Really good hotel. Big, clean room, very comfortable. Nice and helpful stuff. Wi-Fi could be better, signal in room was little poor. Hotel is located on specific street, totally local street. Everywhere is local food and always is something happening on the street (sometimes is quite noise at night).

For the room: It’s Ok! clean bed sheets, pillows, toilet. Aside from SUPERB NOISE AC 😔😔😔 (we actually didn’t have a goodnight Sleep due to SUPERB NOISE caused to Us.) Everything inside room is ok, just nice. Again, I’ll stress the AC Noise! Truly ruin our sleep. **SAD** For the location: Superb, that’s it, it’s just superb. Mall is super close to hotel itself. Accessible to all. For the food: Everything is ok if you need expensive and cheap foods it’s readily available outside close to Hotel. For the staff: It’s all good too, but unfortunately, They don’t gave Us a double bed as option as we booked 2 bunk beds. Parking space is available to only 1 or 2 Vehicle Max with P200/night fee. Motorcycle is at P100/night. For the price: It’s affordable, as long as you booked Atleast 2-4weeks ahead of your trip. Otherwhise, it’ll be a bit expensive close to your date of arrival. Finally, Everything is ok to Us as a Couple traveller. Recommended? Maybe, if only the Noisy AC is not an issue to you. Not sure, but maybe it’s just our room. But I suggest you to check or ask the Receptionist if you can switch rooms in case the AC is noisy, but really it’s “TOO LOUD” to bare. Horrible wifi in some of the rooms, (especially above the 2nd floor) decent in other rooms lower down. only cleans once every 3 days, customer service is lacking as well at times but very good also at times. Housekeepers do a good job. Construction starts around 9 am but not so noisy. Doors do close loudly. Beds are soft. Need to pay extra for blankets and pillows 100 each.

There is a good quality price relation. The simple rooms, good size, good air conditioning, with TV, the bathroom is also a good size, with soap, shampoo and toothbrush. For the price I paid, everything was perfect. Located in a humble but safe neighborhood and close to a shopping center. . Apart from very friendly staff and always willing to help. I would return

For the location the prices are fair but the rooms don't contain noise very well especially if the neighbors have kids crying and they leave their rear door open all night. Tried to contact front desk several times but nothing was done about it. I didn't hear the phone ringing in next Room with their door wide open so it makes me think they didn't even call to inform them to keep the door closed not only to not disturb other guests with their crying kids at 1 am but why leave the aircon on all night and waste electricity? If the room is too cold, turn down the air on or shut it off along with shutting the door. Housekeeping is good here and overall it's above average.

Reception open 24/7 which is perfect when you arrive at night. Clean room with wifi and very comfortable bed! Very good value for money.

* Clean rooms, though location is not very good specially if you have car because of unavailability of parking, and the access roads are narrow. * Kind and friendly front desk staffs. * Doesn't have cold storage (fridge) in room.

I like that it's clean and spacious. It has a mini restaurant downstairs where you can order. The staff were also nice and friendly. The only thing lacking is the table and chair. How can we dine comfortably if you eat in the bed?

They cancelled our booking 30 minutes before we were due to check in. Leaving us exhausted at 5am with no choice but to book a very expensive hotel after 24 hours of travelling.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the staffs were the nicest staffs I have ever encountered. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. The dorm room itself was compact yet well-designed, making efficient use of the available space. The bunk beds were sturdy and equipped with comfortable mattresses, ensuring a good night's sleep. Although the room was not overly spacious, it had all the basic amenities I needed, including a small desk, storage lockers, and sufficient power outlets for charging my devices.

Dangerous Neighbourhood. Untrustworthy People. They Broke into My Room And Stole All Of My Stuff! Cant Be Trusted.

Seems like phones aren't working in the rooms or staff doesn't want to answer requests so they turn them off. Lots of little things could be done to improve a guests stay here but they don't really strive for satisfaction of all guests. Very far from many tourists destinations als. Wifi isn't very good in budget rooms either and construction at 8 am isn't nice. Also the African man next to my room when I stayed this last week was very noisy and had a bad smell coming from his room.

Very accommodating staffs and clean rooms as well. Didn’t regret staying there.
