You can never go wrong having your early weekend morning exercise here at UP Field or Garden. Even if there's too many people, it still doesnโ€™t feel crowded at all. The greenery view here is always magnificent! Perfect bonding for the Family!

UP Sunken Garden is probably one of the most iconic places in QC. It's a good place to reflect, relax, unwind, and immerse in the culture and the vibrance of UP. It's a really good place to fly kites, play frisbee, bike around, and so on. I recommend going here if you haven't already.

UP Sunken Garden is a wonderful spot to relax and spend quality time with friends. The park is bustling with activity, with many people enjoying morning and afternoon jogs. As I stroll through, I'm often reminded of my own college days, observing UP students diligently working on their school projects. It's a place that holds a special charm for me. Additionally, there are conveniently located food stalls nearby, making it a perfect all-in-one destination for a leisurely outing.

Relaxing spot in the heart of the metro especially during weekdays. Now that it is pandemic, park is open 5AM-9AM and 4PM-8PM and face mask is a must.

Parking: Available Restroom: Not sure, I canโ€™t find a public restroom in oval vicinity Great place to walk, jog or even do picnic. Refreshing since there are lots of trees. For food, thereโ€™s a stalls and vendors around the area, a bit pricey compared to other places but itโ€™s understandable.

UP Sunken Garden is my favorite place. It is open for all. This is QC's public park that offers the warm embrace of Mother Nature's green grass and tall trees. Sunken Garden is where you see social groups bonding and strengthening their relationships. This is where you sit down and give time to reflect on your day. Such a beautiful place this Sunken Garden is.

  • 4/5 Pristeen L. 5 months ago on Google โ€ข 24 reviews
It's a great place to have picnics and even join or host small outdoor activities. There are lots of food and drink vendors too so you can skip preparing or bringing your own food and drinks. Still, if you want to bring your own food, go ahead. There are lots of trash bins where you can throw your own garbage after your picnic or activities. There are lots of stray cats and dogs around so it might not be good for people who are scared of cats and dogs. Also, it's not ideal for people who need to pee a lot. Not all of the college buildings allow outsiders to use their toilets. There aren't public toilets either.

The UP Sunken Garden serves as a tranquil oasis on the university campus, inviting individuals to unwind and escape the demands of daily life. Its expansive green surroundings create a serene ambiance, making it the perfect spot to simply sit, let your mind go blank, and soak in the tranquility. Whether you're a student seeking a break from studies or a visitor in search of a peaceful retreat, the garden offers a calming environment that encourages relaxation. It's a place where time seems to slow down, allowing you to recharge and find a moment of peace amidst the lush surroundings. This calming atmosphere contributes significantly to the UP Sunken Garden's appeal, making it a go-to destination for those in need of a chill and rejuvenating experience.

Nice indoors Playground for kids in City of Dreams. Ensure to book the Ginger Man Cooking class as soon as you are in. Avoid the restaurant, and pick one of the many Casi no restaurants. Movie is just a 20min 4d. Normally quite packed so be there 15min before the movie. 6 slides that your kids will enjoy. Puppet show was not available for the past 2 months. Year pass is a good option for a family of 4 living in Manila

    (Translated by Google) I think it will be even more fun and dizzy when Koreans come. A place that many people know as a children's theme park, but adults also admit it is more fun than Lotte World! If it exceeds 120cm, you can enjoy more fun, and if it exceeds 140cm, you can do anything. A must-go place if you go to the Philippines! But it's hard, so I recommend it on the last day, before boarding the plane๐Ÿ˜‰ (Original) ํ•œ๊ตญ ์‚ฌ๋žŒ๋“ค์ด ์˜ค๋ฉด ๋”์šฑ ๋” ์žฌ๋ฏธ์žˆ๊ณ  ์•„์ฐ”ํ•œ ๊ณณ์ผ ๊ฒƒ ๊ฐ™์Šต๋‹ˆ๋‹ค.

Nothing extraordinary to expect here as this is mostly used as an events ground. Plain grass but a large area perfect for events. I came here for the UP Fair which I believed celebrated here annually. Had a blast with the the most famous Filipino bands and artists. You can hang out and have a good walk around if the weather is cool. Relaxing place to just have a good chat with some friends. There are some food vendors roaming in the area, mostly snacks like ice cream, fishballs, etc.

It was great to go to UP FAIR KALYE TUNES, even though we didn't get tickets. We still got to watch HEV ABI, and it was so much fun. Despite the large crowd, it's okay; at least we were able to experience UP Fair again. It was super enjoyable, and there were many food stalls on the side of the actual event.

It's great! The trees are huge, and it's open to the public. It's just that during quarantine for some reason, people aren't allowed to sit on the grass. Even though its a wide open space, and social distancing can be observed instead of disallowing any and all pedestrians.

I purchased a new sporty coin purse at Bally & a cap at Hugo Boss. As I underwent security at the entrance, I asked the security guard whether to drop my personal stuff I carried on hand twice. I shook my head twice because he didn't respond (looking too rude). The same thing occurred at the concierge desk in the casino as I applied for the Melco card to replace that of the hotel's namesake. While writing the form & asking some questions to clear things up, he told me to hurry up as he had other customers to deal with. But a couple was behind me in line.

Spent my birthday in this awesome place. Not a fan of cigarette smoke but that can't be helped. Even with state-of-the-art ventilation system can't hide that rancid smell completely. This place is designed to impress. Dream Play was a dream come true. Me and the family had a lot of fun.

Love the experience though better enjoyed with kids around 7 years old and above to fully experience the park.. also, it is a bit small. I recommend to book your appointment in the ginger bread house upon arrival, we weren't able to to so we didn't get a chance to experience it

What i loved about this Dreamplay in City of Dreams is not that big and huge that you need all your energy to monitor and run after your kids to make sure they are safe with all slides and activities. A small place but packed of things to do to make your little kiddos busy and excited. In addition to that, you can just sit down and sip that bottomless soda or ice tea while watching your kids slide to their heart content. They enjoyed the baking session giinger bread and the 4D movie offered by Dreamplay.

Not as good as when it was newly opened. Should just lock the venue if there are field trips as it is too crowded when bigger children play the small ones couldn't explore. Not everyone get to enjoy baking as it only accommodates limited number of people per session and it's a rush every session. Also, very expensive.

Hung out with friends on a March night. Fries and sundaes while reminiscing about hopes and dreams. [Curfew removed after March 1 2022, due to being on Alert Level 1. Oval closed to cars, but pedestrians have free access. Parking along outer roads is acceptable.]

A lovely place to go for physical activity. The grass is well cut. Watch out for the tractor tracks on the field. You might break an ankle.

Favorite pitstop when biking and running at the UP campus. The place has hosted various events. It can even serve as a venue to practice soccer, baseball, frisbee, open-air badminton and a lot others. Favorite tambayan nearby are food stalls serving instant pancit canton, kwek-kwek, cheese sticks, fishball and other street foods. An icecream cart is usually present and a taho vendor as well.

Itโ€™s great to fly kites, play frisbee, kick ball, run around anything you can do on a flat field and as long as itโ€™s not raining. Around the field is a tree lined street where jeepneys sand cars pass but there is a designated bike lane so people who want somewhere to ride their bikes around can also go here. Thereโ€™s a side walk around the sunken garden also where joggers can jog. There are small stores around the garden where you can buy snacks and drinks (water, juice, soda). There are trash bins around the garden, too, it would be great if we all help each other keep the place clean, considering it is a place we can bring kids to, or visit for free.

The Sunken Garden is a large oval-shaped field surrounded by trees and a lagoon. It is used for various activities such as jogging, sports activities, and cultural events. It is also a popular spot for picnics, with visitors bringing their own food and drinks to enjoy under the shade of the tree. Home to various species of birds, butterflies, and other wildlife. It is a popular spot for birdwatching and nature photography. Also a popular venue for concerts, rallies, and other events. It has been the site of various political rallies, concerts by local and international artists, and even the annual UP Lantern Parade. UP Sunken Garden is a must-visit destination for anyone visiting the University of the Philippines Diliman campus, whether for its natural beauty, historical significance, or cultural events.

Coming from a UP graduate - of course I'd rate this 5 stars. Perfect for alone time or for time with friends. Lots of kiosks just nearby for food. Can cater sporty activities. Open to the public! My only issue is - NO BATHROOM ๐Ÿคง

Went here while biking. Definitely the best place to do so while in the metro, at least by far from my experiences. It's chill and cozy and the shade and the abundance of nature really sets it apart from the rowdy and annoyingly hot streets of the city. As soon as I left the UP compound I immediately noticed an intense uptick of heat in the air. Will definitely come back as frequently as possible, especially when biking

Good place to take kids out to run and play. There are street foods, dirty ice cream and some small food stalls in the area. Best to bring some wipes/water in case kids get dirty/muddy.
