I
was
lied
to
from
the
moment
I
checked
in
by
Steven
who
told
me
my
certificate
was
not
on
file
so
I
had
to
pay
a
hire
rate.
He
told
me
that
if
I
paid
the
hire
rate
they
would
make
sure
to
refund
me
the
difference
and
he
would
take
care
of
it.
Over
my
entire
stay
I
had
to
keep
going
back
to
the
front
desk
being
told
it
was
Marriot's
fault
I
didn't
get
a
refund.
When
I
contacted
Marriott
they
said
the
hotel
had
all
the
information
and
would
not
answer
their
phone
calls
or
emails.
Dairo
the
manager
promised
me
on
my
last
day
that
I
would
have
a
refund
with
in
a
week
and
that
it
was
all
their
fault.
He
even
sent
me
an
email
that
stated
this.
A
week
later
i
contacted
the
hotel
and
they
told
me
I
had
to
book
another
stay
and
they
would
refund
the
whole
amount!
Everyone
at
the
front
desk
is
a
liar
and
they
try
to
take
advantage
of
you
because
you
are
not
from
the
country.
The
hotel
is
nice,
but
not
worth
being
lied
to
and
taken
advantage
of.
If
you
stay
there
DO
NOT
pay
anything
they
tell
you
unless
it
is
exactly
right,
and
be
ready
from
them
to
try
and
scam
you
and
other
charges.
