    Here are some points that i notice today when i did my executive checkup: - very long lines. Since this clinic is not really just for patients availing the executive checkups - waited for hrs to get in the exam. The whole checkup took me 9am-3pm - i didnt feel the perks of being under the executive check up. Lounges are very limited to use and very small. - nurses arent aware of any test or package that the company/you availed - some nurses are nice however i experience a nurse pressuring me on one exam - you have to come back for interpretation of results. They dont offer online interpretation of result for some reason which is a hassle since your going and waiting again

    I was queueing for a general practitioner and left without information for 1.5 hours. Nobody take the initiative to explain which doctor i am queueing. The doctor is chit chatting inside her room for long time, leaving 4 patients waiting. I see no sense of urgency. Deeply disappointed, and totally wasted my time. I ended up left the clinic for better service elsewhere.

    I don't understand why this clinic received low reviews. My experience in this clinic--considering last Saturday was my first time visiting them--I can say that among the clinics I had my APE, Healthway is the one that is most accommodating. I arrived at almost 2 PM and I got worried that they will no longer accommodate me, however they still did and upon finishing the registration, they called my name to begin my APE. Everything was swift, the nurses were so nice, especially the doctor. Hello, Doc Acosta. I can barely remember her name, but she was so nice--probably the nicest doctor I've met. Finished my APE in just an hour. Yes, I will definitely have my APE next year in this clinic because of the staff and the quality service they provided me. Thank you, Healthway! Padayon!

    Service - from the guard to the doctor - is superb. There's just a long waiting period but the venue is modern and comfy. Consultation was only P600 with Dr Pagunsan even though she conducted an internal exam on me and she was thorough getting details of my medical history. I thought this place would be expensive considering its location in Greenbelt 5. Highly recommended and will come back again

    They are lazy to assist in filing a LOA on our HMO even in walking us through on how to do it. At their other branch at the carpark while I'm fixing my issue and figure out how to file my LOA the guard want to send me away. Very unprofessional. I would rather seek medical assistance with other clinics. This is very poor customer service

    I should give 1 star to laboratory staff. My God, Im a nurse but the way they put the tourniquet around my arm during blood extraction is hell. It is so tight, and some staff I went there 3 times is just so poker face or obviously trying to sound nice but the face and body says it all gow rude SHE is. Um goving 2 star coz some area are okay. But Damn I dont recomment this clinic.

    Had a very satisfying experience here earlier this morning. The employees were very accommodating. The guard was kind and offers assistance in the kindest manner. The receptionist displays a happy disposition; you will really feel that they care for you and will assist you in the best way they can (I had a concern with my health card). The nurse was also kind and modest. The ambiance was chilly and nice and the place was clean. The doctor I consulted with was also great and took his time to talk to me unlike others that seem to be in a rush. I will definitely recommend this clinic. Kudos to all!

    The service is totally incompetent. I unknown if in Philippines work like this way, but surely I believe it's only in this "health" center. I waited for 1hour to have a regular consulation, but they told me that I must see a specialist that will arrive at 11:30, so I waited for another hour. When the doctor came, they told me that I must wait for another 5 consultations before me. I felt really sick, buy I couldn't stayed beacuase I had to work. Then I asked for an appointment, but they they told me that it was impossible. Apparently, doctors come whenever they want, do not have a schedule. What a pity.

    Went here today for X-ray on my broken finger. Service and speed was great! I saw doctor Gerardo .. highly recommended.. also I know I’m in Philippines but the price is fantastic great value this will be my clinic of choice from now on

    Ive been going to the GB5 branch for about 5 years now. This is my fam's go-to clinic and we all have records here. This branch historically has fewer people compared to HW Market2. It's clean and i generally get consults right away. Today's visit was horrible tho. Considering it's a local holiday (Apr 10) i thought my visit would be faster. Waited 2.5hrs for a 5-mn talk with the IM doctor. Horrible. 30mns to get assisted by reception, another 2hrs for the actual consult. I usually go to their ENT but he wasnt on duty. I took my chances with IM. I was the 1st in line but the doctor didnt see my file and skipped me, the couple next to me ended up getting examined first and they took 2 hours. 2 HOURS. Crazy. When it was my turn it took 5 mns. I was complaining of throat pain, as it felt very swollen i cant even swallow properly. he took a flashlight and checked my throat and said "well, it's laryngitis, heres the meds, bring this file to the nurse." No explanation whatsoever of the meaning of my condition, wasnt empathetic that i waited soo long and he basically skipped my file and made me feel like i was a disturbance. Take note i was dizzy and had a headache during time. I also had fever on and off for 4 days. Tsk. This has been my worst doctor experience in this branch and ended up going to another clinic to get a 2nd opinion. My usual ENT wasnt like this.

    It should be ZERO star! They don’t follow their own queuing system. I should be next in line, but they allow a family of 7 to be examined before me. I approached the Nurses on duty, but they asked me if I am willing to wait, AGAIN? the waiting time takes forever. I went there 9:30am, still in line til pass 1pm. I cancelled my other exams and paid for the other, then left.

    My sister's ophtha has her clinic here. It's a pretty okay place. Systematic, at least. They even offer free wifi access to their patients but my sister said it doesn't work when she tried it. The guard, nurses and cashiers are all friendly enough. The guard especially. He knows how to handle customers really well. The nurses are all business-like so it's pretty intimidating to approach them. I've only been to the Ophthalmology room because that's the only reason we consult there. The facility is well equipped with all the necessary ophthalmologic instruments. But the room is just too small for a medical field that uses bulky equipment. Healthway is a pretty extensive medical facility with lots of branches nationwide. You'd think they'd invest more in room design. The Ophtha room is just too cramped. Both the patients and doctors have very little leg room. All in all, this is a pretty okay place. Out Ophthalmologist, Dra. Gapay-Ferrer is very nice and a very capable Ophthalmologist. 😊

    Very unprofessional. Came in for my 3rd dose of vaccine that was scheduled with them. After almost an hour of waiting, they tell me that the vaccine is out of stock and that I should have reserved. But there was no advise from my previous sessions that I needed to reserve, especially when I made it clear that I would be getting my succeeding shots from them. They should have also checked their inventory and advised during registration if they had stock for the vaccine especially when they know it’s a fast moving item to avoid wasting the patient’s time.

    Very friendly staff especially the nurses (they will check on you from time to time). Most of the doctors I have encountered were nice as well. Place is very organized and hygienic. Overall, this is my new go-to place for medical check-ups/exams. **Recommended doctor would be Dr. Emerita Rilloraza (OB-Gyne). She has this gentle voice which is really very soothing and comforting, different from other doctors who talk in an arrogant way. You can really see that she cares for her patients, makes eye contact when engaging in conversations (unlike those who are always busy typing and looking in their monitors).

    Had some requirements that they didn't fulfilled and despite pointing it out several times, they just left me unattended promising they'll get back to me when in reality they just let me wait for nothing. Some nurses were were nice, but overall the experience was not pleasant.

    My girlfriend got sick on our trip to Manila and the doctor saw her right away. A blood test was prescribed which was done on location (results obtained the next day by email). Medication was also prescribed which could also be obtained on location. Highly recommended.

    I don't get it why the review score is really low! The nurses are really friendly and they would help me out for the next procedure. I went there for a pre-employment exam and it only took me 2 hours during a Saturday. The longest time that I stayed there was for the doctor's examination. Dr. Sietereales was really accomodating. She would explain and further advise me on how prevent my family's medical history. I went back home with more knowledgeable insights. Kudos to you doc! I will definitely come back again!

    If you’re needing something urgent, don’t bother going here. We called for 90 minutes and nobody answers the phone. We showed up in person and there were no doctors on duty. Complete waste of time. If it’s urgent go somewhere else.

    If you have pre-approved LoA, they offer service to print on site for free. That is much faster than having them call HMO for LoA. Not so many patients on a Sunday, clean facility.

    Expensive, slow and unsatisfying. Had a medical examination here in order to fill out a medical certificate, resulting in a recommendation to have another x-ray and an uncompleted form. We pay doctors to answer questions, not put extra question marks.

    there was only one GP on shift (the other one has already reached cutoff) and the ONLY GP assigned to the shift DR. MARILOU LINTAG WENT OUT TO MOVE HER CAR WHILE PATIENTS ARE IN LINE!!!!!!!! The staff kept calling and apparently could not reach her. There are a lot of patients waiting in line already! We had to leave because we could no longer wait for her.

    This was my first time having a COVID-19 swab test and the first time coming into this clinic. The staff are lovely, polite and doing their role as they should. Their Home Service email contact was VERY responsive, as if we're chatting on Messenger. That is a big plus, but the only negative for that is they forgot to put the .PDF attachments when the email they sent itself says "please look at the attachments below" but in the end nothing really big since they sent another email with just the attachments. The staff told me the only way I can see my results is through their Patient Portal website. I emailed their Customer Service and they were OK. They could not answer me on why their Patient Portal is not letting me register. That's the only big downside with this experience. Overall, it's OK. I'd still recommend their services if you only consider my experience as a precaution and what to expect.

    I went to Healthway Greenbelt for my sickness, and it is very surprising that they charge Medical Certificate P100 on top of free consultation using my Maxicare. And it is even more surprising that the MC is increasing by P300 now. I strongly believe that MC is a very normal standard procedure that a doctor must give to patients if need a rest.

😠 so according to the doctor in this clinic I have anemia caused by internal bleeding in my digestive system? because my CBC says my hemoglobin levels are low.
