this plaza should be renamed Parking Noli.... sadly the rotunda itself is plagued by jeepneys that are parked in the middle of the rotunda making it difficult for cars to maneuver properly to the sidestreets ... i am not going to be surprised if there will be accidents in the future in that rotunda..
