This is supposed to be a strip mall of sorts. A restaurant strip. The timing of its opening though was followed by the pandemic so a lot of the small holes-in-the-wall type establishments closed down and what's left are places like KFC, and Tim Horton's. What's nice about this place is that it has a large parking area accessible from UN Avenue. It is a pay parking area though and not shaded.

Small and the space in between the tables and chairs are too close for customers to move around. The building seemed to be clean but seemed to be dark and needed more lighting. The building has a strategic location, but needs some work on making the place look brighter and appealing. Please click the "Like" button if you find my review helpful. Thank you.

The mall seems to be closed but the food tenants on the Ground floor along the street are open. People gather here during meal times or feel eating something any hour they wanted. During the store open hours.

Sad to see a lot of closed shops due to the pandemic. The ones remaining standing are TIM HORTONS, BLACK SCOOP & KFC... 🀞

I've only been on the food strips on the side, every place walang saksakan. So not a good place to stay for a long time. Pero may Shawarma Shack so it's good.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting UN Square Mall, and I must say that it exceeded my expectations in many ways. Located in the heart of the city, this shopping destination offers a fantastic experience for both locals and tourists alike. One of the standout features of UN Square Mall is its impressive selection of stores. Whether you're looking for high-end fashion, electronics, or unique gifts, you're bound to find something to suit your tastes. The mall houses a diverse range of shops, from popular international brands to local boutiques, ensuring that there is something for everyone. I particularly enjoyed the variety of options available, as it allowed me to explore different styles and discover new brands. πŸ₯ΉπŸ’—πŸŽ‰ The mall's layout and design are also worth mentioning. The interior is well-maintained, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The spacious corridors and wide walkways make it easy to navigate through the mall, even during busy periods. I appreciated the ample seating areas and resting spots strategically placed throughout the mall, providing a comfortable break for shoppers. Additionally, the natural lighting and overall ambiance create a pleasant and inviting atmosphere.

A vast and bustling mall, stretching as far as the eye can see. The ceilings are high, and the architecture is grand. Shoppers of all kinds navigate through the numerous stores, eager to explore the vast selection of products. This place is a fashionista's paradise! So many designer labels in one spot. A luxurious section of the mall, filled with high-end fashion brands.

This is a medium scale mall where you can eat, shop and relax with a reasonable parking rate. Items here in terms of clothes are not that expensive and easy to remember the locations of each establishment. The mall staff are friendly.

This mall is near Rizal Park and a police station. They have good choice of eateries or restaurants. There is a weekend bazaar of food, fashion, plants, pet supplies etc. Accessible to all modes of transportation: jeeps, buses, LRT 1, vans.. If you want a quiet shopping spree, this is definitely the mall for you.

This is a mid-sized mall with a fair parking fee where you can eat, buy, and unwind. Clothing items are reasonably priced and the locations of each business are simple to recall. The mall employees are cordial.

While it may not offer the extensive range of shops and amenities found in larger malls, it serves as a convenient and accessible option for shoppers in the Ermita area. It may not be a destination for extravagant shopping sprees, but it caters to essential shopping needs in a modest and straightforward manner.

They have a Big parking space, the place is new, they have Tim Hortons here, there's a lot of restaurant to choose from. They have Chinese, filipino etc. This place is good for meetings and small celebration. Strategic location, corner of U.N. Ave. and San Marcelino St. Near to Main Highway and LRT Station.
