The air conditioning is not cold. The rooms are small. Because the walls are not soundproof, you will hear every guest talking and walking down the hallway. The hairdryer costs 100 pesos for three hours, and our room has a strange odor.

Waste of time hotel. They advertise as available but when you get there, they turn you away and say they are a quarantine only hotel. Security at the front was very aggressive and more concerned with flexing his authority rather than helping guests who have actually paid for accommodation. They had turned away 3 people in 20 minutes (myself included) as they had booked here under the impression that rooms are available as they do advertise as available on booking sites. Don't waste time booking here unless you are quarantining.

Booking here was a big mistake. I didn't realize it is essentially a quarantine hotel. Room photos on-line are very deceptive. The rooms are very small, closed in, with few or no amenities. There is no refridge in the room and no food service in the hotel. Bathrooms are tiny, TV is smaller than 32" . It was a very uncomfortable feeling from the moment I entered. Even though I was booked for four nights, I found another hotel and split. They did agree to refund my payment. Don't stay here unless you have to.

The employees are kind an good mannered. The hotel itself has a cheap price with it, so bear with the minimum standard on food services.

I was lied to from the moment I checked in by Steven who told me my certificate was not on file so I had to pay a hire rate. He told me that if I paid the hire rate they would make sure to refund me the difference and he would take care of it. Over my entire stay I had to keep going back to the front desk being told it was Marriot's fault I didn't get a refund. When I contacted Marriott they said the hotel had all the information and would not answer their phone calls or emails. Dairo the manager promised me on my last day that I would have a refund with in a week and that it was all their fault. He even sent me an email that stated this. A week later i contacted the hotel and they told me I had to book another stay and they would refund the whole amount! Everyone at the front desk is a liar and they try to take advantage of you because you are not from the country. The hotel is nice, but not worth being lied to and taken advantage of. If you stay there DO NOT pay anything they tell you unless it is exactly right, and be ready from them to try and scam you and other charges.

We stayed here twice. On September (for 5 days) and on October (for 7 days) and both of our stay were comfortable EXCEPT for the very hint but noticeable smell inside the rooms. We tried transferring to different rooms but it's still the same. It might be coming from the floors ir curtains, we're really not sure. We just end up having to spray alcohol and disinfectant whenever the smell comes back. They have staff to bring you fresh towels upon request but they have very limited amenities. Hot water is only available on certain times of the day, where you had to go down the lobby just to have your hot water. They also don't have restaurant inside and we always end up have our food delievered or eat outside. They also don't have tables and chairs inside the room so it's not comfortable when you eat inside your room. Overall, we only stayed here to sleep since we have business to attend to and it was good enough and we felt at ease safety wise.

The doors are difficult to open and close which made me and my family feel unsecured. The keycards are also not working right in the elevator. We needed to call to be fetched at our floor to the 2nd floor then transfer to another elevator to get to the ground floor. We called for an extra towel because the room was only provided with one while there's 3 of us in the room, but none came until we checked out. We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and will not come back anymore.

would not recommend staying here. walls are absolutely thin that you can hear the next door’s phone vibrating or going off plus when they’re cleaning outside it’s extremely loud. the bathrooms, although cramped, is I guess tolerable. there’s a smell in the bathroom and room in general that bothered me the moment I walked in. Not sure if the room was cleaned beforehand. I guess the only good side is that the Aircon works, the view is nice, and there’s lots of restaurant nearby + the mall.

The room was very old, no Refrigerator and no kettle. But there was a rat! So you can imagine how the experience went for my daughter and I. They did change our room, to another old room. TV remote control looked like it wasn’t cleaned for some time. So from that to the rat under our bed, I believe you can tell how we felt. I also have to mention that we stayed here under OWWA’s direction for a 5-day quarantine. Which I supposed, wasn’t sure if I should have a higher or a much lower expectations. When I told the house parent about the rat, she wasn’t concerned at all. So I think they are used to the rat living in this hotel. The front desk as well, not even an apology. They did promise to change the room immediately. I asked for hot water, didn’t arrive. I guess, if you are checked-in under OWWA, you have to lower your expectations.

Everything is acceptable except the insulation. The partition between rooms is made from drywall and it's easy to hear the naighbours voice. The bathroom mirror is loose and the wash basin is cracked. They need to do some maintenance also for toilet doors

Strategic location, budget- friendly rates and accommodating staff. Rooms are good for 2 persons, have comfortable beds and enough provisions such as complimentary water, hangers and vault. One thing though, the toilet and bath are quite cramped in size.

The place itself is nice. No frills. No restaurants. Just a place to sleep. The room l stayed had a big bed, a tv & a split bathroom!?! Premises was clean. Hotel staff was friendly. Then again, 2 pm check-in is a turn off. They charge you P600+ for early check-in. Total turn off! Easy to get a taxi outside. Evenings are a bit scary in that area. Lots of crazies & beggars loitering around the area. I paid P1,900+ for my single room. A bit expensive. Maybe P1,600+ all in would be an attractive price.

Clean, practical, peaceful. They have a dedicated work area, multiple electrical outlets, safebox, and free extinguisher. However, there is no extra lock which can only be open from the inside for safety.

When I visit Go Hotels Ermita just to make an inspection for my client since they're looking for a very affordable hotel to stay in and good in services I recommend this hotel. When it comes to price rate, this is very affordable. When it comes to rooms, their rooms are clean, and neat, and the ambiance is cozy where in you want to lie down right away. They offer breakfast and the hotel has wifi. They have parking slot also for the customers if they have cars. The location is very accessible to Malls, church, convenience store, govt offices and drug stores

Poor services and inattentive personnels. I do not recommend staying here. Do not exchange convenience for cheap hotel fees.

We had an issue the first night, but the staff here is so friendly and very accommodating. Issues and misunderstandings are rectified quickly. Would stay again.

Wasn’t able to check in due to a queue of 40 people and a form I was told I needed to fill in but nobody would tell me where the form was I decided to leave the hotel and found another one down the road which I checked into, cheaper with a much nicer lobby area also, and one person in the queue I will take it up with Booking and hope I don’t have to pay those 2 nights

Only thing it's got going for it is the location, rooms looked and felt dirty and the desk service was terrible. I was actually afraid to ask anything with the guy posted on nights. No personality and only liked to serve women who came after and left me standing

The Hotel was good even though you can hear other guests from next room lol.. sound proofing is not good but if your plan is to just have something to stay for a night then it’s acceptable

  • 4/5 Edik D. 5 months ago on Google
The rooms are small, the comfort room and shower smaller. The hotel only gives us 1 keycard hence you should be with your roommate when you go up using the elevators.

I stay at Go Hotels Iligan whenever I am in Iligan City. I am very disappointed in the lack of amenities that I have come to expect when staying at Go Hotels. I do not expect much however the complimentary bottled water and having a bath mat would go along way. I do not expect much, just what is advertised. The location is sketchy especially if you want to walk to Robinson Place Manila to shop, eat or be entertained.

You need to bring your own slippers because if you have OCD you will know. The bathroom tiles are slippery. The toilet is separated from the bath. They only give 1 key card every room. Employees are nice though.

Gohotel is always satisfying with its services, so is this branch. They have a great hospitality service catered to their guests. The front desk is friendly & accommodating. The rooms are clean, fresh & very comfortable to people who travel a lot like us. Their midnight staffs are amazing as well especially their managers & auditors. I hope to check in more in this branch.

  • 4/5 Amir S (. 5 years ago on Google
For the price is good. It gives you everything in a basic level. Nothing is luxury but everything is working. For example the shower and bathroom are very small but the shower is very strong like a 5 star hotel. Room is very small and basic. Location is good if you specifically wanna be in that area. But its not recommended for anyone who is in Manila for the first time, there are better areas to stay.

this hotel is not good. we booked on agoda for my father. and I confirmed it. when my father arrived at the hotel they said they could not access my booking. so my father paid the regular rate. the next day, we went to see my father. I went to the front desk and said look for it I booked since I have a screenshot that confirmed my booking. and my booking came out. I said to the front desk. Why did you tell my father yesterday that you can't access it? you shouldn't be like that. #scammers 👎👎👎

Dec 4, 2021; Quarantine Diary; Currently assigned to this hotel since Dec 1 by our Owwa Team. And I can say that our Owwa Team made a good decision in choosing this hotel. Decent Hotel to stay, Clean place, and Room Size is enough for a long quarantine stay, you will not feel stuffy. The Dear Staffs are really attentive and friendly, doing their job really well. And safety is priority in this hotel. Thank you guys for your service. Saludo ako!

Location is great, near in everything. Unfortunately, the room is a bit off, first, the shower drainage is not draining properly, if you shower the water will stock up before it will drain. Second, the towel are stained, so i request a new one and they should replace all there towels its old already. They don't have fridge in the room while in agoda,it says there they have. They don't have slippers in the room, you need to buy it from them. They don't have a rug in the bathroom. The lock of the safety box is not working so, i ended up bringing my personal things everytime i go out. They don't have kettle as well so, you need to request a hot water from reception but you need to bring your own cup. And you can't request a dryer 'coz they don't have one. Though the bed and the linen is nice and clean. Overall, i will not come back again.

The Staff are very accomodating and very polite the only problem is their food.... not that good I give 4/10 for their food. The rooms are good but there is a mosquito in the room where I've been checked in.. but so far so good ^_^

Cleaning, cleaning, and cleaning. The staff needs proper cleaning training. The entrance walkway, and door windows should always be clean daily. I had to look at hair and a hair pin in the hallway floor for two days. Window and screen dirty inside and outside. The interior walls trimming paint is peeling bad. It down down shame to have two chrome plated elevators that you can't see yourself but you can see it needs cleaning. The place will be a 2-star hotel in 2 or less years. Sorry to say, but this a standard in the Lauzon and Cebu. It's 500m from US Embassy It's 100m from Robinson Mall, which has everything you need but opens at 10 am.

a cheap place to stay if you're planning to just take a shower, use the toilet and sleep. dont expect much from the internet, it was way too slow at around 2mbps, sometimes slower. they gave you a key card and even when there's two or more, you'd still get one. way too inconvenient.
