had an appointment sa ent Dr. at room 301 , the secretary booked me 3pm but was assisted after 5pm. 3-4pm the doctor wasn't there, 4-5pm they accomodate 2 patients that was scheduled before me. very inconvenient and tiring just for a 5min consultation. If you value time and money dont chose this facility. Parking slots are limited too.

I was confined last Spetember 5 at 8:23 am room 827. These are my experiences: First, I was advised that I will undergo an xray though I already have a swab test done at San Lazaro Hospital on September 1. I got the result on September 4. I was advised by the Dr that I will only need a Swab test before the procedure. He added that rapid test is the only additional test needed if I will be confine more than 7 days but less than 14days from the day of the swab test. So I was surprised that I still need to undergo xray before the procedure. I can not do anything about it because I was already confined. What's the logic behind it? Then, an Infectious disease doctor went to inform me that. I was charged P1500 for an infectious disease doctor. Second, my sister processed the Philhealth on September 7 afternoon because we were advised that the cut off time is 7pm. I asked her to process it because I was waiting for my husband to drive me home from hospital and might not reach the hospital by 7pm. After processing, she went to the billing section to process the discharge at around 7:00pm and was advised to leave the hospital before 7:30 because we were already discharged. I talked to the guy from billing section and asked why I should I leave right away even if I was charged for the a whole day based on your ADMISSION REMINDERS bullet 4 that if I will be discharged within 6 hours from the admission time, I will be charge 1/2day and whole day if more than 6 hours. Technically, I was already charged the whole day and why he told us to immediately go home if its paid? So, I asked if I could stay until 12md to wait for my husbands because he was on an errand during that time. Surprisingly, I felt that I was begging to stay for the hours that was already paid. Third, the overprice Medicines: 1. Skudexa tab 75mg/25mg (MCM price P120) SOUTHDRUG @P60.00; ROSEPHARMACY @59.75 2. Senokot forte 17.5 mg (MCM price P49) WATSONS @22 SOUTHDRUG @58.00 FOR 3+1 PCS 3. Zegen 500mg tab (MCM price P178) SOUTHDRUG @P70.50 4. Daflon 500mg. Tab (MCM price P112.00) - SOUTHDRUG @P47 These were just purely web search and I totally understand that you're a private hospital. But overpricing more than half is too much. That's the reason why one of their rules is for you not to bring your own medicine. Their medine price is doubled! Binggo!

With the entire building renovated and looking fresh, the old parking section provided a stark contrast. For a hospital facility, if not for the nice vehicles parking there, it would appear untidy, if not abandoned. While not critical for healthcare, it should somehow look the part. The rest of the facility though is bright, clean, and well maintained. Staff are warm and courteous, and most importantly their stable of doctors are an exceptional bunch.

My mom was admitted there for more than a month. The service is below poor. Even though you are updated with your bills. No star. I forgive them but I don't trust them including the physicians who attended to my mom. Again I chose to forgive them but never trust them.

My sister was admitted here last September 10, 2023 to Sept 26,2023. She was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia. All through those days, she was admitted in their "Ïntensive Management Unit" . Since we are from Laguna, we also stayed at the IMU waiting area, since there is a restrictions and/or visiting hours (10:00am-11:00am and 05:00pm-7:00pm), we undertand the restriction/visiting hours because my Ate is not the only one in your IMU. But, God! for 16 days of staying there, the bill went up to 2.1M. Everyday, her doctors gave us false hope--telling us that Ate is a fighter, she is doing well, she is responding well with her medications and we are just waiting for the advice of her Lung doctor if the intubation can be released and proceed to her chemotheraphy. And just for one day, September 26, they told us that my Ate is in critical state, due to her Pulmonia. (oh! that's also the day that I told them that I might transfer ate to another hospital, as per request of the patient) She died that day at 10pm. It was heartbreaking for us, because for the whole duration of waiting, Ate is always assuring us that she wants to live more and she will fight, but we dont know what happened in just one day. Hell this hospital. Since ate is admitted, alive and kicking, we are requesting for medical abstract/records so we could use in some government agencies, DSWD,PCSO etc. but until now, we are following up her medical records and still making us wait for a week, they will call us if the records are ready. We need those (Medical Records and Cert of Atteding Physician) for claiming Life Insurance and for HDMF, but still making us wait. Is this a 2.1M worth of service? I forgot to tell you, all through those days, we never heard of anything from her lung doctor, all that we know were "tinaasan/binabaan yung machine sa paghinga"but no definite findings, not until she was in critical stage. In addition to my sentiments, for September 10-16, Ate was not intubated and we are all just waiting for the laboratories results, sana nung mga panahon na yan , nasa regular room na lang siya, eh hindi parang hinintay lang din ng hospital na to na magkainfections si ate , magkapulmonia. From Sept 10-16 -- all through those days, my ate is very alive, talkative, naiinip na nga makalabas ng hospital. para niyo kaming inagawan ng oras , panahon at araw na makasama ang ate -- imbes na kami ang kasama niya sa huling sandali niya, kayong mga walang kwentang nurses and doctors kasama niya.

There's a lot of 5 / 1 star reviews, but my experience was somewhat of a mixed bag. I collapsed at a nearby hotel, and was totally out of it. In and out of consciousness, and was very poorly. Not wanting to be overdramatic, I thought I was going to die! I thought I had contacted malaria or something dreadful! The Good: They took me there quickly, and I was put on a drip almost instantly. Which worked wonders from the off, but it took me pretty much the whole of the day to feel well enough to walk. I knew it was a private hospital, and therefore expensive, so I didn't want to stay longer than I needed to. This is when things took a turn for the worse. I was never given an official reason why I became ill. The best I was given was dehydration along with some sort of infection. Maybe they didn't know the actual infection, which would explain why I was told to purchase a list of pills as long as my arm! They were rather unimpressed when I said I wanted to leave, and had to sign forms to indicate I had gone against the doctor's orders. Then came the ugly part. Trying to leave. Due to being rushed to hospital I didn't have physical money on me. I tried explaining this to them time and time again, but they would not let me leave the hotel to get the money - which was quite a significant amount by that time. Even got a burly security guard to stand in the way. I was made to feel like I was some sort of criminal, when in reality all I want to do is get out of there, and feel better! They got me better, which is the main thing, but the attitude and some of the insane restrictions placed on me was nothing short of ridiculous.

Through this review I hope to make all aware of this hospital staff lack of empathy and respect to patients, I was with my fiancΓ© in the emergency section as she was pregnant and had some bleeding and noticed immediately that the staff were not going to be accommodating and helpful simply by the body language and lack of respect to the fact that I am not a Filipino national and any instructions were given in tagalog to my partner who happened to be scared over what was happening and I felt helpless. Aside from this where I come from patients have the right to refuse a male presence or conducting any procedures specially that involved this type of procedures related to gynaecology, even after us showing my discontent with this I was escorted out of the room with no explanation whatsoever while my partner was panicking inside. What has absolutely upset me about this and to be quite frank people like this should not be working in the health service at all, is the fact that we were informed that my partner had suffered a miscarriage and while this was informed the resident gynaecologist was having a laugh with her male colleague. This lack of remorse says a lot about this poorly managed hospital, I don't blame the ignorance of those clinicians but I do hold the management and the leaders of this institution accountable for the bad experience encountered here. The way you treat your patients is extremely important, train your staff, make changes to management if needed.

Worst hospital experience in a while. Youre better off going to manila doctors or elsewhere as they pretty much charge you the same anyways. If not only does my childs pedia is a there... CONS: NO PARKING - they have a public parking space in a bldg in front of the establishment which they share with pearl hotel etc. Although they dont shoulder at least part of the expenses. Rate is 50 for the first two hours and 15 pesos for every succeeding hours. ( it will cost you mire than 300 pesos a day!!!!!) LOUSY STAFF - thus includes some of the nurses as well as their mitigation officers for philhealth etc. C CLASS FACILITIES. - dont let the "renovated" lobby fool you, its a facade. You will be greeted with an old small room ( if youll compare the rates with others, hindi nalalayo yung room rates mas maliit pa yung floor area ng large private nila)

Poor service. Waited 1 hour for doctor, eventhough I was the only patient. There's another 4 hours wait for x-ray result, because needed radiologist to analyze x-ray images. The doctor didn't provide medical certificate for insurance reimbursement. Also the doctor had already prescribed medicines although result of the x-ray wasn't yet available.

Was admitted due to contractions on ny 34th week of pregnancy. Admission was smooth and when i had to go through emergency C section, the facilities were adequate, the supporting doctors were able, and my OB who is a consultant in manila med were all able to deliver my baby safely. My baby had to stay in the ICU for a week and was cared for vwry well. Even the student doctors were all very well trained and more importantly, very kind.

Manila Med was a terrible experience. The nurses were unbelievably rude and unresponsive to any needs. The nurse who took out my IV needle was beyond rudeβ€”yanking off the tape aggressively. Even the doctor couldn't care less. This hospital is a total letdown. I strongly advise against choosing it.

People were pleasant and helpful, especially the guards, the registration peeps and the wheel chair attendants. It's just sad that when we got an appointment online then went there the next day, the fees for the MRI MRCP for whole abdomen were way too different. I just wish they can be more considerate to their patients in educating and informing them about the procedures and the fees.

Mother went here for cataract surgery for 90k (already way more than other hospitals), they then let interns do it. They failed the operation because after a week my mother still cannot see. Doctor gave us a written receipt, not official. And blamed my mother because "she had cataracts for too long" even though they delayed the operation for 2 months because "the machine is broken".

Had an appointment for swab test, pagka fill up ko ng form they led me to the Emergency Room. A male nurse in a red suit declined to assist me onset. Claiming that their laboratory is not accepting tests today and that they had problem with the equipment to run the test. I went bank to the lab to verify -they said swab test was available, so I went back to the ER to confront the nurse. Only then did they assist me. It also took too long to be discharged. I waited for hours after having tests done. No sense of urgency considering that it was the Emergency Room.

Though this hospital isn't the biggest nor the newest, it's still a very competent hospital with good competent doctors. My recent experience here was excellent. I used a HMO card which got accepted fast. I'm a walk-in patient and it took me less than an hour to register my HMO card and have myself checked.

This hospital is full of intern, they will only use you for experiments and practicing stage. Highly not recommended. My mother took a CBC as per the result she had a low potassium (2.77) and advised to take supplements to fulfill. October 12, 2023 - it was confirmed by surgeon that the potassium is now normal after another CBC. However, the White blood cells slightly increased. Unfortunately, around 11pm there is a staff from internal medicine, stated my mother's potassium is still low and a swero is needed to be insert for dehydration of liver. I am confused with the result as the internal medicine and surgeon contradicts with their statement in potassium. I have asked the staff from internal medicine regarding this ( I did not get his name) . He does not even provide any details to help me understand or any lab result to support what he is saying, why there is a contradiction with the result. But he told "Mababa po ang potassium niya, marami pa pong need icorrect". I am expecting they will show me the lab result but it is all in verbal. I did not try to ask another question as he keep insisting there is more correction to my mother and did not specify. So, we refused to put the swero AGAIN. October 13, 2023 - There is another internal medicine, you may asked the name of this doctor who came in the morning to let us sign the waiver for refusal of putting in swero. I got offended with his approach, he explained why does swero needed to put in place again due to low potassium and correction of electrolytes. Again, this really contradicts with the lab result. He added " Sa pagkakaalam ko na-explain naman na to sa inyo kagabi diba?" And I replied the explanation is different then he ignored my response and pushed with the waiver. In addition, he does not hold any lab result on his hand to explain everything. A very incompetent Doctor. I would be glad if result will shown to patients and explain the course of action so we will know there plan in the future. The way he explained to me is offensive, it looks he does not want to talk to me even I am the guardian. He looks in a rush to leave in the room and pissed even I have a follow up question. Instead of explaining it in a nice tone, he said if we don't want to proceed to place in the swero we just have to sign the waiver. Furthermore, I have ask if we will able to get the results from the laboratories as there is a confusion and would like to have a supporting documents for the statement they were referring. He answered me in irritated way "Makukuha niyo naman yun bago po kayo ma-discharge" I am very disappointed with the service of Internal medicine due to inconsistency, lack of coordination with other doctors, and their behaviour towards their customers. I would probably not recommend this hospital as this is frustrating. We decided to leave yesterday, October 13, 2023 Internal medicine treats their patients as experiment. I got the prescription for my mother. They don't even explain if there is any rules before taking the medicine or any complications if taking both medicines within the same hour they just noted 2x a day, during bedtime and once a day. Probably they did not know about this. Very incompetent internal medicine.

One of the WORST hospitals! A hospital without morgue? Parking slot? Even the nurses in ICU are not enough to accomodate each patient. SO BAD. full of experimentation. They offer surgical operations without complete diagnosis to patient. BEWARE!!
