It's not so crowded here, heck barely any people, it's an OK mall. I Came here to apply for a Rushed Postal ID it went well. Over at Macau Imperial there's barely people as well, the pearls here are cooked better tho πŸ˜† Robinsons Otis itself have to add more Shops but all in all my experience here was fairly pleasant. πŸŒΌπŸ’›

Good place to buy groceries and just grab a quick bite to eat. Its not busy and close to Pandacan which is great. Not the newest building or most variety but most things you can buy here and its clean.

there are several stores here but i would not recommend going here if you're looking for a one-stop shop like in other robinsons malls. one thing i would recommend robinsons otis is that there's not much people coming here so doing the groceries and government chores thru Pinoy Lingkod Center like NBI clearance is faster here. in terms of starbucks, it's quite packed since it's around the car dealerships area

Robinsons Otis is a shopping mall. It has a three-storey shopping complex that provides customers various products and services. A HIGHLY recommended place for your shopping needs.

A small mall just enough to house some fast food for our grab and go or a quick meal. It also houses the Robinsons supermarket for our daily essentials and Handyman for our D. I. Y. 's

It's similar to Robinson Manila and from there passing along UN Avenue Road to the left I found Robinson Otis that is near for those people living in Paco who dont want to go far Robinson Manila. Just took me at least 20 minutes to reach this mall upon getting down from Manila Med Hospital NBI Building.

I recently went here for my NBI clearance appointment. I was able to get my clearance as scheduled, which is really nice, considering how valuable time is. It was a smooth transaction, thanks to the staff at NBI Otis who were very efficient. I was also able to secure my PhilPost ID and National ID, during my visit. Rob Otis is a convenient place to go to, for the transactions I've mentioned.

Grocery, Tools, Gym, restaurants... etc. they are all actually available in the Mall. they just don't have shopping as it is just a small mall. it's not bad they have the necessities you need

Old but still good. The airconditioning was really cold. Perfect for shopping without too much crowd. Parking is ample too. I liked the designated smoking area outside.

There's no signage going to mall from the basement parking. There's 1 elevator serving the basement going to the upper 4 floors. There's no map or guide in the elevator what establishments can be found on the floors. Kindly improve this. It wastes time and money.

  • 3/5 Rafael R. 2 years ago on Google
Easy access to the basement parking area. Clean ambiant atmosphere interiors. Easy access stores layout.

Your one stop shop in the Paco manila area with everything basic you need close to your converging point. From cafe, restaurants, groceries, services and etc.

Management is very fair in accomodating customers and the general public as a whole despite the strict health measures being implemented by the local authorities. Good job Robinsons Otis.

This is a good place to hang out at, with free wifi. The problem is there's only a handful of food stalls. No jollibee no McDonald. Good thing they have SB.

We went here and visited comelec registration office for transfer of location, but to no avail cut off for the last day was 5:am on 23rd July, as many were already on queue night before the last day. They only required 600 registrants.. About the place, this is the branch which for me is not well maintained among the great places of robinsons.

My brother and I had no choice but to go here due to NBI main system shut down. The mall is small mainly for doing grocery. There is national bookstore also.

Run down old place needs updating. Only redeeming thing is they have a vendor that sells great cordillera grown coffees.

A bit lame and outdated as a mall. Better if they can update the place and clean restrooms. Modernize it. The location has potential

Robinsons has been one of my fave malls. It has all the good quality brands that I love. The food stalls can't be missed as well.

Just a stone's throw away from my house. From here, I'd usually drop by Landers Otis. Ample parking space, with pay. Small lot area though, so limited shops inside. But good enough for me. Grocery, salon, hardware, watch repair, gym, Starbucks and National Bookstore.

  • 5/5 Joshua 1 year ago on Google
Quaint mall good for residential areas nearby. Has a good selection of merchants inside and a well ventilated grocery area.

good place to go if you don't like crowds. ok choices of stores, but not a lot to choose from.

  • 5/5 MJ B. 9 months ago on Google
Robinson Otis is not that huge compared to other malls but it offers loads of products and groceries you could buy. There are government offices available and there is also a watch shop where you could get your watch fixed. The parking is quite small and tricky so it couldn't accommodate a lot of cars.

  • 5/5 Judy Ann Rose M. 9 months ago on Google
The mall is clean and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. There are plenty of stores to choose from and the prices are reasonable.

  • 4/5 Sara K. 9 months ago on Google
If you are looking for an uncrowded place, This mall is best for you. However, cinema is not available here. For me, this mall needs to have an expansion and more resto, shops for improvement. The rest is good.

Robinson ortis is a great mall to visit. The mall has a great selection of stores and restaurants to choose from, and the mall is always clean and well-maintained. They also have a great location, making it easy to get to from anywhere in the city.

A small Robinson's place, a bit out of place 😁 but I think it serves the community well. What is great is that it has access to goverment satellite offices like NBI, LTO, etc. It has a supermarket, department store and some restaurants. It has Starbucks 😁

More relax on health protocol implementation. No Social distancing and Group gathering are most welcome, I believe kids below 15 years old is not allowed, you can hear and see kids having meal at popeyes. i believe this family stays nearby condos, moreso, cashiers on kids section are more focused on talking to its colleagues rather than doing its job. Remember... Its a CHRISTMAS SALE EXPECT VOLUME OF CUSTOMERS.

Not so big of a place, but you can fond most of your grocery needs here. Few eateries/restaurants inside are available. Not much procedure nor for contract tracing, though when u enter. Only temperature is taken. Not everybody inside the establishment are called their attention when masks and face shields are not properly worn. Enough parking at the basement and in front. Before there was free parking, not it has a flat rate of P40.

It's a small place, not a flat rate for parking so it's expensive, this is a pet friendly place, there aren't many people.
