Hospicio for 200 years has been addressing the needs of children who are abandoned, neglected, and surrendered, persons who need special help, older persons, and the most vulnerable sectors of the society. The institution also extend its service to help those people in crisis situations. During Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays the institution opens its doors to people who live in the busy streets of Manila for a feeding program and every night for them to have a comfortable shelter. I highly encourage everyone to help this institution because your help will really change many lives! God bless you all.

The staff is very accommodating to students who want to conduct outreach programs in the facility. The place is clean although it is difficult to navigate around, especially when it's your first time visiting. The people in the facility are friendly as well.

Place is very old. At first you need to know that the entrance is within the bridge. Location is in a mini island. Downside is that when the high tide comes, water from the river comes in and floods the area. I hope that childrens here are safe of sickness. Government ahould take a look on this.

If you are looking an affordable place to stay in manila for just a couple of days. This place is the right one it will cost you only 150 per day in a shared room, there will be 3 to 4 persons whom youll share that room with.

I was in Hospicio from 1965 to 1969. I am forever thankful for the Daughters of Charity for instilling me a strong Catholic faith which is my very foundation in my daily life. I will miss Sor Zoe Alba for her maternal and surrogate love.

The oldest and the very first social welfare institution in the Philippines. A center of excellence after achieving the Level 3 Accreditation under the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD)

Corrupt, RUDE Sisters talking like a God. when there even not capable of doing any job. THE REAL GOVERNMENT SHOULD TAKE OVER. Not all of them although. THEY SHOULD INVESTIGATE THOSE WHO IN CHARGE. Dont get me wrong, i know a lot people in there, who is diligent and sincere. THE PAST SISTER IS COMPETENT AND KIND.

Me, along with our professor and my other schoolmates from Adamson University went here for an outreach program. The people here are kind and helpful. Though, the building is kind of rundown but they do their work and service well!
