the
pleasure
of
visiting
XYLO
at
the
Palace
lately,
and
I
must
say
that
the
service
was
amazing.
I
was
greeted
with
a
warm
welcome
and
a
nice
smile
from
the
moment
I
stepped
in,
setting
the
tone
for
a
lovely
dining
experience.
Throughout
my
visit,
the
XYLO
personnel
displayed
a
great
degree
of
professionalism
and
care.
They
were
quick
to
take
my
order
and
see
that
all
of
my
demands
were
addressed.
They
were
informed
about
the
menu
and
made
helpful
suggestions
when
I
was
unsure.
It
was
clear
that
they
were
really
interested
in
giving
a
fantastic
experience.
Not
only
was
the
service
prompt,
but
the
employees
went
above
and
above
to
assure
my
comfort
and
happiness.
They
checked
in
on
me
on
a
frequent
basis
to
see
if
everything
was
to
my
liking.
They
made
me
feel
appreciated
as
a
customer
because
of
their
courteous
manner
and
readiness
to
meet
unusual
needs.
Furthermore,
the
staff's
collaboration
and
coordination
were
remarkable.
Despite
the
fact
that
it
was
a
hectic
evening,
they
collaborated
smoothly
to
deliver
orders
on
time
and
ensure
that
each
visitor
received
the
attention
they
deserved.
The
service
was
seamless,
and
I
was
never
rushed
or
ignored.
I
was
especially
impressed
by
the
staff's
understanding
of
the
menu.
They
were
able
to
answer
my
concerns
and
provide
great
insights
into
the
menu
dishes'
preparation
and
flavors.
Their
knowledge
brought
a
new
dimension
to
my
dining
experience.
