My
fiance
had
my
ring
custom
made
by
Denovo
Diamonds.
His
hard
research
on
where
to
have
a
ring
especially
made
thinking
it
was
going
to
be
worry
free
and
a
breeze,
turned
out
to
be
a
burden.
I
messaged
their
IG
account
last
Saturday
to
finally
complain
about
their
services
and
treatment
towards
my
fiance
as
he
went
to
there
to
have
my
ring
cleaned.
I
live
in
New
Zealand,
that's
why
I
was
not
with
him,
but
how
I
wish
I
was.
The
final
straw
for
us
both
was
when
my
fiance
pointed
out
a
shade
of
rose
gold
ring
that
he
originally
wanted
(because
my
ring
turned
out
to
be
yellow
gold
but
still
"rose
gold"
in
the
paper
work!)
and
Jun
(Roi,
I
sincerely
do
apologise
as
I
have
mentioned
your
name
last
Saturday
instead
of
Jun's)
told
my
fiance
that
rose
gold
tarnishes
when
someone
who
wears
it
is
acidic,
or
applies
lotion
quite
often.
My
fiance
not
knowing
too
much
about
that
just
nodded
and
walked
away
-
but
I
am
so
glad
that
he
told
me.
In
the
first
place,
gold
does
not
tarnish,
and
rose
gold
should
in
fact
turn
a
deeper
shade
of
"red"
as
it
ages.
Mind
you,
we
have
only
been
engaged
for
only
half
a
year,
so
it
should
still
be
in
pristine
condition.
I
proceeded
to
ask
if
it
was
just
rose
gold
plated
because
that
is
not
what
an
18k
rose
gold
ring
looks
like
at
all,
to
which
they
replied
that
it
is
pure
18k
rose
gold.
They
said
that
they
were
also
surprised
at
how
yellow
the
band
is
and
that
they
will
investigate
the
matter
and
that
they
are
PRIORITISING
IN
MAKING
ME
A
NEW
ROSE
GOLD
RING
and
that
they
will
keep
me
posted
regarding
their
investigation.
I
was
impressed
with
their
response,
HOWEVER,
my
fiance
came
back
at
their
store
today
and
there
was
NO
NEW
RING.
Instead,
they
turned
things
around
and
asked
if
we
haven't
taken
it
to
any
other
jewelers
to
be
cleaned
or
whatnot.
They
insisted
that
it
really
is
rose
gold.
They
even
called
my
fiance
back
to
give
him
a
"gift"
which
is
very
unthoughtful
and
is
of
no
use
to
us
-
or
to
anyone.
What
will
a
tray
supposed
to
make
us
feel?
Was
it
meant
to
make
us
feel
better
with
how
you
have
treated
us,
especially
my
fiance?
You
see
the
events
that
led
to
this
mother
of
all
rants
are
as
follows:
1.
He
was
asked
to
pay
an
additional
12k
for
a
specific
setting
that
he
wanted,
because
apparently
their
bespoke
services
are
limited
to
the
settings
that
they
have.
With
the
amount
of
hard
earned
money
spent
by
my
fiance,
he
was
of
course
expecting
them
to
deliver.
2.
The
first
time
he
saw
the
ring,
he
was
dumbfounded
with
how
uneven
and
rough
it
was
to
which
Liezel
said
"ganyan
po
talaga
yan
kasi
handmade"
-
JUST
WOW.
When
my
fiance
messaged
them,
that
was
when
they
offered
to
have
the
ring
fixed.
3.
When
he
went
to
have
my
ring
resized,
he
was
being
asked
to
pay
an
additional
2.2k
so
he
will
be
able
to
take
the
excess
gold
from
my
ring.
Never
in
my
life
have
I
heard
of
such
an
arrangement,
also
it
was
not
written
in
any
of
their
policies
that
there
will
be
a
charge
for
taking
the
excess
(when
that
has
already
been
paid
for
in
the
first
place!).
Kung
pina
laki
yung
ring,
understandable
na
may
extra
charge.
They
waived
it
because
my
fiance
was
firm
about
it.
My
ring
is
still
uneven
under
the
prongs,
and
the
prongs
itself
as
well,
but
he
did
not
want
to
bother
having
it
redone
anymore
because
it
has
been
exceptionally
hard
to
deal
with
their
staff.
I
have
voiced
out
my
thoughts
that
their
staff
should
be
well
mannered
and
well
trained
-
treating
all
customers
the
same
irregardless
of
what
they
wear,
what
they
look
like
or
who
they
are,
and
that
they
should
have
accurate
product
knowledge.
We
will
never
be
back
for
any
of
your
services
kahit
pa
lifetime
warranty
yung
ring.
You
have
proven
to
be
very
unprofessional
in
dealing
with
your
paying
customers.
We
may
only
be
1
couple
complaining,
and
we
may
be
nothing
to
you,
but
I
do
hope
this
will
be
enough
to
change
the
minds
of
a
thousand
more.
