Cleanliness of the Room and Cr were well managed, but the problem is that clogged drainage in the CR and control of the shower is not working. Incomplete toiletries ( no toothbrush). First time I booked in this hotel and I will never book again, cause I have bad experience with the FRONT DESK STAFF, not only once but twice during our stay but thanks to this man in pink( maybe their manager),to fix the issue.
