We've
been
at
this
branch
before
the
pandemic,
I
think
more
than
5
times
and
everything
was
quite
perfect,
that's
why
we
decided
to
go
back
there
for
mother's
day
celebration.
Worst
idea
ever.
I
guess
we
should
have
stick
to
the
P.
GUEVARA
branch
that
never
let
us
down.
Let's
start
saying
that
from
the
moment
we
ordered
the
food,
we
had
to
wait
more
than
45mins
before
the
orders
arrived
and
it
was
all
cold
and
incomplete!!!
Almost
at
the
end
of
the
dinner,
the
missing
dish
wasn't
there
yet
and
so
we
canceled
it.
But
surprisingly,
the
order
canceled
was
in
the
bill!!!
Of
course
they
did
the
computation
again
and
with
the
dish
removed,
but
still,
if
we
didn't
check
twice
the
bill,
they
would
have
let
us
pay
for
something
we
didn't
eat.
Besides,
the
service
is
really
poor.
We've
seen
other
clients
wait
for
more
than
one
hour
for
the
deliver
of
their
food.
It's
unacceptable
that
a
restaurant
hasn't
the
capability
of
handling
a
number
of
clients
for
the
number
of
seats
that
they
have
availability.
Is
it
a
problem
of
organization
or
kitchen?
The
clients,
don't
care
and
it's
not
our
business
to
accept
such
a
poor
service.
Sadly
will
be
probably
our
last
visit
to
the
Glorietta
branch.
It's
sad,
because
we
have
a
lot
of
good
memories
there.
One
last
thing:
is
it
really
necessary
freeze
the
clients
in
the
tables
keeping
the
aircon
at
the
temperature
of
17°?
