If you’re crazy enough to visit Manila, this hotel is an ok choice for a budget hotel. Clean rooms, friendly & courageous staff. My advice is to get out of Manila as fast as you can. Don’t walk the streets at sunset!! And don’t go around china town, you’ll get mugged for sure! You’ve been warned.

Environment is great, the room is clean and tidy, room service is fast and the cafeteria's food is delicious with affordable price, though not much in the menu. Overall it is comfortable to stay in here.

The Hotel was located in a dark area. Not too safe when walking alone at night. Cockroaches were the first thing I saw when I opened my room door. The staff replaced my room but I never had a really good rest thinking about the crawling insects once I switch the lights off. The mattress was so hard, it felt like sleeping on the floor. I asked for additional pillows just to help my side feel better as I cannot sleep on my back. I offered to pay but I was not expecting to pay 200 pesos for 1 ber pillow and 1 throw pillow for less than 5 hrs use ( I asked past midnight since I really can't sleep). I communicated well about the experience but I guess the staff were insensitive about it and they knew that the hotel needs to be enhanced. Not worth the price I paid for. Too basic, a lot of better hotels with the same price range are in the area.

There is a bar in the hotel of 5th floor. Every night is very noisy.Even I was in 2th floor.I woke up every night because its too loud to sleep.Sing and screech until midnight.The lady working in the reception is not very helpful and unable to figure out . We change room for 3 times because air condition is not working. Very hot in room. Very terrible experience. I will not stay in this hotel again.

They have great rooms and great customer service. A place you will sure enjoy.

Great location but looks like it hidden, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. This was one of the nicest places I stayed in during my 3 weeks vacation in the Philippines. I didn't break my wallet to secure a decent hotel. Staff also helped with direction. I can't ask for more than thank you Festive Hotel.

There was no internet during our stay

The hotel itself is conveniently located and the accommodations themselves were adequate. My first room had a broken water heater and I was immediately placed into a nicer room. The only issue I had was the spotty WiFi which was out for 2 days of my visit, but that is really more of PLDT'S issue. Friendly staff and connected coffee bar were a big plus.

I booked a 4 night stay via Agoda. I did not bring any cards with me and I'm glad they were able to accommodate my e-wallet payment. Staffs are courteous, polite and accomodating. Check in was hassle free. The room (Grand Suite), was spacious and clean, with a king bed all to myself. Not spotless clean but clean enough. I checked every corner and not a single ant in sight. Food was so-so. After 2 meals, I decided to just order food via GrabFood. Staffs are nice enough to bring it to my room, everytime. The only "ugly thing" about the hotel was the noise. My room was facing the busy street and you can hear all the noise coming from vehicles. You can also hear the noise from the hallway and even from the room upstairs. It's unfortunate for me because the only reason I was there is to treat myself for some quiet "me time". Sadly, I was not able to achieve it. I'd still recommend the hotel, just don't get the rooms facing the streets if you want to have a good rest. I only gave it a 3 star rating because that's how I feel with my stay.

Very accomodating hotel staff and friendly. Clean rooms and beddings. Atmosphere in the hotel is above average and the place is quite enough for the whole night sleep. Personally I would like to recommend this hotel to a friend.

Clean. Quite humid in the room. No windows. The cafe in the lobby serves a nice well priced breakfast. Was a good place to stay before getting a bus the next morning as convinitely located
