    Upon encountering numerous negative reviews about this hotel, I dared to give it a chance. Booked an overnight stay, but parking isn't guaranteed. Be ready for a sluggish check-in—we arrived at 2:30 for a 2 pm check-in and got into the room by 4 pm 🤔, despite being pre-booked and paid. Oh, and they conveniently forget to mention the 2k pesos cash deposit requirement over the phone, ruling out credit cards, bank transfers, and e-wallets. Staff falls in the middle—neither bad nor exceptional, just average. They seem to make do with what the hotel and probably the management offer. The lobby is acceptable, but the management might need a shake-up. Rooms are quite good for the price of $25/night But there is something wrong here... Whoever manages this hotel should be fired and replaced.

    Food was great, rooms were clean and staff were polite. I needed tea because of the buffet and I only saw it on the 3rd day of our stay. Also, the water didint get refilled after lunch and we stayed in the function room 3-4 hours after that so it was a pretty thirsty afternoon.

    Excellent Hotel Experience! I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel and couldn't have been happier with my experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the impeccable cleanliness of the room. It was spotless and maintained to perfection throughout my stay, making me feel comfortable and at ease. The service provided by the hotel staff was top-notch. From the moment I checked in, they were warm, friendly, and attentive to all my needs. They went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant and memorable stay. The cherry on top was the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant.     This hotel is so great!!! They will make sure you are satisfied and will help whenever they can even without you asking. You can really relax in this hotel. Rooms are big, clean, cool and comfortable. Food is very affordable and tasty. Everything in the room is working great. I love the working area in the room. It greatly made my online worktime comfortable. We will definitely book this hotel again. I'm just curious, unlike other hotels, why do they have a 13th floor but no 14th floor? We were shy to ask the front desk. 🤣🤣🤣

    The great customer service started before we checked in, it began not long after we booked a room for our 10-day quarantine. Perry promptly emailed us all the requirements for NAIA & made transportation arrangements to the hotel. He even met us at the front door when we arrived. Chef William's culinary repertoire made the quarantine bearable. Be careful, because you can gain weight. The gentlemen (Eman, Nelson, Mark & Merlin) that brought our meals were very courteous & eager to help. Would highly recommend this hotel in a heartbeat. Couldn't be happier with our choice.

    Excellent central location I stayed on the 7th floor for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed its central location, where everything is within walking distance. The staff, particularly KM, was extremely helpful. The hotel staff has always been pleasant, patient, and helpful. I also appreciated the luggage storage option. That is what most impresses me. The room was very comfortable, cozy, and clean. I will definitely check into my next stay.

    Hotel is spacious. Front is only for dropping off and pick up points as street is tight. Ground parking gets full fast. Serves dine in at the restaurant on the ground floor just past the lobby. Good place for holding seminars for a small number of people. Located in the heart of China Town.

    Staffs are very hospitable, friendly and they all showing their kindness. 5 stars service with all staffs especially shout out to JANINE she help me a lot and service was excellent. She can do extra miles with her duties. Food is beyond expectation. Lastly I had an Amazing time staying in the hotel.

    We arrived early at 10am on 2/10/24 for our Prosperity Buffet and overnight booking for a superior king room. We were helped out of the vehicle by the guards; Russel James secured our luggage then gave us tag for claiming later so we could enjoy dining without it. Raquel noticed us and offered to assist us (I knew of a hotel that won't entertain you until it's almost 2pm) and said that if rooms were available, we could do early check in, free of charge. And guess what? We were given our room keycards few mins after and our luggage was taken there. Btw, there was a reasonable security deposit of 2k. After the buffet and captivating dragon and lion dance, we went to our room. It was spacious and with furniture and amenities you would not expect for the price you paid. It was indeed a beautiful room. I remember having second thoughts because I wanted our hotel kind of in the middle of the well known streets. Glad I proceeded with Blulane. Retiring to a room that's well thought out, especially for a couple, was definitely one of the highlights of our Binondo stay. There were some minor stuff though--like broken floor tiles and rooms not being so soundproof (could hear kids at the adjacent room). But those were negligible to us and we would absolutely come back here for a short stay when we visit Binondo.

    Michael the concierge guy made our day and stay he was so helpful also Neil in the reception. Safe wasn't ready in our room so as the carpet which is mingin. Internet in our room is so slow thus our data was to be used most of the time.

    What I like most is that the hotel is child friendly. Safe and secure. Rooms are clean, but the carpet has some stain issues. That's all. Enjoyed our 4 days 3 nights stay here.

    The hotel is very clean. The hotel staff are nice and accommodating. Location of the hotel is near Binondo , the oldest Chinatown in the whole world. Food is excellent.. I highly recommend the hotel to travelers in this part of town.

    Good food, great rooms, very accommodating management. Got the rooms at a discount at an online travel website but rooms were really good and clean. More than what you pay for. Also had an event there and the staff was very easy to talk to from planning staged to day itself. Special mention to chef William Ong and Ms Fhey from food and beverages.

    Been there at Blulane several times already but this is the first time I'm going to do a review since I really like their services. Last day I stayed at Blulane for a night in order to film and do my school projects. Their services are very commendable especially the lady who's in the front desk and also those staffs who assisted me going to my room. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What I like most is that they're going to greet you everytime and it feels so good.     It is a 3 star hotel with a 5 star service. I stayed for 10 days in this hotel for my quarantine in manila. A very affordable package was offered to me all inclusive with free airport pick up. What made this hotel 5 star in my opinion? Because of their staffs like Sir Michael and Ma'am April.. they are the front desk staffs that truly represent the company to their clients. They are always ready to cater to all your needs in a very personal manner. But not only that, their Regional Director is personally handling concerns and find solutions at once. They truly value their clients. And to top it all, their food is superb.. they can even cater to your personal and medical dietary requirements without any charge at all. It was indeed a very remarkable hotel experience. Will definitely recommend this hotel to people that is looking for hotel that value affordability and superb service.

    The room was okay, clean, and comfortable. Wifi connection was good but not fast enough. I have a problem with their breakfast service, they didn't tell me whether there will be breakfast buffet or not. No prior notification at all on the night before. What a pity. Maybe, you should add a vegan menu on your breakfast choice.

    I must add that everything was amazing over my 8 nights here as I recovered from surgery. My final destination and the clinic are both close by the place. The space is big, top-notch, and cozy. After my operation, I experienced no issues. because they were always accommodating and took care of my needs. Although there was no freezer in the refrigerator in my room, the staff was gracious enough to help me store my ice pack in their freezer in the foyer. Highly commended. This hotel is one that I heartily recommend. outstanding service Oh, and the food was also excellent. If I had to rate it from 1 to 10, I'd give it a 10 out of 10. It went above what I expected. The staff in the dining area were also great, Maxine offered to slice the fruits that I bought since I needed to eat fruits daily . I'm impressed with their service. Thanks to sir eman, sir Michael, mam jhoana and the rest of the staff!! Kudos Swiss-Belhotel!

    The rooms are nice though you can see it's age. The service is great as well that's staff greets you all the time. Very great room service as well. Although if you planned to bring a car best call the hotel first as they have limited parking space.

    Nice conference facilities, rooms, and buffet service! Great value for money! Updated Review from a more recent stay (Jul 10-14, 2023) The hotel gets a seriously downgraded rating in my assessment this time! My party stayed for five days and five nights, and my vehicle stayed parked on the street, at the mercy of Binondo traffic, for two full days and two full nights! On the third day of our stay, In the middle of our event, I had to leave for another meeting, and I told the security guard on duty that I will be back the same afternoon. There was no parking space for me anymore when I got back, and was told that I had to find a pay-for-parking space in the area on my own and that there was nothing they can do. I left my number with the guards, noting that they promised to call me the first instant a parking space becomes available. It was not until one of our team members left on Friday afternoon and vacated the parking space that THE VEHICLE THAT FETCHED HER USED, that I came to know that a parking space is now available, and it was my teammate who told me, NOT ONE OF THE GUARDS! Indeed there are very limited parking slots, and the hotel should not have allowed incoming/new guests to park if slots have been taken by checked-in guests, under the principle of first-come, first served. Or knowing the number of guests that are booked, they could have rented secure parking spaces around the area, much like what other hotels do if their own parking slots cannot accommodate in-house guests. Would they have paid for damages to my vehicle if an accident happened while my car was parked on the street while I was a guest at their hotel? Or is the attitude of the security personnel a reflection of the lack of concern of the hotel management? On top of this, we had the unfortunate experience of waiting for the breakfast buffet dishes to be refilled and tables to be cleaned (by staff busy talking to one another while guests were scrounging for clean tables to occupy) once too often. Glasses and drinking water had to be requested multiple times by different guests, used utensils were left in tables that were not properly wiped clean, and messy serving areas with spilled condiments left undisturbed by unbothered staff. Long wait for elevators, weird shower room setup that left the whole bathroom with pools of water, poor wifi connection in some rooms, and service staff arguing with guests about water bottles being replenished in rooms or not! We were supposed to book the hotel for another 4-day event in the next couple of months, but we've started looking for another venue. Extremely disappointed!

    The rooms are not cozy and the showers room has no door. When taking a bath the waters over flows in the bathrooms. When comes to the foods are ok not bad but not also good. Their staffs are welcoming. The mini fridge stinks that is why I complained and right away they attend to it. And their is a awful sound in the left elevator. The view outside the window is bad

    It was really a nice hotel. Clean and luxurious. Rooms are spacious. It has 17 floors but only 2 elevators. There are a lot of VIP rooms for the conduct of seminars/trainings or any occassions maybe. Food are just okay. Going to the hotel is a challenge because of the traffic.

    Pros: the rooms are neat and clean(mostly) and spacious. We were a couple with a baby and even with a cot there was enough space. Cons: there are many. The communication between the front desk staff within themselves is broken. One staff says something and you call later and there is now a change in the information. The lift doesn’t operate from your floor. You have to call the front desk who will then send someone to your floor from the ground level. It’s like you’re trapped as in one instance no one came and we went back into the room to call again. The street is a mess and expect grab to be always delayed. In 2 days of stay I ordered 3 taxis and they were always delayed by a lot. I’m not ever coming back to this place

    Good day! I wanted to share our experience last night with inquiring and placing our order through the hotel Viber account. The conversation was good at first, but it seems the receptionist named "IYA" on duty doesn't want to accommodate our order since she was busy last night, according to her. I understand the situation since I am also working in a hotel here in Pasay as a duty manager. We even advised her that we could wait until she had the time to assist us, but she didn't reply back or exert any effort to advise us if she didn't want to accommodate our order due to her own reasons. I am hoping to address this concern, as other receptionists (Jason) can multitask and still entertain us even when they are busy. Thank you, and have a great day!

    Not so good experience. LACK OF EMPLOYEES you called your place as a HOTEL but there are no BELL MAN you have to do it yourself by pushing your own luggage cart. Employees are not hospitable train your employees please. We asked the front desk to change our bedsheets and pillows because its so itchy but the person from the front desk told me that he will let the housekeeping personnel check it first my goodness you could have just told me that you will change it right away because I AM A GUEST! Imagine we just checked in and the sheets are itchy!. And when we checked out the next morning guess what the woman on duty in the morning doesnt know what she's saying🙄 srsly arent you aware of the system youre using basic informations of the guest like that? you'll tell us that were not checked in on that room even if we have a receipt ✨ and we even slept there. KINDLY TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEEES PLEASE!!! Its not the standard of HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY BE PROFESSIONAL AND ALSO TO YOUR FRONT DESK DOT USE YOUR PHONES WHILE WORKING!!! YOURE THE FIRST LINE AND THE FACE OF THE HOTEL YOURE WORKING FOR.

    I must say I had doubts and fears regarding my quarantine stay in Manila, but because of the help and assistance I received from Ms. Linie and Mr. Perry, they all went down the drain. With the hassle-free homecoming package, I grew more at ease and confident as all my needs were well taken care of from the get-go (airport transfers to the hotel). It is worth mentioning the amazing staff who welcomed me at the hotel. They were courteous, helpful, and had good attitude. Most importantly, they were always available and very much reliable, if I may add. Immediate attention was given to all my concerns. The room was spacious and clean that I felt relaxed and at home. On top of that, the food was great, I especially enjoyed their merienda (snacks). Overall, I had a wonderful quarantine stay here. I would certainly recommend this hotel to my friends who are planning to come to the Philippines. It is truly well-worth the price.

    My quarantine stay was great, hotel room was nice, clean and spacious though my bed sheet has spots or stain marks and the toilet bowl was in continuous flushing and needed to be fixed manually. Food is great, a bit pricy but tasty, though, my breakfast, lunch and dinner was free. Cable TV channels does not have complete or plenty channels and I got bored because I have the same channels to watch. Great infection control, they sanitize the whole floor with smoking machine and staff are wearing PPEs. Staff are nice and accommodating. Overall, a great stay

    The staff were very approachable and helpful, most of them are very polite too, the location was very convenient. The breakfast was good. They arranged everything for us from morning till night. Receptionist is very friendly and respectful to their guests. The hotel is clean and our room was spacious with everything that we needed during our stay. The room furniture and bed was good and comfortable too.

    I stayed here for an 8-day quarantine and had an absolutely comfortable stay! The room and bathroom was really clean. The food they were serving each day always hits the spot! 10 out of 10, it was tasty, just the right amount and is a well-balanced meal with veggies and fruits. I believe the gem of this hotel is their staff. They really do their best to address my needs and were very warm and cordial. Consider Blulane if you're thinking of a quarantine hotel. Their packages are all-inclusive (yes, that includes airport pick ups, too!).

    It provided good accommodation for our lodging. Meanwhile, they seem to be understaffed when it comes to refilling their buffet at the Mezzanine area. Maybe they could hire more staff to attend to the guests’ needs especially when they are hosting atleast 3 simultaneous trainings/seminars.

    We have conducted trainings at this hotel with accommodation multiple times. Based on our own evaluation, the participants and organizers rated excellent both in services, food and facilities. The staff are courteous and hospitable and the rooms are comfortable and immaculate. Even their administrative staff are hands on in addressing our concerns and very prompt in responding in all their services. Their rooms are amazing in terms of cleanliness, fragrance and the view from there is stunning at night. In terms of location, it is only few steps away from the train, pujs and buses with easy access to all the attrations and main roads. It is also accesibile to market, church, hospital and schools. This is the ideal place to stay at the Capital City of Manila, Philippines. I would highly recommend Swiss-Bel Blulane to my relatives, friends, colleagues, and to all event organizers in the Philippines. Truly an International Hotel with a legacy of excellence and quality.     Staffs are very respectful. Excellent service especially Mr. Bhob Cantuba who was assigned to us for our activity. Sa loob ng 5 araw naming stay sa hotel he provided us a very excellent service and also the marketing managers who were very kind and easy to deal with. Ms. Ireene Tolentino.     Great service from staff... front desk to housekeeping to technical. Nice friendly smiles all throughout. Special mention to KM who gave that extra mile customer service, uber friendly and helpful. Kudos to u KM. Nice, clean, spic and span room. Towels are outdated though and needs to be replaced. Overall, superb. Will definitely come back.

    Couldn't fault the hotel, the rooms, staff, food and service were all excellent. Only drawback is the location, chinatown isn't the easiest place for transport but the front desk staff sorted that for me with Grab. Thank you to all the staff there and I highly recommend this hotel.

    Place is accessible to divisoria and many more..places where you can buy items/products affordable.. Hotel is ordely and clean with good ambiance. FOOD IS DELICOUS.

    It was our first time to celebrate Chinese New Year in Binondo and first time to stay in Swiss-Belhotel and we had a blast, a superb experience. My kids had fun watching the dragon dance and they even ask me that we should come back every Chinese New Year and we will 😊. As soon as we arrived, the staff are very hospitable, accommodating, they have a great and fast customer service and most importantly, they always wear a smile.There was a little situation in the Mezzanine when we are having our breakfast but I would say they were able to handle it in a very calm and professional manner. The room is spacious, temperature and the bathroom is fine and clean. Another thing I like about Swiss-Belhotel is it's accessible to all, The churches, the highly rated foods and public transport. Thank you Swiss-Belhotel for making our first Chinese New Year Experience a blast and we will surely comeback.
