Service
is
very
poor,
facilities
and
equipment
are
poor,
old,
and
not
well-maintained.
They
have
more
elevators
than
other
hospitals
but
all
were
very
slow.
What
would
happen
for
patients
in
life-threatening
emergencies?
We
were
only
forced
to
bring
my
father
to
this
hospitalโs
emergency
room
as
it
was
the
closest
to
the
location
at
that
day
and
time.
Customer
care
is
not
a
priority.
Our
HMO
covered
the
entire
hospital
bill,
but
the
billing
staff
red-tagged
my
father
who
was
hospitalized
after
being
brought
to
the
E.R
for
abnormally
high
blood
pressure.
Upon
reaching
a
bill
of
90k
in
the
first
few
days,
the
patient
was
red-tagged
for
not
paying
a
downpayment
of
70k
within
24
hrs
during
a
weekend,
despite
us
arranging
the
HMO
with
the
billing
station
in
advance.
Pwede
naman
i-add
sa
bill
and
inform
the
patient
how
much
na
aabutin
just
like
other
hospitals,
but
they
cut
off
all
access
to
medication
and
tests
even
if
the
patient
was
in
critical
health.
The
billing
staff
and
the
some
of
the
nurses
especially
were
unprofessional
and
inefficient.
The
female
day
nurse
spoke
to
my
father
in
an
unusual
manner.
โinomin
mo
yung
gamot
hindi
mo
titigan
ha.โ
โO,
kumakain
ka
nanaman?!โ
The
nurse
leaves
the
medicines
to
be
taken
without
proper
instruction
and
record.
In
other
hospitals,
the
nurse
will
not
leave
your
side
until
they
can
assure
you
took
the
medicines
on
time
and
at
the
right
time.
They
ensure
that
the
patient
is
comfortable,
happy,
and
well-taken
care
of
as
much
as
possible.
The
other
personnel
like
those
delivering
the
hospital
food,
janitors,
and
a
few
guards
were
courteous,
cheerful,
ans
very
polite.
However,
another
concern
is
the
hospital
food.
May
heart
condition
yung
patient,
but
the
food
being
served
were
very
oily
food,
and
poorly
portioned.
Like
the
tinola,
only
one
drumstick
with
a
cup
of
very
oily
and
salty
soup,
but
a
chunk
load
of
white
rice.
No
vegetable
or
fruit
side
dish.
The
same
applies
for
most
dishes.
The
regular
private
room
was
6k
a
night.
Although
spacious,
the
and
the
walls
were
very
thin.
You
could
hear
the
conversation
of
the
patient
next
door,
the
noises
of
voices
and
alerts
coming
from
the
nurses
station.
The
bathrooms
were
obviously
not
upgraded.
There
was
no
emergency
button
in
each
room,
and
there
was
no
digital
patient
monitor.
How
would
you
expect
the
patient
to
get
proper
rest
with
noises
coming
from
all
sides
of
the
area?
I
felt
sorry
for
the
companion
as
his
bed
was
a
foldable
chair
to
a
flat
bed,
but
it
was
very
stiff
and
looked
like
a
very
cheap
massage
table.
Cabinets
in
the
room
were
also
loose
and
almost
falling
off.
If
you
want
your
life
to
be
saved
and
to
receive
the
best
healthcare
possible
in
the
country,
go
to
another
hospital
like
St.
Lukes
or
Cardinal
Santos.
Please
do
not
bother
staying
at
Metropolitan
Medical
Center.
