For
the
Doctor,
I
was
under
Dr.
John
Paul
of
surgery
and
he
was
really
good
and
very
accommodating.
His
professional
fee
is
reasonable
and
the
surgery
done
to
me
has
no
complication
at
all.
For
the
hospital
ward,
I
was
on
private
room
but
the
room
that
was
assigned
to
me
was
uncomfortable.
The
CR
has
cockroach
coming
from
the
drainage.
I
think
I
have
killed
around
5
of
them.
The
cleaner
was
the
one
who
even
told
me
that
it
was
coming
from
the
drainage
down
the
pipe!
This
is
basic
hygiene
and
basic
infection
control
which
is
expected
from
a
hospital.
The
room
was
I
think
renovated
through
donation
from
private
individual
and
their
names
were
stamped
all
over
the
place!
The
Nurses
are
fine!
I
think
it
is
already
expected
among
millenials
to
be
transactional
or
robotic
in
nature!
Like
when
they
insert
IV,
they
just
do
their
stuff
and
leave.
There
is
no
rapport
or
maybe
they
have
a
lot
of
patients
to
attend
to!
Mas
kinakausap
pa
ko
nung
Cleaner
sa
cuarto!
The
same
thing
happen
when
they
did
the
ECG,
they
just
put
leads
like
you
are
mannequin
then
acquire
the
tracing
and
go!
Napakamahal
nung
ngiti
nung
Technician!
The
GPs
are
fine
also
since
they
can
do
their
job
well.
But
again,
their
approach
is
transactional
and
you
can't
feel
any
compassion
and
it's
like
they
are
on
a
competition
all
the
time
among
their
colleague
which
is
typical
and
expected
already
in
UP.
It's
just
that
they
are
on
a
casual
wear
and
not
wearing
lab
coat
and
ID's!
For
the
clinic,
Prior
to
surgery,
I
have
a
visit
at
the
Clinic,
the
BIR
post
to
demand
for
Official
Receipt
is
all
over
the
place
yet
the
Receptionist
is
not
issuing
one
considering
this
is
a
government
institution!
The
waiting
time
is
reasonable
considering
the
volume
of
patient.
It's
just
that
if
the
waiting
time
for
paying
individual
is
already
high,
what
more
for
those
in
charity!
For
the
Operating
Room,
Since
I
was
on
a
gurney,
the
view
I
can
see
was
the
ceiling.
I
feel
like
those
ceiling
is
going
to
collapse.
Expected
na
rin
naman
ganito
sa
hospital
ng
gobierno!
The
O.R
Nurses
and
the
Anesthetist
are
warm
and
welcoming.
I
think
one
department
really
differs
from
the
other.
There
is
also
an
added
bonus
of
the
Anesthetist
giving
educational
information
to
prevent
the
surgery
from
happening
again.
For
the
recovery
room,
If
you
are
not
in
the
medical
profession,
you
will
be
wondering
why
you
have
to
be
put
in
the
recovery
room
after
surgery
yet
there
is
no
explanation
on
the
staff
why
you
have
to
stay
there.
My
mother
was
outside
the
operating
room
because
she
is
worried.
Buhay
pa
ba
anak
ko?
So
naturally,
nagtatatalak
siya
dun
because
there
is
no
update
behind
those
closed
doors.
I
was
able
to
match
the
course
of
action
because
the
attending
physician
in
the
recovery
room
check
out
my
file
and
say
out
my
last
name
with
an
attitude
on
her
face!
And
then
she
told
me,
"Paakyatin
na
kita".
Of
course,
the
whole
point
of
being
in
the
recovery
room
is
to
allow
the
anesthesia
to
subside
and
ensure
that
there
is
no
complication
but
how
about
for
those
who
don't
know
that
this
is
the
intended
purpose?
This
is
the
difference
of
"doing
a
job"
from
"doing
the
job
efficiently"
For
the
price,
My
bill
is
around
50k
but
it
was
reduced
to
22k
only
after
PhilHealth
discount!
Ang
laking
tulong
ng
PhilHealth!
