    the staff in your manila branch are too slow. We did the staff in your manila branch are too slow. We did an APE and came in around 9am we finished 1:30PM. It took more than 2 hours just to take a picture. In addition, the staff in laboratory are very rude and argumentative. Furthermore, you should add more staff.

    I called in to the clinic to book an appointment the next day at 9am, I arrived there around 9:15 and in my surprised I don't have a confirmed appointment! The nurse told me to wait to check if they can accommodate me like it's my mistake for their incompetent not sending the confirmation! Very slow service! Very incompetent! They don't deserve even one star, this rate is still a charity for them!! Wasted my time and effort going to this clinic!!!

    Aventus at Ermita is the clinic with the laziest staff. Nurses were unaccomdating and does the bare minimum, most times all they do is gossip among themselves at the nurse station. Waited for 30 minutes and had to approach them personally to get what I need. The nurses at xray are both men and even harassed my friend by telling her to just remove her bra and go on the xray machine itself without giving her the vest. Such unprofessional staff. Will never go there again

    Arrived at 11:45am. Its now 1:20pm and still waiting. Reason is that the agent is still on lunch break. I also had lunch to pass time and when i got back and the agent is still on lunch break. Very inefficient, your agents should have shifts. Very poor customer service. Intellicare in another location which I frequent has less than 10 mins waiting time. PI

    Some staff has an awful attitude and acts like as if the patients are not experiencing any pain or any ailments.....especially those in the information where our hmo are being handled.....i would like to call on the attention of management....we came to your clinic to be aided not to be ridiculed....we ask because we do not know.....and we don't appreciate ill-mannered staff....to address us not in a good way just because we are sick.....

    The place is good. The staff are very professional. It's just the service is very very slow. If you're appointment is at 10am expect to be called by 11:30 then wait another hour for encoding before proceeding to your actual examination. It's very frustrating to wait 5 hours. It's not their fault to have minimal staff but please be considerate and encode patient records according to their number. It's annoying to wait patiently then see someone overtake your number. Please prioritize number according to numeration.

    Been here for 7 hours now just to complete my pre employment medical exam. It seems they cannot accommodate all of the appointments they approved efficiently. This is the worst experience I had.

    The staff were accommodating. A bit slow on the process, but it is not the place's fault. The company needs to do something with the current slow process. But overall, equipments are working and area is clean.

    Your appointment schedule is disappointing. I don't think this is the first time I am giving a bad review. First of all, it was difficult contacting your online appointment number. The site was down. The numbers are unreachable. The attendant said to use viber. May I just remind you that not all have viber. Attendant said she will send me a text which I need to fill out, and I did. I did not get any response. I indicated there a 7am schedule. Just this morning, while I am already at Aventus Manila, I get a text message that the doctor is not available until 1pm. This is so disappointing. Please be considerate. Not everyone has the luxury of time to wait especially when they are feeling ill. Such a rubbish process. Please change it if you do not care to improve it.

    Worst medical facility ever.. appointment is set to read or interpret the xray or lab result, and yet on the day of the appointment the patient should wait in long queue to have the xray result and the patient should wait in long queue again to see the doctor and have the result interpreted... What a circus and VERY INCONVENIENT ...

    I regret having my PPE done here. 1) Their ID system is very inefficient. They'd ask for your ID downstairs to give you a visitor pass, then ANOTHER one upstairs. I have to go all the way down to get my ID and the security won't let go of it unless I exit the building. 2) Drug test procedure/facility. Imagine having to control your pee because the bottle they give you has a NARROW opening. No problem for the men, but they seriously did not consider the feminine side. 3) XRAY. Do you even service them? ANLABO NG RESULTS. You'd waste your money getting another xray done in another provider. HELL NO, NEVER AGAIN for this one. EDIT: because I saw the response from the owner comment, I'm not concerned about the release of the results, I was concerned about the quality of the results released. btw this adds: 4) Napakatagal mag release ng results. HR says I need to get the results [ the actual Xray film] from you, when I call your office they say that I need to coordinate with my HR for the results. My point still stands, DO NOT GO TO THIS AVENTUS LOCATION.

    WORST EXPERIENCE !!!!! SLOW AND POOR SERVICE!! Doorman is slow at verifying appointments before you enter, also has attitude!! Been here for 3 HOURS for my pre employment medical exam. I returned the other week to complete and submit Fecalysis which took me less than a minute to submit it to their lab, after that, all I just need is for them to sign my papers and verify that I completed the medical exam, but they insisted that I should wait for the queue, ang GUESS WHAT I waited for another 2 HOURS!!!!!! My Gosh!!!! In addition, the medical facility is small and people are standing and waiting for long hours cause there are no vacant seats!!!! I don’t recommend this Medical Clinic!!!!! Don’t go to AVENTUS UN AVE BRANCH!

    POOR AND VERY SLOW SERVICE! (RECEPTION AREA) The guard will give you a number and a paper to fill out and will inform you to "SIT AND WAIT FOR YOUR NUMBER TO BE CALLED.". Hours will pass and no one from the reception will call your number because of the reason that you didn't give them the form/paper (FYI, THE RECEPTION LADY WILL BLAME YOU FOR NOT GIVING IT TO THEM RIGHT AWAY). They won't tell you that in order to be in the queue, you must give it to them when you're finished. As a first timer, I had no idea how their process works, but they should inform the patients on what to do next so the patient won't wait for hours with nothing.

    The area of their clinic is very accessible since its just beside lrt station. Their staff is not bad. I will give it a 5 star but the only thing it's just 4 is because they didn't have X-RAY , I need to go to their Makati clinic to complete my medical exam.

    Had my medical exam here today. Upon arriving at the clinic, I felt nervous because of all the reviews that I've read here. But to my surprise, everyone in the clinic was accommodating! They were always smiling and are happy to assist, even if there are already so many other patients. God bless to Aventus, and thank you for doing my medical exam! All the best!

    DONT GO TO THIS BRANCH. You will only waste your time. No use booking an appointment. I booked mine at 9 am only to get tested 3 hours later. They don't have respect for their patient's time... para ka lang nag public hospital dito.

    2 stars for friendly staffs. The process was so God damn slow. I was there before 11am and finished by 5pm. The initial took 2.5hours. Then the xray took 2.5hrs as well. I hope my company will try different clinic for APE. I won’t recommend this clinic due to waiting time. I felt that the clinic took my whole day rest day. I got really tired.

    There is a power tripper nurse here. I went here for a consultation because I had a weird white spot on the skin. To cut the story shot, the Doctor thinks it maybe vitiligo. I was then referred to see a dermatologist, (which they dont have) to be sure. They did not give me anything, no prescription, no paperwork or some sort of documentation. So as an initiative, I took a photo of my medical form (That bond paper that they give to you where they write everything like your vitals, and the doctor findings) so that when I go to another doctor, I have atleast a reference to show. This nurse saw me taking a photo of that paper and boom! She was really mad about it saying that it is not allowed. She made it a big deal without even listening to me why I did that. Like duh?? Why it is not allowed when it is my own data. MY OWN DATA. MY OWN PERSONAL INFORMATION. MY OWN MEDICAL INFORMATION. No common sense. The nurse just used the situation to show her horns. I just kept quiet and did not talk back to the nurse because I don't want to waste time to argue with people that are so full of themselves. I'm about to leave anyway. To that nurse, you are still an employee with an employee number. You can be fired anytime. Stop acting like you own the clinic.

    WORST DENTAL EVER! I went there 4 times different dates & waited 12 hrs in total just for a simple cleaning & filling. the dentist told me it will not be covered by intellicare since its been 7 months the last cleaning that I had. WTF then i ask for filling instead since my prev dentist said there are two left need to be done & this freaking dentist said its all good. Excuses!

    I noticed that the delay is caused at the reception area, it is understandable that there will be delay due to the earthquake. But having only one employee stationed at the reception area is already a big problem. She is the only one processing the paperworks. Everything before and after the reception area seems fine. Some appointments/doctors are pended because of the delay because of it I believe an increase in employee stationed in the reception area will greatly increase the workflow process in Aventus Manila.     I had an Annual Physical Exam today. Arrived at 7:00am and finished at 8:45am. Staff are very accommodating. Process is seamless. My experience today in Manila branch is way better than in Pasay and BGC branches from past APEs. Thank you, Aventus Manila team!

    Service is so slow. No proper process. We went there early and we were the last one to go. Doctors on the other hand are decent and polite. Some test wasn't able to do because of lack or equipment/ no doctors available. Require us to go back again. The old light skinned guard is rude. Doesn't really assist. Building has no parking, they offer vallet which cost so much. Youll be force to park outside which again expensive. 100 pesos for a freaking parking its not even safe. Never gonna go back.

    Aventus staff are honestly the best and most accommodating EXCEPT for the building owner and security guards. When you have an appointment here be sure to be β€œDressed Accordingly”. They want you to adhere to corporate or business attire… despite you not being a worker in the building. I read thru all the emails of Aventus too and they never mentioned that I had to adhere to business casual attire. Also, they will tell you to be there 15-20 mins before your sched…. But they won’t even allow you to go up 5 mins before your sched. Such a waste of time and effort. Please be more transparent.

    Good experience overall kahit queueing. Although, they hired a nurse sa XRay laboratory na sobrang mandiri sa pasyente. I overheard her today, 23rd of October, before lunch time almost yelling at the patient to put the mask on while asking to remove the top clothing. You'll know attitude when you hear one.

    1. Guard forgot to give me a number, I already waited for 30 minutes. 2. You will be filling up an online form, be sure to have data to connect to internet. The form is different from the link in the booking appointment email. 3. You will again provide company name, email address, account and card numbers in the reception even if those are included in the online form.

    Customer-centricity needs to improvement. The other branches (i.e. BGC, Pasay) were a lot better. The doorman was not very accommodating to inquiries. And they made some assumptions on APE packages without verifying (had to correct them a few times). Medical staff are ok and courteous. Probably process improvements that are customer friendly (can start eith queueing process). Overall, not really planning to go to this branch again if it can be helped. Aventus is on the 5th floor. Elevator behind service desk (do not take escalator)

    Nice place. The people here are really accommodating and the Dr was easy to talk to. Take note this experience was during pandemic, not sure if it makes difference compared to regular days but yeh

    Aventus UN is good health facility where one can go either for personal health check or for pre employment medical assessment. The place is also accessible as Times Plaza Bldg where Aventus Ermita is located on the 5th floor is connected to MRT United Nations Stations for those who preferred the train mode of transportation. So if you'll have any urgent medical needs, Aventus UN is one good alternative. Good options for reasonably price services and location accessibility. Visit this clinic now!

    My school recommended that I should go to Aventus but they don't know what to do. They asked me to pay 600 pesos for a MEDICAL CERTIFICATE and had me talk to the doctor for less than 2minutes and that is where my 600 go. I told them that I need my school form to be filled and yet they did not. They won't also assist you well.

    One if the many cons of aventus is the avaialability of its doctors. If you you are busy and do not have time , i suggest you go to other clinics because the appointments with aventus always gets cancelled. Or you must call the clinic prior,to make sure your doctor is in, but even after calling, the chances of your appointment being camcelled is still high. It is very frustrating if you are busy and do not have much time. Also patience is required when dealing with personnels(maybe they are too busy to emphatize or sympathize) I have called Aventus Manila only to be informed "Christmas Party po namin so halfday lang " They should have advised of the same prior to the appointment, or when they sent an SMS. When asked why the checkups are getting cancelled she said" Doctor po kasi eh, hawak nila yung time nila" , which was not comforting considering I made arrangements to be able to visit the clinic. In the end, I did not have choice but re schedule again. I hope for shift improvement for the doctors and more empathetic service desk agents.

    3 stars for now. I feel sad that the dental care is by schedule basis if you're under intellicare. I wont hold it against them since it was my mistake not to check first. But for future references, they accommodate dental care for intellicare holders every M-W-F The guard was accommodating with my questions and I can see that even though it's a weekend, they are very busy.     Most inefficient full service clinic I've been to. From empty nurse stations on lunchtime, to queues longer than you could ever see and staff insensitive of patient wait time. Wait time is more or less 2-3 hours per patient by my estimate at a rate of 1 number/customer called every 20-30 minutes. for your number to be called to INITIATE your transaction. I suggest never to go to this clinic if you have a choice at all.

    you should consider replacing your receptionists. i have seen a review about their not so accommodating behavior (and that was years ago) and have experienced it myself. as someone with a problem with hearing, i asked her to repeat what she have said and she was not so happy to do so. she also snickered right in front of me with her co-worker because of that.they do that everytime i approach them. as a receptionist, they should have the right attitude of dealing with every kind of persons with patience.

    Conveniently located at Times Plaza near UN Avenue LRT Station. Staff are courteous and accommodating. They have comfortable seats and phone charging stations (though the single iPhone cable isn't working). As always, being extra patience when visiting. Medical certificate charge is PhP100.

    One of their staffs used my contact details for their personal use (e.g. irrelevantly texting me - trying to be friends with me). I thought I can avoid the person by blocking his number but he called my phone with another number and to be honest I find it really creepy. I gave 3 stars because the service is okay but I hope that next time, their staffs will be reminded on how to act professionally with their patients. I don't ever want to go back to this clinic again because of the incident.

    Payed for rush results but stayed from morning til almost closing just for a checkup and medcert. Please refill empty soap dispensers. From morning til afternoon, not a single drop. Good staff, skilled nurses, doctors.

    Don't go to the Dentist here! We made an appointment for 1pm however upon arrival we were asked to wait for an hour since he will be sterilizing the tools. (He should have done that before we arrived.) The main highlight of why people should not visit: My mom had 2 dental fillings (pasta) , one fell that night. The other one also fell the next day - what's worse is that part of her tooth also fell along with it. WE WASTED OUR TIME AND THINGS GOT WORST.
