My daughter just had her medical exam this week. Her interview is scheduled first week of February. My daughter said St. Luke’s required her to do sputum test because they saw an abnormality on the result of her lung xray and need to give specimen (phlegm) for 3 consecutive days. But my daughter is not coughing or not sick and can’t cough out any phlegm but they forced her to cough. They didn’t do TB skin test and yet St. Luke’s required her to do sputum test because “maybe” she has TB according to the nurse. The result of sputum smear test will be available next week which is great but what’s frustrating is the nurse told my daughter that the result for the sputum culture is after two months. Two months??? The result for sputum smear test should be enough. Now St. Luke’s staff told my daughter that she need to reschedule her interview and should wait for the result of the sputum culture. Very frustrating! They should change the way they process their medical examinations and test results. No wonder they increased their fee to Php17,025 ($323.59) because they will require you to do other tests even if you don’t necessarily need it and what’s worse is you paid so much just for your schedule of interview to be delayed because of their unreasonable way of scheduling the release of test results. I HOPE ST. LUKE’S DOCTORS, NURSES, AND BOARD MEMBERS CAN READ MY REVIEW AND THE REST OF THE REVIEWS POSTED ON THEIR WEBSITE.

    1. Bring an extra copy of your vaccination card. They have not indicated it in their email but they will ask for an extra copy. There's printing service available at the cafeteria across the street in case you forgot to bring one. 2. Bring a ton of patience with you. Staff are very courteous but the waiting time can take a toll on your patience. People arrive by families so long lines are to be expected. I arrived for my appointment at 12 noon for my 1 pm appointment and thankfully I was accommodated even if I was an hour early. 3. Bring extra cash. Depending on your medical results, there may be additional tests that has to be completed. There are atms nearby but it'll be a hassle to have to go outside. You'll also be given an option to do the additional test at another clinic of your preference. 4. Overall, it was not the best experience but I have already managed my expectation so I have no complaints.

Worse experience. Nobody is on the same page and nobody can assist you. Staffs are not friendly. They pretend to be observing social distancing by having a scheduled appointment yet they jam pack the inside with applicants. You are paying thousands of pesos for them to ask you questions so quick and the doctor barely touches you nor barely checks you. But they require you to undress for no purpose. Also with the photo attached, it's deceiving to say the clinic disinfects every after patient, but that's not the case - it is just for show. It can be proven if their cctv is working. St. Luke's is ran by bunch of kids. (Update) We were told after taking a sputum test that they will call us at least a week before the scheduled physical exam if there's no problem with the test. The problem here is, i was told that the result should be out by October 28, 2022 but the supposedly the next scheduled physical exam is set on November 4. How can we book a flight if we won't know the status if the given window for the scheduled exam is not enough? They got no support during weekends and holidays. It's unfortunate that Oct 29 falls on saturday and 31st was declared a holiday. Basically, all people with the result that should be out by oct. 28 are f*cked especially those who don't reside in metro manila. St. Luke's is the kind of clinic which only cares of getting your money and don't give a sh*t about you... and on their receipt, it says "TAX EXEMPT".

Slow and Poor Service. Got my final medical results and just needed to be forwarded to the embassy (AU). They told me 7-10 days. 7-10 days to forward a health clearance???? Today is the 9th day and still no update from them according to the embassy site. Phones are not working. I literally was on hold for 6 hours on the phone, 4 hours in the morning, 2 hours in the afternoon. Nothing but queue music. Either this phone is busted or the staff just refuses to answer calls! Very frustrating. Emails are also a dead end. All you'll get is an auto generated reply. St. Lukes get your act together! Your obviously UNDERSTAFFED! People don't deserve this kind of service.

ATTENTION: If your loved one has experienced unethical, immoral, or illegal treatment from this clinic, I strongly urge you to write the embassy, the State Department, and your elected representatives to revoke their charter to serve foreign embassies. This clinic is run by a group of unproffessional, spiteful, incompetent, and unethical scumbags without a moral fiber in their bodies. They mistreat the patients, give unnecessary tests, violate international standards for consumer rights, and hold no qualms about committing fraud or stealing from innocent victims. They must be brought to justice. Write your experience to your embassy, or report unethical treatment to the Department of Health. Eventually, their charter will be revoked. They only care about the money, so thats the only way theyll learn.

Everything is slow. They take in more patients than they can handle. Prepare to waste your full day here. You will get hungry, you will get impatient, you will leave disappointed in the inefficiency. This clinic worsens your condition while you're in it. You are not allowed to eat yet you are also not allowed to leave the line because if they call you and you're not there, you're done. You need to stay in line while the doctors take breaks. And since this is the only clinic Accredited by the several embassies, St. Luke's doesn't care if the patients who come here feel worse than before they arrive because the most important part is they take all the medical appointment fees paid by the visa applicants.

My husband went there last 11&13 Jan for his medical appointment. He was apprehensive to have it here due to the bad reviews and planned of going to the clinic in Bagiuo instead but he had another important errand in Metro Manila so he just took his chances. And based on what we read, the delays were sometimes caused by incomplete documents presented to the clinic. We ran through the checklist multiple times leading to day of the visit and made sure we had everything in place and even made multiple copies just in case. He went to the clinic on the 11th, presented his papers and was given a number, waited for few minutes while they were put on queue, then were briefed on the processes to follow depending on the result of their swab tests, waited for few more minutes until his number was called, and was done in roughly an hour. Everything ran smoothly so he was surprised and quite frankly, impressed. He came back on the 13th, presented his papers again and was let in. His photo was taken then was asked to go upstairs to have his medical exam. He said all the staff were kind and warm except for the lady in front of the x-ray room. While everyone was handing him something in a kind manner, she dropped the log book with a thud. It wasn't that disrespectful at all for him but she's the only one like that so it's hard not to notice it. She also spoke coldly, again, different from the rest. As for his medical, as he has ear piercings, he was asked for additional PhP3,700+ for Hepa tests. If you have tattoo, it would be safe to expect the same so you can prepare for the additional cost. In regard to his x-ray, they asked him to provide sputom for 3 consecutive days to culture and testing. There is no additional charge but the result will only be available between 2-3 months as he was told. We know he doesn't have TB as he just had his health screening a few months ago and we hope to get the same result. Overall, his experience so far is not bad as to what most people said.

Better go to IOM. The poor rating speaks for itself already. Embassy should do an audit here, too much politics especially that sputum test. They will tell you that you need it even if you dont. Feels like hell in there, they will tell you that you're sick (even if you're not). It's as if you paid and shopped for fake illness. Disgusting and very disturbing. Pretty sure one day they will all get what they deserve. #karma that is

They treat you like animals. They rush you through the exam. My arm was swollen and sore for days after the blood test. The woman at the x-ray was very impatient and shouting fast fast. They are very busy with too many patients to push through in one day. Some people were waiting since 8 am and still not start their exam at 4:30 pm in the afternoon. They claimed I had high heart rate and I did after running up the stairs from the previous exam. It is the worst experience for the immigration process. Some people were nice and friendly. Some of the nurses are horrible people show not caring for the patients.

We were early, came at 7am and we are still here. There are lots of improvement to make the service efficient. Nurses are not so accommodating nor friendly at all. Kudos to the lady guard-she was nice. Special mention to nurse on blood extraction, Tricia, she has a sarcastic poker face and really not friendly, she extracts blood with no care unlike my other experiences. I will be writing to Embassy, if you experience the same, I encourage you do the same. hopefully they add other clinics as this clinic staff feels entitled because they are the only clinic for Medical for VISA application.

I can’t even give 1 star to this place ! Please please report this hospital to US embassy they continue scamming people for a decades ! Imagine being positive for TB but in reality you don’t have ! 80% of the applicant they require to have sputum test so they can prolong the process end eventually your medical will expired and you will obligated to pay 17,000 peso again !!! Biggest scam not to mention their staff is extremely rude and the hospital facility is old and dirty ! Imagine how many lives and pocket they ruined because of their stupid sputum process takes so long !!! US embassy definitely needs to find another hospital. This facility is a biggest scammer to people .

My fiance spent 13 hours here for her medical exam. A fully staffed hospital that can only handle 1 patient an hour? What a joke. Medical universities here handle major surgery in a fraction of time it took these baffoons to check blood pressure and vision. It's a shame that they are the only place for visa exams. This is why corrupt politics need to be dealt with. The hospital has the government in their pockets. this is so obvious based on how their process is handled.

I, a respected Professional Electl Engr for 24years, was treated like a drug addict, for being honest in admitting a taste of cannabis some 36 years ago, when I was seventeen. Doctors here treat patients as prisoners. Doctor at room4 literally manhandled me.

    * Expect Rude Staff even towards children * X-Ray Test was a scam. Literally almost all patients i've been with during the test was told to do the sputum culture which will delay your processing by more than 2 months.. * They will squeeze every ounce of money from you especially if your applying for US visa. * They are catering the entire Philippines, yet they dont operate during Sat & Sun. So you will be coming back and fort during the entire week to spend more.

This medical centre have no clue what they are doing. Be considerate to clients that comes from provinces that are flying in and out of Manila. The time, effort and money they have spent whilst going to medical and waiting for the results. You have lack of communication towards your client if their medical results are ok or not. You don't pick up your office phone. nor an answer emails. Instead of moving forwards your work ethics are backwards. Never book your medical here guys.

Well, all I can say is that they are ruining St Luke's Medical Center's image. I worked in St Luke's hospital before and I can see that the extension clinic's staffs didn't carry out the core values that the hospital employees have. They have unprofessional medical staff in radiology department and some of the nurses.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR IMMIGRATION MEDICAL TEST PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! 75% of times you will get positive for TB even if you don’t have it. I got positive for TB but didn’t have it, 3 months of my Canadian education suffered because of this. After coming to canada i had to do another medical test here. And the Canadian docs told me I never had TB to begin with. This has happened with multiple of my friends and a lot of people from what I’ve heard. Stay away from this clinic. Go else where

Please don’t go here for your IMMIGRATION MEDICAL EXAM. This place is a scam and will show you a ‘possible TB’ result even if you don’t have it after having it checked again to other multiple clinics/hospitals I got cleared from my Canadian doctors saying that I never had TB, but this clinic gave me a result with ‘possible TB’ that delayed my application with +/- 3 months. This has happened to a lot of people I know. Please go to a different clinic

You pay full on time, but they cant send your medical results to the us embassy on time for your interview, please bring back the sealed envelopes so that the applicants will be the one to send it to the us embassy, so many people are being delayed with your e-medical strategy . I doesnt send directly after they said it was transmitted, please coordinate with the us embassy for better service, how can people trust you? They cant even give a record of your own file, why?

First day of medical was smooth since we arrived before our schedule. Anyways, today is my 2nd day of medical— for IMMUNIZATION. I was told by the doctor yesterday that I’ll only get 1 vaccine since Im still updated. HOWEVER, im waiting for 2 hrs now and made a follow up twice and they said its not first come first serve basis. My record, as per the staff, is not ready yet. My friend left already, we almost arrived at the same time and im still here waiting to be called. Im hungry. I still have work. And what is the sense of giving an appointment at 8am if they would not follow that?? Kinda disappointed with the process despite paying 16k.

Incredible wait times. I arrived before 8am and left at at 7:00pm after completing the physical examination. Still need to return for immunization and the certificate. Their excuse was that the previous work day was a holiday. Fees are very high. They don't accept credit cards, so bring cash.

First day of medical went well. 8am schedule, finished everything by 1130am. However, I was scheduled to go back for my results at 9am the next business day and I'm still here at 2pm. 5 hour wait and Im not yet done. I didn't have to be vaccinated, no tests to be repeated. I just need to get cleared. It would be better if the patients coming in for the follow up are not cued with the ones on their first day. They are trying their best but are understaffed for the volume of patients they accept.

Very very very bad and super very poor service they didn’t answer a call for an important matters for updating a medical whether it’s forwarded the medical to immigration and they just replying an auto generated either in email. I send a multiple email to them but there’s no response at all. So frustrating! You didn’t deserve either a 1 star. Supposed to be you should to update your client after forwarded the medical result to the immigration.

The process was quite fast on my first day. The experience would've been good until the female doctor who conducted my physical exam rolled her eyes on me after clarifying just one question, ONE QUESTION! No one else can even testify her rudeness cause its just the two of you in the exam room.

I went there in line with my requirements for a canadian student visa. Contrary to some reviews my overall experience was not so bad. The guards let me inside to start processing even if i arrived an hour earlier than my appointment. Overall the staff was friendly and entertained questions that I had including where to go next after each step (Even if I wasnt fluent in tagalog coming from outside Luzon). The only issue I faced was the long waiting time for my physical exam, everything else was reasonably paced given the number of applicants that day. Some tips: -Pay your appointment beforehand (I paid via Security bank) but bring extra cash. -Prepare all the requirements needed. -Be sure your passport photocopy is in the proper format as indicated by them. -Bring a passport sized photo. -Have a big meal before your appointment and bring water. (Take note eating is not allowed inside.) -Wear comfortable clothing. -Try getting in early to save time. -Bring a pen. (Many people didnt have one for some reason) -If you have tattoos or a lot or piercings expect to pay additional for more additional testing. -Try to stay near the counter where your name is to be called up to avoid not hearing it. (Just find a vacant seat nearer when you can, most people do so the moment one person near a counter stands up for their turn.)

Terrible experience at a low class and unprofessional place. Quite expensive at 17k php/400 usd yet Low quality service. My wife waited there for an endless amount of hours only to be told to finish the next day regardless of how early we went. The staff was insanely rude making terrible remarks towards my wife despite the staff lady being an overgrown hairy rat herself. I advise more people to rate this place 1 Star as well as complain about this inferior excuse for a clinic so everyone here gets fired.

Worst place to go and do your medicals. But you don’t have any other choice because it is the accredited facility for most visa issuance related medicals. As far as I know, data privacy act in the Philippines is already practiced but in this facility, they will announce your name and ask you to go to counter expecially in the xray department. There, they will tell you if your xray doesnt meet the standards and you have to undergo sputum exam, with all the people looking at you. No privacy at all. The staff also needs to have training on customer service because this place has none! It is expensive and you will not get the service you deserve.

I had my medical examination last March 17. While the staff in the reception area, photo booth, x-ray, laboratory, cashier, and check out counter were very courteous and professional, I had the WORST experience during the physical examination. The staff who measured my height and weight talked to me in a very unprofessional manner. Also the doctor who did the physical exam was VERY RUDE na tinarayan pako when she was taking my medical history. She seemed to be very IRRITABLE and NOT HAPPY WITH HER JOB. To be honest, this was not my first rodeo in terms of medical examinations, I went to Saudi before and had my medical examination at Arguelles Clinic and to be honest, even if they have poor reviews, I felt much respected by my doctor when I had my previous medical examination there compared to SLEC. I understand that the staff and doctors get tired due to the large volume of clients they have to deal with everyday, but pano naman kami, we also have to deal with all the exhaustion in the waiting areas, not to mention the anxiety that we are feeling during the examination. I should have listened to my friend whose mother also had a terrible experience at this clinic. I do not recommend this clinic.

We are trying to invite my grandmother for a super visa in Canada. St. Lukes's asked my grandma to go back and forth a couple of times. My grandma lives about 4 hour's drive from her place to that hospital to able to get her medical examination. 4 times she had to go back and they are saying that they saw spots in my grandma’s x-ray which is so weird cause my auntie (doctor) and she requested an xray/sputum collection in a different hospital to be able to see and check how my grandmother’s lungs. They didn’t see any spotting and she was negative for TB. And the last time she went there still they were saying that compared to her last x-ray (st luke) is the same as the new one. They are giving the patients a hard time.

One of the worst experiences you could ever have i know im gonna waste my time writing this review because SLEC won't care about our opinions - why would they? but here it goes. the first step in the reception takes forever. The interviewer was reviewing and asking each questions - the very same questions that was filled up online by the applicant. We were there March 2,2023. we enetered 10:30 am, finished 5pm and all i did was that reception thing , an x ray (my wife also had blood samples taken coz she's below 45 years old), an eye exam, a photo taken and a quick physical exam by a very unprofessional, discourteous, smileless Doctor. I've read from online groups that the Doctor's were all in a foul mood...and i said to myself, they're exaggerating- well i know now that it's true. While i understand that the process itself is strict as it's the one required by the embassies... but SLEC sure could do some improvement especially in courtesy training of staff (Doctos especially) and making the reception process quicker and more efficient. bring a lot of patience and a ton of prayers.

The waiting line is too long, the staff have a very bad attitude and they don’t seem to prioritise senior citizens specially with the Pulmonary Evaluation. They’ve cause more inconvenience to patients. We’ve waited more than 3 hours just for instructions alone. It’s annoying and downright disrespectful.

The actual service provided by the medical workers and staff are great but what messes up the overall experience is the VERY LONG waiting time. *Went in at around 10am for the kids' US Visa day 1 medical exam and got out past 5pm. * They don't have a screen showing when it's our turn * The PA sound is difficult to understand at times * They advertise the experience to be around 2-4 hours. Ours was 7+

By far the worst clinic. 1. People waiting at physical exam without a doctor!! 2. I have an appointment 7am but as of 1 pm I still have not finished my physical exam 3. I had my pregnant wife and child with me yet we were the last one to finished since a lot of priority was given to non priority persons 4. Too much red tape. Some people were prioritized even though i have seen them arriving before me 5. In fairness some of the staffs are helpful and smiling 6. Missed my biometrics in makati due to their lack of respect for others time!!!

I went here for my medical for US EMBASSY requirements. First thing I did is to set an appointment online. When I reached the clinic, first thing I did I get number to the guard for priority lane. Second, the guard check my documents if complete and if 2x2 picture is valid and complete requirements. Then they will check your temperature and of course you wear facemask and faceshield. Then next step photobooth for picture. And then they will tell you to go to U.S. Reception or where you at next to go. Then they tell you to wait for number to be called. Everything goes well just follow the procedure/instructions the staff tells you. The guard and staff is accommodating. If you are doubting what's next don't hesitate to ask. My medical is done so fast only half day.👍👍👍

Lots of impatient Staff (though not everyone). Rushed because there are lots of patients. Some of the facilities are not working as well. If you look at it from the outside, it wouldn't look like a building that's 'clean' in hospital standards either. If you have other places to get your medical, then I suggest go there instead. If your company requires you to go here, then oh well, just bear with it. It's a day after a holiday so maybe they're just stressed with pending patients or hangover from a free day, but I still think my stay wasn't as pleasant as it could've been

Disgusting behaviour of employees, very unprofessional! One nurse was even shouting at an elderly. No sense of urgency, no willingness to assist/help. It's like all the employees dragged themselves to work there and were venting their stress out to the customers/patients. Very disappointing and aggravating.

They honestly deserve less than 1 star if I can rate them lower, I would. Today is my fourth day going back. They keep asking me for new requirements every time I come back, they don’t tell me right away on what I need to prepare for the next visit, there’s always something new whenever I come back. I am heavily pregnant and it’s hard for me to keep going back just to be sent home to get a new requirement. Today, they made me go back at 12:30 PM for an extra evaluation and I’ve been waiting for 3 hours they still haven’t catered anyone for this evaluation. It’s almost closing time and none of us have any updates yet, we’ve wasted so much time waiting for nothing. Some of us come from far off places and have jobs in the evening. They are very expensive but their service is very sub par. They have zero respect for your time and just expect you to keep going back again and again to wait for long hours for nothing.

I had a decent experience in their clinic even though I had to wait for 3 hours at one area there, they were all accommodating and they were all working together as a team including the security and the ones in corporate attires and not just the ones with scrubs. I just decided to extend my patience and understanding. They seemed to be working efficiently and effectively. However, not all of them are verifying the applicant's identity especially before blood extraction. I see some lacking coordination because they seem to be lacking staff on some areas and also overworked but my overall experience was not bad. They provide assistance all throughout the process. I suggest there should be someone in charge in assisting applicants on the ground floor so they won't get lost in finding their way on what to do next.

I keep on calling them the whole week nobody answers their phone. I hope you guys have people to answer phones because like me. I am from pampanga and I have questions regarding what to bring. If I leave anything I have to go back to angeles and do it again. The hassle is not something I want to experience.

Done with our 2 days Medical Exam @ St. Luke Medical Center Extension Clinic. They have made changes with there order for the better. They are following the time you choose during the registration. We arrived 6am for our 7am appointment, we were asked to fall in line with the others who have 7am appointment outside SLEC. Workflow is 2 days assuming results are satisfactory. The 2nd day is for releasing results and immunization.

September 5 my husband appointment was 10am for the medical examination, when i call him around 12noon he said not done yet because the doctor for the xray exam is not around, they will come 2-3pm. Make sure SLEC that you have a doctors when they had an appointment, and you ask them to come back after a month for the repeat test. Thats why NHS is better than your clinic.

Medical personnels do not take physical exams and vital signs seriously. I'm a medical professional myself and experiencing it firsthand made me speechless. They just guess your heart rate, RR, and even a blood pressure steth wasn't even placed in the right area. The doctor from room 4 even made my father wait for so long even tho' he doesn't have any applicant in his office to perform a physical exam with. It's not like he's working in the ward or in a hospital setting where it would be understandable to stall time to rest but all he did was sit in his chair doing something when his primary priority is to cater the last applicants. Almost all doctor's were done with the physical exams.. he's the only one wasting so much time.

Staff chatting, and did not open on time, 730 am as indicated in the published operating hours. Had to shuffle back and forth from second to third floors for all the tests. Staff are generally nice, alright, probably the only good point here. Bathroom does not have hand sanitizers and toilet papee inside, you will need to go out to wash your hands and all, so you've touched everything with unwashed hands, including the door knobs before you reach the washing area. Should be more hygienic, considering that you don't know the medical background of the other customers.

I was here today for sputum collection, the guard on the main lobby was polite, redirected me to enter at the other gate for sputum test patients. Was given a health declaration form and queue number. Took around 15-20mins for my number to be called to get inside the building. Physical distancing is observed and sanitization is from time to time. Process is very orderly. Staffs esp the nurses are helpful and kind.

Had my chest Xray and the result was positive for TB so i underwent sputum examination and waited for 2 months for the result and it was negative. I even had a hard time rescheduling my interview date. When i arrived in the US i had my chest xray and blood examination to check if I have tb and thanks God the results were negative. Hope the medical team should examine clearly specifically the chest xray. I do remember we were so many in the group waiting for the sputum result.

Waiting game. I understand that we have different processes however the waiting area needs to be improved. For the past 6 years that I am assisting my relatives this clinic never improved and never created a waiting shed for those families who travelled from different provinces like Bukidnon, Antipolo, Baguio, Cagayan. Please check your facilities and doctors who are slacking and not doing their task as quick as possible. Everything is through appointment basis however you need to add more staff to accommodate people. 6 -10 hours is not acceptable.

Based on my experience the staff and security personnel are kind and approachable. However, the processing and wait times are too long especially on the second day. I spent 80 percent of my time waiting for my turn. The whole process could have been done in half a day if not for the very long waiting time. Bring tons of patience with you.

Medtechs and doctors are easily annoyed by just simply clarifying their question, they also don't have any sense of customer service. Their security are accomodating as well as nurses. They practice health protocols here thoroughly. If there is another accredited facility then we would not recommend it to be taken here. They accept cards though.

It's a shame that this is the only clinic accredited for US visa. My cousin witnessed how one doctor yelled at a patient for just mistakenly entering the room when the latter was not yet called. Also, my cousin was asked about Math which confused him so he was not able to answer correctly two out of four questions thus, he was referred to psychologist. Mygod!

Staff is rude and unprofessional. Scolded my wife for forgetting to declare an old piercing scar. Kept asking how many piercings repeatedly with a condescending attitude. Nurse asked her to turn left while laying on her side, then impatiently said "when I say turn left, turn left, don't lay there like a model!" What's even more infuriating is that they're charging 17k and treating people like this. Complain to St. Luke's hospital, they're ruining their reputation, then complain to your Embassy so they stop making money for this behavior that judging by the reviews has been happening for several years

Worst decision made. Chose to go here than go iom or bagiou for my medicals req for canada. Lots of additional test just to charge you extra money. Then will ask you to return for a sputum test because they apprently saw something in your xray. After coming for 3 straight days for your sputum test they will schedule you for pulmonologist evaluation which appointment time will not be followed. The best part yet is you need to wait for the culture results of you sputum for 2 months. Which will result to nothing because its not really needed. Please i advise to go somewhere else to avoid extra charges and wasted time.

They aren't too bad. They did their best to provide a seamless service and the whole process was okay. Of course the queue is a bit annoying but you have to set your expectations that you are not the only one applying for a visa. They just needed to up their game with their customer service, pre, during, and post medical. They needed to update their requirements as it is annoying to do another queue at the photocopying service across the road.

For Day 1, I went on a Friday. Got there at 4:30 AM. I was 15th in line? They started checking requirements and giving out numbers at around 6: 00 AM. I already registered online and made a deposit to Security Bank for fees payment beforehand and that saved me a lot of time. Staff was accommodating and helpful. My experience was smooth because I just got lucky I guess? (first in line for urine and blood sample test, medical checkup/interview with a doctor). It could have been better if they have more staff at the US Counter (Medical Exam). I had to wait for 30 mins for each process there. Finished by 9 AM

If there’s 0 star, that’s my rating on this facility! Overpriced, they will add a lot of ‘addons’. You paid a lot, so you expect at least a good service experience, right? Their staff is rude, especially in the Xray department. At 7am, they do their morning chikas, and if asked ‘ttwagin nlng’. There’s so much chaos in 5th floor! ang gulo! Arrived there 5:30 AM, finished? 11AM given that we are in “priority lane” I believe that because ang tao ang may kailangn saknila, kaya ok lng mgtreat sila ng masama sa patients nila. Very Good st lukes 😅 had such high expectations.

    1. Cockroaches in the hospital- is never good. 2. Price for the US visa tests is double of that in European countries (check yourself). Plus, it’s a two-day affair vs 1 in Europe. 3. The eyes exam is just the worst kind of affair - conveyor style with a tiny, very dark room where they scan you. They told me I have a way different power for the eye sight that what they did throughout all the doctors and countries that I went to. I just finally re-did it in St Luke’s in Bgc - and, imagine that - it hasn’t changed since 2008. The worst part is that when I raised my concern- they said it doesn’t matter as this is just for the visa. Not recommended. This is what happens when you have a monopoly on something.

I have to give them a higher rating since my parents had a good experience. They said everyone they encountered was friendly and helpful. So I’m not sure if this is because they are elderly folks, which also makes so much sense. Long lines and slow process is pretty much a norm in places like this. But my parents’ experience was not that bad. They did had to undergo sputum test and all. It’s very frustrating but the customer service at the pulmonary department are a five star! I call from the US. They are polite and helpful. I even get to talk to the doctor to clarify some information. Did not expect that! So I give them a higher rating due to this. Thank you Trixie Ann, Jasper and Hannah!

Terrible waiting lines. More horrible than NBI or DFA. They should have placed a system that could make the process more efficient. People are spending min. 8 hrs just to do the whole process, and most of them involves just waiting. I have no problem with waiting in line if the tests and scans are thorough but it is not. When it's your turn for the actual physical with a doctor, it will not take more than 5-7 min. in which you are not allowed to think about your answer or even ask further questions because they are in a hurry. Take note, you paid for 17k, more than $350 for a urinalysis, xray, to check your vital signs, and an interview with a Dr. for 7 mins, that wouldve cost me way less elsewhere. The big problem lies in the system and they are really understaffed. Nothing against the annoyed nurses/doctors because I know theyre in a hurry. Kudos to the cleaning staff and guards, the only people who were really approachable. People wait in line as early as 1 AM to 3 AM, to the management please be more considerate to the applicants/patients and let them have their money's worth.
