we called reception and housekeeping came but there's not much they can do other than spray. We only lasted one night and checked out the next day. Unfortunately the hotel is very poor quality and not very well taken care of. My suggestion is to Avoid staying here.

Worst β€œ4-star” hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty, when I opened the window for some fresh air it stank of wee. Wi-Fi did not work. The receptionist was rude and made me pay for a β€œstain” on the bath mat, even though it could have been washed out. Horrible experience, never again.

Great room service, the room was always kept clean. Astonishing view from the pool on top. However, room entertainment services could have been made better.
