Pros -cheap and affordable items from clothing, household items, accessories, and many more -easily accessible -affordable fast food and restaurants when you get hungry Cons -too crowded especially on weekends and holidays -very expensive parking but very difficult to get a slot; paid 110.00 for 4 hrs??? kahit mas malalaking malls di kami umaabot ng 100 for 4 hrs -dilapidated elevator in parking building -unreasonable pay CR but 2-3 cubicles not working so lines get long

Tutuban has a lot of things to offer. There's also a Tambayan where you can just chill and eat. There are so many street food options. It's a great place!

very organized compared to what we were used to in the previous years. The competition between sellers are pretty close and the good thing is it brings out the best qualities of local brands and even international brands that will definitely leave you scratching on your head .i bet you wont be too problematic if you have a lot of money 🤑 also a cool place for snacks is ready made available for people outside the mall. Happy that i was able to make new friends . Kudos to 2 ate's who approched me and did not even hesitate , for sure you felt my vibe at that time whichwas very positive. Hoping on my next visit ill make new more friends.

Tutuban Mid-Night Sale. If you're looking for a great bargain, Tutuban Center is definitely worth a visit. My friends and I dropped by at around 8:00 pm and stayed until the sale closed at 10:30 pm. We were blown away by the wide range of items on sale, from shirts, pants, flipflops, shorts, and many more. We scored some amazing deals and were able to save a lot of money. Aside from the great shopping experience, Tutuban Center also offers a lot of food options. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of food and drinks available, and we couldn't resist the mouth-watering barbecues. However, while we were enjoying our meals, we couldn't help but notice that not everyone was wearing facemasks. We know that safety should still be a top priority, especially during these times, so we hope that the management can enforce stricter safety protocols for the safety of everyone. Overall, our visit to Tutuban Center during the mid-night sale was a fun and exciting experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a great deal and a memorable shopping adventure.

It stood the test of time. I'm glad that it looks cleaner nowadays compared to what it was before. There are also Pay Toilets where the female is separated from the male. The female toilet is on the right facing the PNR side. The male toilet is on the left side. Restrooms are also clean. The mall thrives despite the challenges of the pandemic and I hope they continue their business despite the threat of redevelopments surrounding the area.

It´s good but (the times i have been there) very busy. Some vendors kinda up the prize for foreigners i get the feeling. (Tested by letting my filipino nanay and gf ask for prizes when i stayed at a distance) it´s very few who do that. But there are there.

Great place to visit and go shopping. Lots of variety of products to see and choose for a much lower price. If you have a transportation then is not a problem, if your commuting, you will have to take 2-4 different change of ride to get there. Its a great experience to visit and see the newly clean version of the city of manila.. there is different transportation from shuttle to taxi. Come and visit tutuban center and other shopping center around them.

It's a Divisoria type mall. Same stuff as in Divisoria. The PNR Train terminus is at the rear of the mall.

Okay mamili dito during pandemic since maluwag yung place and even if it looks rundown their comfort rooms are well kept, there's also security guards at every entrance of the mall, they're also very helpful when you ask them where to look for specific items. The janitorial services are also very active to keep the place clean. I also noticed that there are a lot of stores here selling toys for kids so if you're looking for gift ideas for your sons/ daughters/ inaanaks and want them to keep off the screen this is the place to be. There are also food stalls if ever you get hungry from looking around the place. I hope the owner/developer or management renovate the inside of the mall para mas magmukhang maayos and organized.

  • 5/5 Jamsk8s7 D. 1 year ago on Google
Wow, prices are affordable. Only complaint is if you are a bigger set person the sizes run small depending where you go. Almost like all Filipinos are skinny and not made for people over weight.

  • 5/5 Marie Claire V. 5 months ago on Google
Ample parking space. A lot of new shops have opened insife the mall. It looks quite different from the time we last visited, pre pandemic. More and better dining places. Would recommend this to others, too. Less crowded than it's neighboring malls. Though walking to the other malls from this place is also recommended, hitting several birds with one stone, so to speak. 😊

Tutuban Shopping Mall is also known for its Night Market, which operates during weekends and offers an even wider array of affordable products. The Night Market creates a vibrant and lively atmosphere, with vendors selling various merchandise, street food, and entertainment options. It's an experience that is worth checking out if you visit the mall during those times.

This shopping mall is one of the most visited malls in Manila because their selling cheap items. Also, I love their food court and it is not intimidating so many choices because of their various food stalls. I would suggest shoppers to come here early for you to choose and buy whatever you want to avoid to be bumped by other shoppers because this mall gets busy easily.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Tutuban Shopping Mall, and I must say that it left a lasting impression on me. Located in the vibrant city, this historic shopping destination offers a unique and enjoyable experience for shoppers of all kinds. One of the standout features of Tutuban Shopping Mall is its rich heritage and historical charm. The mall is situated in a beautifully restored train station, which adds a sense of nostalgia and character to the shopping experience. As I walked through the halls, I couldn't help but appreciate the architectural details and the fusion of the old and the new. It's a refreshing departure from the typical modern malls and creates a memorable atmosphere. ♥️

Fla uninteresting shopping mall with a limited selection of stores. Dave in the supermarket here has a limited range of products. Manila has fats we many far better shopping malls are certainly wouldn't waste my time going to this mall

  • 2/5 Jeff S. 1 year ago on Google
Located in a poor socio-economic area of town this mall is rather awkward to find your way around. There are some local and international stores but i think the selection of items available was very limited and below standard. I definitely would not recommend going to this mall and i wouldn't bother to return

Went here on the last week of December 2021 to look for a cool toy for a gift. Sadly, social distancing is not observed inside the mall as well as the limitation of number of customers entering (or maybe there were just too many customers on the ground floor).

This is another bargain shopping center that is housed in an old train station. It's past is evident from its beautiful facade and the long-winding strips of shops and stalls inside. As with bargain shopping centers, you can spend quite a bit of time looking around and hunting for whatever you might fancy. It's air-conditioned inside and has a few fast food restaurants as well. There's also a very small park outside where you can take a break.

Tutuban is way better than to go through crowds of Divisoria. Prices may be a bit higher, but it is bearable. Mask and face shield is a requirement, don't forget to bring it.

  • 5/5 Leah R. 3 years ago on Google
Shopping is always great anywhere in Divisoria. But with the current situation, social distancing is an issue inside the malls and some store personnel are not wearing masks when dealing with customers. Red flag!

  • 5/5 BrianChinito89 T. 3 years ago on Google
The original shopping mall in Divisoria, the shopping centre that starts it all, still one of the brightest, and most visited shopping center in the metropolis. Their night market is to look forward to each year, textile, clothes, food anything under the sun. One would need to go here to experience the blist of shopping. Whenever you have time you should pay a visit to this place otherwise your life is incomplete. Please don't forget the health protocol to keep everybody safe. Visit tutuban Center Mall in Divisoria now. 💙
