Good central location. Overall conditions are adequate, but poor wifi, limited range of food on offer. Also don't expect a quiet night; my ground floor room felt like to was adjoined a local Karaoke bar which went on well into the night!!!!

I have only praises to sing about Malvar Hostel. The staff were so helpful and friendly. They were able to accommodate us for little changes we required because some one got sick. They supported us in our travels around the Manila. And they were chatty, friendly, and polite. Great find for myself and my business associates.

It appears that this is not a typical hostel, it can be categorize as 2 star hotel and it looks like brand new in everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful the ambience is great. The rooms are very satisfactory agsinst their tarrif. This is also a bnb. Wifi is not so great but it is ok ranging from 2mbps to 6mbps inside the rooms. With a hot shower and clean bathrooms. I would keep coming back here for the value of money and services not to mention that the location is in the tourists area plus the robinsons place manila is do near you can walk in 5 minutes.
