Our friend owns one unit here at Torre de Manila. We were registered as visitors and was planning on swimming on their outdoor pool but we were not allowed since we went there on a weekend. They informed us that visitors are only allowed to swim on weekdays. The lobby was so wide and even had a bar which opened that night. Please bear with the quality of the pictures of the pool as I was only able to take a video so these are just screenshots.

It is a good place and great development. Just sad because it is a photobomber. We live in a society where a great photo and an ideal view is the standard of beauty and respect. Should have made the noise and immediately filed a case at the supreme court when the first foundation was being laid. All too slow to react. Now affected too many.

This high-rise residential condominium building has generated a lot of controversies, following its construction. Critics point to the unwanted image of the building looming over the horizon on the view of the historical landmark of Rizal Monument from Roxas Boulevard.

Very lame rules. Won’t accept papers delivered by grab, won’t let tricycles up to the entry, laundry will not accept cash. Generally rude. I would regret it so much if I bought a condo here haha luckily just Airbnb.

I would say from the view inside the hotel is magnificent and has a perfect view of Rizal park. However, I don't think it would be a cool view for the people touring Rizal Park. Still looks nice though, 👍.

Enjoy the fantastic view of sunset by the bay overlooking Rizal Park from your unit's balcony. Or sunrise on the other side of the building, with Pasig River and mountains on the view. The roof deck has tables and chairs to relax and hang out, while enjoying the great view around the building. The lobby is an open space, naturally cooled by the wind, with chairs and tables to comfortably hang out, game tables, or a mini play area for kids. Nice building theme, and decorations in the lobby. There's swimming pool for adults, and for kids. There's a basketball court, gym, and a recently opened convenience store. The units have provision for a window type air conditioner in the room, and you can install a split type aircon for the living room and dining area. Spacious toilet and bath. Internet connectivity is fiber-based - choose from several providers of your choice. Our experience - very reliable and works as rated. Maintenance announcements are consistently communicated in advance using an online group, or in posts in the elevators. The condo is conveniently located near the UN Avenue LRT station, bus stop, hospitals, police station, SM Manila, NBI, educational institutions, church, library, museums, many restaurants and fast food, and of course, Rizal Park. The condo building makes very good use of airflow through its open corridors, which always makes it refreshing to walk along the corridors, or even when waiting for an elevator. The parking spaces are excellent - well maintained, sufficiently lit, and ventilated. The staff treats people with respect, greeting people with smile. Policies are implemented consistently. The maintenance team is doing excellent in keeping the place clean - from elevators, to common place tables and chairs, facilities, and the common toilet. And they do it while making sure to greet people.

The tower has the best view of Rizal Park, Ocean Park and Manila Bay. The lumivent technology and design gives all the units ample supply of passive natural light. The breeze from the bay cools the units.

The location is perfect, close to all the establishments you need. I don't care if they call it the nat'l photo bomber. It's a haven in a busy city and i care more for the living than for someone who is dead for over a century.

I hope Jose Rizal, our national hero, would one day wake up from his grave and demolish this building completely.

Lame rules and rude service. My friends and I didn't feel the convinience that we needed to feel. Not worth it. Not worth investing a unit here. Good thing that it was temporary, just rented an air bnb.
