Late night we're looking for hotels with swimming pool. Good thing i remember this place. We went here last night (Sep 25,Sat), good thing because no schedule pool party so we did enjoy the pool with less crowded people. Room - I'm dissapointed since we saw three cockroches for us to feel uncomfortable. Bathroom - ok because it has a hot & cold shower. Pool - Located at the rooftop area, nice view. Location - location wise for us since we're 15minutes away from here Staff - accomodating and helpful Price - i might say P3,520 per night with complimentary bfast for 3pax is competitive, but this is only promo price.

Nice rooms condo units converted to a hotel rooms. Reasonable price. Friendly staff. Great pool but not infinity as mentioned but still Ok beside a Bar. Awesome buffet breakfast. Good location beside Shop wise and a lot of fast food place. Be back for another staycation.

The place is easily accessible since it is along Chino Roces Makati. The staff were very friendly and polite. Their Conference Hall can cater up to approx 100 guests, sound system is good, food is on average. But the service is at 5⭐️

There are supermarkets and lots of restaurants nearby, and the rooms are cozy like small apartments, even better if they have bottled water

The rooms are not that new anymore. Kinda used. The pool needs more attention. The water did not look clean. Awesome view from the top

Friendly staff, Clean rooms, the only thing is, not so much variety with the buffet breakfast. There are only 2 main dishes to choose from. But over all it's a pleasurable stay :) Our rate is 7/10.

Check-in --seamless, did not take more than 15mins. We got in early and we were told that we can use all the facilities but will have to pay 1k if we want to check in early. Room Amenities --clean and complete with basic amenities (toiletries, towels, water) I liked the space considering the price for the room. Hotel Amenities --outdoor pool and restaurant is clean and well maintained. Food prices- quite pricey but delicious. Breakfast buffet -very bare, good thing there was brewed coffee. Overall I loved our stay in this hotel. I appreciated the front desk officer's effort to transfer us to another room because our initial room was near the pool area where there was a scheduled party that night. To make sure that we don't get bothered with the noise, he went out of his way to transfer us to a better room. In case we have to stay for a night in Makati area, I'll make sure to book this hotel again.

It’s a nearby hotel where you can easily locate in the heart of Makati! It’s a good location for nearby restaurants and shopping. It was an “OK” experience until we went up for a buffet breakfast. Food tastes great, however there was a dead fly in our soup. We approached the wait staff and she did not bother to utter an apology! Very unprofessional!

HOTEL WITH AN OPEN POOL AND VIEW ON CIT! ONE OF MY DEFINITE FAVOURITES IN MANILA. I was surprised to get the best service in Manila: the hotel gave us towels and allowed us to stay in the pool even though we arrived 9am and check-in time starts from 14pm. I also loved the little buffet for breakfast on the top floor.

1. Terrible parking space underground. The way to their parking is very steep, 6meter short with a sharp curve. We were not able to bring our car out the night we stayed. We were forced to use a cab going around the city. 2. Their chef in their breakfast buffet is not accomodating. He doesn't serve his guests well, so are the limited food choices, 3 variants to be exact! 3. There are flies in the lobby and flies inside our hotel room. Never coming back...

The worst hotel ever. As soon as we came in the room, I saw 6 cockroaches. The room smelled so bad, and was too humid. I complained about that problems to the staff. And then, she told us check again because they sprayed some insecticide. But there were still cockroaches. Finally we changed the room, but still I could see them... the staff was nice, but facilities was terrible.

The pool's tiny and when we were there hadn't been cleaned. The neighborhood where the hotel is located doesn't feel safe either. Breakfast buffet was okay but nothing really special.

Hotel itself was ok the neighbourhood it’s in is not, never felt safe at all, breakfast is terrible never bothered to try any other food they had. We stayed for 2 nights with 1 night of very loud karioki only years from our room couldn’t wait to leave. Not recommended

Good stay. The kids enjoy the infinity pool and the spacious room. The smoking area is the pool area and UD area. Construction ongoing in the UD area. Therefore only the pool are is the smoking zone, Where in many kids are enjoying the pool not good for their health. There was a private event around evening in the pool area, so the pool was restricted during those times. Breakfast is scheduled to be delivered at 8:00am but it was delivered after 30-40mins.

Small and expensive room. Aircon and refrigerator are very noisy. And also the surroundings. We can hear the cars from our room. I can not sleep with all these noise. Can’t recommend this.

If you are referring to the Jade Hotel along Pasong Tamo/Chino Roces Ave, just across Shopwise, it is quite a distance away from LRT. It is not 15 minutes walk as described in the hotel details. Its location is good for easy shopping & dining. Easy also for commuters.

This is perfect for a quick gateaway,not too much expensive, our room is very clean,pool are just fine and food is so good.. will definitely be back here.
