There's a parking lot across the building for those bringing their cars, and lots of jollijeeps for a hungry tummy if you're on a tight budget. Clean restrooms and courteous attendants. Don't forget to bring a face shield, they still require it.

Excellent service!!! We just completed our IOM UK TB test in this facility. I have lot of good things to say. The staff were very nice and accomodating, from the entrance guard up to the doctors. Very systematic with fully automated tracking/monitoring system. The 3 of us only took 2 hours to complete the test cycle. Few reminders: 1. Please book ahead of time to secure your desired schedule 2. Be on time, bring all your documents 3. You need to bring face shield 4. Be attentive to your queue number!!?

I had a pleasant transaction here, and the staff was equally pleasant. Even the doctors and nurses are friendly. Just don't arrive too early or you'll be turned away. Simply arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled time.

visited on March 31, 2022. system and process was fast and efficient. screening took around just 2hrs and got the results right after. Tips: don't come too early as you won't be let into the building. come in 10-15mins before your schedule

Very slow staff, waiting more than 2 hours when you have appointments. They are charging a lot but not doing their job properly. If you expect your food in restaurants to be ready on time then do your job too. It’s a shame to pay 4000 for a test and wait more than 2 hours to be done.

The health exam itself took 2 hours, medyo marame clients during my schedule. Ok naman ang staff, they were all helpful to assist. The downside and worst part was that they were late in sending results to IMMI. I was told na results will be available after 1 week and will be directly submitted to IMMI so I just waited na maupdate ang status ng health exam. It was exactly 2 weeks after the medical when I decided to make ff up kasi pending pa rin status ng health exam ko sa IMMI acct. On the day na nag ff up ako, same date lang din naforward ang report. Nakalimutan ba iforward o late talaga naprocess? Lesson learned, better to follow up 1 week after ng exam if results are already submitted. Do not trust their words. I emailed them asking why late naforward ang results to IMMI, but did not bother to explain. Very inefficient and poor after-sales service. I paid for that awful service!!!! Of all, sila pala talaga cause of delay ng visa processing. Imagine 28days lang ang timeframe to submit, I expected na earlier ako makasubmit ng health exam kasi 2 weeks earlier sa deadline ang nakuha ko medical sched, only to find out that the results were forwarded on the 29th day kung hindi pa ako nag follow up!!!!! No sense of urgency and accountability. 😔👎👎👎

Just for improvement, they should prioritize the elderly or Senior Citizen, or the parents carrying toddlers. The rest of experience was great. However the waiting is too exhausting.

- Strict compliance on time. *Appointments are checked upon entry by the guard and if possible arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment, to avoid a long waiting time. - Expect a lot of people. *There are many people from all walks of life and you just have to be patient with the process. - Waiting areas are spacious and they have screens for you to check your number from time to time.

poor service!!!!!! no protocols for PWD! no priority lane, no wheelchair, no isolation policy. We are paying you privately, we deserve a good service! on top of everything very unprofessional staff!!!! Gigil nyo ko eh.

Staff's are very proffesional and accomodating and the process are very systematic and fast. Medical assistants are very polite and you can see their willingnesss to assist specifically Ms. So who spend her time to call me back on busy hours just to clarify my queries. Kudos and keep it up!

I'm giving 5 stars. Irecommend this place. They have a good service. All the staff,nurse, doctors are approachable. For the first timers, they have good system here, organize and strict in a good way. The clinic itself is clean.

So many people are waiting outside, most of us came from different places and province but they start so late. I know that there is appointment but knowing how many people are coming why they don’t start earlier? we reached home 12 pm 😩😩

Appointment was last March 31st, 2023. All the staff members were so nice! kudos to the guard outside the lobby, he allowed me to come inside even though my appointment was not until 4 hours later (I had a flight schedule and he gave me an exception). The male nurse was so accommodating and pleasant. The janitor was helpful in assisting as well. The desk ladies were so nice. all in all my entire processing time would be less than an hour. it was fast. My only critic is that the cashier that day was a little bit rude, in a sense like "nagdadabog". very registrar at the school vibes.

Available slots are always on 3 weeks..should have provide more services if there's a bulk of demand. Just hope you won't be assign on a strict physician to analyze your results.

I rated 5 stars mainly because of the physcian who checked my kids at room 10..very friendly and really understandable. Smooth flow..long waitng period each procedure dahil sa volume ng mga clients they accommodate but we understood. All staff friendly. If they are not friendly pagod lang siguro. Hehe.

For our own experience, it was excellent. If i would compare it to SLEC. Staff are friendly, especially the doctor that was assigned to us. 10/10 Sidenote.. we overheard one of their staff from reception being rude to one client.

Very inefficient process. I would have stomached it if it was the result that took long, but no. Slow and cold staff. Very weak air conditioning in a small room packed with people. Guard at the lobby asked for faceshield and directed me to buy, but no one in the clinic wore one. No restroom in the clinic so imagine doing the inefficient process for 4 hrs without an easy access to restrooms (there are public restrooms on the upper and lower floors which don’t make it up for me). I don’t understand why this is THE ONLY accredited clinic for some countries’ visa requirements. How? Why? Smh.

Inefficient. Kept us waiting for an hour without even updating what the next steps are. Staff are shouting all over the place to call for next in queue.

UK health Dr at checkup very rude & slow service

I had my medical today. The process was fast and smooth. I had my result in less than an hour.

Major improvements on waiting line and processing. Literally did not took me more than two hours. Wow. Kuddos to the staff for their accomodation and smooth process.

When all details from online booking was not accurate and not working. Cause it ended up they didn’t received my emails when I was trying to rebook my appointment and of course I can’t provide details that I’ve sent them request because it was like a direct contact like put your name, email etc then hit send I am talking about the mymedical.iom.int where you booked your appointment online. Its totally details on there was not accurate. My booking on this site was April 8, when I booked for April 9 with email confirmation (it was confusing) I tried to phone them but no answer during the ECQ it was hard to see what was going on with them cause I haven’t got a response from them cause all I though was the email they have and that contact I used was the same. And I though the clinic was closed too. Finally, they told me to use the email address from now on when trying my luck to communicate with their email address I found with my appointment confirmation. What happen was I tried to finally email them. And they replied in about a minute and that was great! They told me that since they haven’t received my request they can’t get me an earlier appointment. If only I knew from the start that their online website wasn’t working at all. :( I ended up didn’t come to them anymore.
