Upon entrance the guard will ask you to have a face shield 1) face shields do not work 2) upon saying that we don't have any face shields, they will let you know that they are selling one for 20 PHP 3) since we need to enter the premises, we bought the face shields, no receipt was given nurses are okay, but the doctor that we visited that day doesn't have any bedside manners at all. if we had another choice of having another hospital we will, unfortunately, they are the only ones who have available beds at the time we needed them.

A truly horrible experience!!! Disrespectful ER staff and incompetent ER physicians, specifically pertaining to one by the name of De Guzman. I won't call him Dr as he is unfit to have that title. Due to their incompetence, my appendix had burst and needed immediate surgery. I rushed myself to the ER on the evening of the 22nd of July and they couldn't determine or provide a proper diagnosis only until Monday the 24th when my appendix burst because "no one was available to examine or give an ultrasound or CT Scan of my abdomen at that time on the 22nd. Was the CT Scan lab or ultrasound lab locked??? Or they were just incompetent to do their job as they were busy chatting away and laughing and playing ML on their phones. They only seem to give a damn about money and will treat you like trash if you're using HMO. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! BEWARE OF ER ADMIN " JOY" and so called " DR. DE GUZMAN". CONSULT AND ADMINISTER YOURSELF OR YOUR LOVED ONES AT YOUR OWN RISKS. I am just lucky to survive the ruptured appendix due to the the remarkable work of one of the hospital surgeons by the name of DR. Roman Oblena. Now he is someone whom I can call a doctor! Unlike the others at the ER whom I believe should quit and just apply at the McDonald's nearby. Best of luck to whoever chooses to rush to the OHHC ER due to a critical emergency. You might pass away before your next consultation WITH AN ACTUAL DOCTOR! πŸ‘ŽπŸ‘Ž

I have been here twice. Once for a routine test for myself and just this morning for an emergency with my daughter. Everyone I encountered was caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. The hospital is clean, and the staff (from guards, to parking attendant, to cashier, to nurses and doctors) - everybody was so nice. Service was quick, prices aren't over the top, and the most important thing for me - they understand that hospital visits are stressful and try to make it as easy as possible for the patients and their families. I definitely recommend this hospital.

This place killed my mom. We weren't even allowed inside the emergency room and was left to suffer in a room outside where there were mosquitoes and a lot of noise. My mom couldnt rest at all. The nurses took a long time to do all the tests with their equipment and left her with a lot of bruises. Her hand even blew up since they didnt put in the dextrose right. Then the doctor prescribed her some medication that made it harder for her to breathe. No compassion. No care at all. Bring your family here if you want them to suffer and die.

We rushed my mom to this hospital due to stroke. The ward is not packed and less than 50% occupied. I don't know why you need to go to the nurse's station just to get an update. Doctor won't even go to my mom's bed. The laboratory test conducted took 2-3 days before it was released. And you have to follow up. Imagine they advised my mom needs to be in ICU but after 4 hours, they discharged my mom in the ER just because they don't have an ICU bed available. And just let us find an ICU in another hospital ourselves. My father was in the same situation before but the hospital helped to find him an ICU bed in another hospital. Soon as we paid, they just gave us the paper and no explanation was given for the status of my mom. Just advise us to find another hospital to transfer or we go home if we don't find one. Don't go here. A public hospital had better service than here. And that's where we actually we went.

Dr. Cero - very good doctor. Recommended. Facilities - very poor, though it's "new". Room 506 is private but no windows. Large CR but it seems that it was not used for years. Rusty and dirty. Only one remote for all TVs within the floor. AC keeps on changing temperatures without remote intervention. They explained that it is controlled by a central machine. Funny. :) Admission - suggestion to be very keen on details. Pillow and Kit will be charged Php 1,500, but they will not explain it to you. Got my room at 430pm, went up by 6pm, but still charged as "full day", and they will explain it by the "cut-off time" clause of the contract. Billing - no brainer. They would just show you the bill.

Been hospitalized here for 3 days; 3 1/2 including half the day that it took for the hospital to get me up in my room. The doctor I checked with is nice but all the staff members (nurses in particular) are just rude and unprofessional. During my 3 days there I had to constantly ask for information and practically ask them for instructions-- it's like they don't communicate with their doctors. They had run one test per day (take note I had quite a lot of test requests from the doctor due to my TIA) which i thought was not necessary. There wasn't much patients and tests like my 2D Echo and Vasc Carotid wouldnt have taken 3 long hours if they hadn't been busy chit-chatting about hospital gossip rather loudly. Another thing is, I understand nurses are supposed to do rounds multiple times a day but I find it very rude that they do not knock and just bust in the door early in the morning waking up my companion whose been tired taking care of me. Honestly a little courtesy to patients and their companions will be appreciated. There's plenty more but i'd rather save it. Giving a 1 star rating for cleanliness. Thats all.

The tone of the nurse is not very friendly. We all know healthcare workers are working very hard we understand that but always remember that you are being paid to be friendly and polite. Please reprimand the nurse on duty outside 4/19/21

You'll find the best and most caring doctors here. One of the best gynecologist and cardiologist, you will feel their care and concern, I worked in states as a nurse and I got admitted to this hospital with critical condition, it was really tough but the doctors are so comforting and caring. Thank you so much!

(Translated by Google) Typical filipino service that is very worthless and just looks like money. You pay, you also adjust. When we were outpatient, there were only 3000 doppler ultrasounds, but when we were admitted - the same ultrasound was 5000+ immediately. Their medicine is 10 times the price and they are always lacking, we waited a few hours for them to buy while there is a strict time to take our medicine, it is dangerous. Their food, the size of the portion is 3-years old, the morning of the cut-off. The caffeteria, there is always no choice or closed. Their rooms look like an overpriced hotel, they are not that clean. The patient's bed is broken (the presses you lift him etc do not work). There was a "couch" for the guard, but when we arrived at the room, it was just a bench that was very hard, they didn't seem to know the difference between a bench and a couch. Apart from the room, you will also pay for the useless things given to you such as toothbrush and toothpaste which is also 10 times the price. They did not give a towel even though there was a shower in the room. So our room that should only be P1840, became almost 3k at the end. Besides that, we also bought food and good toothpaste on 7/11. The guard's food is not included in the price, while in their policy the guard must always be in the room. Also, we did a swab test on Oct 14, they said they will email the result as soon as it is available. We texted on Oct 20 and called on Oct 21, then they emailed. E Oct 16 the result is still ready. The price is P6000 after that service. The same thing happened with another test we did in their lab. The other people inside, did not know about their hospital. But kind. Yung caffeteria, laging walang mapagpilian o sarado. So yung kwarto namin na P1840 lang dapat, naging halos 3k at the end.

It does not matter if the customer does not pay the cashier. They will wait for you to pay before they can handle or treat the patient! Imagine, in the emergency room ha. Hopefully the hospital will be in the hospital. Maybe just change! Money money eh! Hihintayin nila magbayad ka bago nila asikasuhin or gamutin yung pasyente! Imagine, nasa emergency room na ha. Sana masilip tong ospital na to. Baka sakali magbago! Pera pera eh!

(Translated by Google) The girl in blue named Karla (fat one, wearing eye glasses) not sure if she is a nurse because she is not acting one.She saw us came in and did not even approach us. We went inside the emergency room, there was 1 doctor, and 1 same in uniform at the table. 2 of them in front of the doctor just keep on chatting and did not even get our records. When 2 patients came in i raised my hands because we came in first ... She asked if there records we say yes yes there is. We did not take you anymore. I was so angry and said that I asked if there were records that you said you have a divorce? (the heck is the habit and the voice is high). That's like we were wrong because we told him that he did not take the name of the patient. Which usually they do. And the answer is .. Because you have to make us informed. Wow !! Karla is still defensive that you think the pacheck up is free. This is the first time we've been to this hospital and it's really rude. She did not even apologize even though they knew they were chattering the other day. I ask if there is a CCTV Inside the emergency room to check if that's the time that they are doing nothing if they are in stories and laughs. Ok if they are busy. We understand. If it's okay to have the blue moon no problem. It's time for a kid to get my son's record saying I do not know and if there's a complaint we just want to know. No one apologizes to the incident. You will entrust your health to those who are so patient and patient. Hopefully, there will be no hospital work. Hopefully the HEAD of Angono medics will see this review and check the cctv how this people work while on duty. I even said we were disturbed by the break. It's just a shame to answer Karla HAS ETO no more break! This just happened 10 to 20 minutes ago. You can do so. Do not be rude to your patients. It's still twelve more. If you could not eat it, you would have eaten the crackers or snack. YOU SHOULD KNOW WHY ARE YOU THERE YOU HAVE A PERSON TO PRESENT PROTOCOL NYO. I'm giving this feedfeedback so you know why there are poor ratings here. Just as you have such people there. REVIEW THE CCTV and tell if I'm wrong with that feedback. Thanks. Hopefully ang HEAD ng Angono medics will see this review and check the cctv how this people work while on duty. I even said nakakaistorbo ata kami sa break nyo. Nakakahiya naman sagot lng din nung Karla AY ETO wala pa nga kami break eh!. This just happened 10 to 20 minutes ago. Self service, just tell you what to buy, very expensive for a hospital that doesn't give you service in what you need like medicines and more, rude nurses, doesnt knocks, 1am we are sleeping and a nurse barged in and open all the lights which is very bright, and used a nasal spray even when I am sleeping. I recommend not to stay here I bet that other hospitals can treat you better

I delivered my premature baby at 33 weeks last 15th of August in OHHC. I can say that we were well taken care of. From the doctors, nurses, maintenance, to security, everyone are friendly, approachable and made sure we are safe and are given the best medical treatment. Our baby, due to his prematurity, had to be in NICU for a week. Likewise, our baby was well taken care of. They are also a breastfeeding advocate. I was allowed to visit our baby from time to time to breastfeed him and perform KMC. Overall, OHHC is a great hospital for maternity and NICU services. It is the friendliest hospital we have ever been to. Thank you, OHHC!

The doctors and nurses of OHHC's NCU gets 6 out of 5 stars for me. My daughter's two-month stay in the NCU had us worried a lot but seeing how the NCU staff take care of their little patients gave us comfort that although we cannot be with our little girl for the first two months of her life, she is in good hands. During my KMC visits, I have observed first hand how the NCU nurses take care of their little patients, treating them as if they are their own. I honestly believe that one of the reasons for the NCU's high success rate (of sending home patients) is because the are also able to provide genuine concern and compassionate care to the babies, which is really what is needed for them to survive and thrive. My family and I will forever be grateful to these ladies for giving our daughter the love and care she needed while she was in the NCU. Kudos to the doctors and nurses of OHHC's Neonatal Care Unit. Keep up the great work. :)
