Had lunch with my best buddy at Dulcinea. We were craving for their all-time favorite Spanish dishes. We were not disappointed. Same classy ambiance and diners, good service, most of all, great menu selections.

Located at the heart of Makati, this is where our office is too, so it's been an extension of our office needs! With penty of stores and services to choose from, Glorietta has been around for several years now and will surely be up for more years to cone. It served as venue for team breakfast/lunch/dinner, movie screenings, legal smoking areas, coffee & grocery needs, etc.

Pretty big mall with a lot of high dollar stores but, here in the Philippines, that's still cheaper than in the U.S. A very nice place. Q!

Post pandemic, Glorietta 4 has not changed a bit. The old stores are mostly still there except for some like Sugarhouse and others. The ambience is still the same, crowded at the usual thoroughfares and calm spacious in the nooks and crannies. Generally a typical mall experience. One thing that stands out now is the lack of roving security guards. Usually they are the go-to guys for directions and questions. Now for information, one has to go to the info booth. Not really a big thing but can be urgent in rare cases of accidents. As for the shops, they are still here offering various merchandise from eyeglasses to sportswear to electronics. Glorietta would be able to provide whatever you may be looking for not to mention the movie theaters which are above average The food court and restaurants also provide various dishes and snacks from baked goods to Chinese and local favorites. Overall, Glorietta 4 and the other satellites provides a complete mall and shopping experience one would expect from the Ayala group.

Pet owners- beware of ALL Ayala malls. Their pet policy has been recently changed to not allow our four legged friends to walk on their own. Their ignorant and insensitive policy specifies dogs to be ‘carried at all times’ which means either your dog needs to be tiny enough to be carried around and treated like an accessory rather than a breathing animal and dignified member of our family OR in a carrier pushed around like a disabled creature. Don’t waste time getting their ‘PET ID’. It’s useless because a guard will HARASS you the moment you let your dog walk on their own…as a normal dog should. They are just pretending to be ‘pet friendly’ by putting outdoor spaces and allowing dogs to walk there but indoors, forget it. If they wanted to prevent any pet misdemeanor, they could just fine those who don’t train their dogs to behave and not punish those of us who spend real time and effort to teach our dogs good manners and obedience. What their ill- equipped admin staff don’t know is - there are dogs that can behave properly and those who don’t. Go to SM malls instead. They are more forthcoming and reasonable with pets. I’m never stepping foot in any Ayala mall again, with or without pets.

One stop shop. Continue to practice the protocols mandated by the government. Not too many people are shopping during week days. All establishments/tenants are ready to serve.

Easy to navigate and a good selection of stores. It's integrated into 5 glorietta areas (glorietta 1-5). Not as up market as Greenbelt, but a good selection of food and things to do / shop.

Still nice and clean. Higher end shops are here. Restrooms are clean. There is no directory of any sort, but the concierge booth has the answer to your questions.

A premium mall in makati. High end stores & restaurant are inside the mall. Their restroom are clean & well maintained. There's also a small park & walkway for who wants to stroll outdoor.

Today is my first to visit again this place since the pandemic started. It's good to see more people roaming around while observing the safety protocol but it's a bit sad how the current situation gives a gloomy vibe within the vicinity. Like you, I am one of those waiting to see this place come into life again, livelier and happier...

Great mall with 5 storied building area but even to use wash room we need to pay PHP 10, they don’t accept credit card but cash making it very difficult for foreigners to use.

I've been passing through this place for years, since my OJT in college. I've seen this place transform and improve over time. It's normally a place where commuters pass through going to work or coming home from work. But this place also has a lot of food places ranging from fast food chains to high end restaurants and coffeeshops. Then there are also other establishments like fabric stores, gadget and gadget accessory stores, music stores, furniture stores, toy stores, clothing stores, jewelry and watch stores, barbershops and salons, ATMs, aesthetic clinics.. I mean, name it, they have it. So this place has become a place where you can also do your errands before going home or before going to work. Plus, they made the place so clean. The restrooms are so clean and presentable. And the place itself is so beautiful, especially during the Christmas season. It's world class, and I'm so proud when foreigners and balikbayans see its beauty. And whenever I come back to this place, I feel I'm home.

  • 5/5 Johanna B. 6 months ago on Google
Had a blast with my kids & their grannies here! Dine, shop & took hundreds of photos with their wide array of Christmas decors in & outside of the malls. Staffs are friendly & very accommodating, too! Looking forward to another Glorietta Day with my kiddos!🥰

This is a huge shopping mall connected to another shopping mall by a bridge. If you like to browse and walk this is your place lots to see. If you're older like me take your time visit a few shops and taste some delights.

Gloriett 4 is where the Glorietta Cinemas are. Aside from the entertainment, there are lots of bakeshops and restaurants here in different cuisines. You can do you shopping, watch movie, dine in, light snacks, play video games under one rood.

The last time I was here was before the pandemic. There's a huge improvement! The place is always comfortable to shop. You could feel the coolness of the AC, which is great. Of course when you go there during the weekend it is usually crowded. It's still a recommended place to shop. Everything is there!

Parking here is one worst exp. No clear signs, most drivers have no discipline to line up. And causing traffic at the stop light! Better park at greenbelt

Glorietta by Ayala Malls. To me, one of the best malls in the world !! It is not the fanciest mall in Manila, it is not the biggest mall, and it is not the newest mall. So why is Glorietta my best shopping mall in Manila?!? Glorietta is a large mall that has all the shops you will need, and for all the budgets, from the cheap to the expensive. It has all kinds of restaurants, from fast food to buffets to fine dining. It has coffee shops and bakeries. But if that is not enough, and this is why this mall is one of the best in the world for me; Glorietta is connected through the second level to another mall, the SM Makati, form one end, and on the second end it is connected to one of the best department stores in Manila, The Landmark, which is connected by a pedestrian bridge to yet another big mall, The Greenbelt, and it is in the same complex as an apartment hotel, the Ascott Makati. Is the enough to make it one of the best?? wait,, there is more !! It is also connected to Rustan’s Makati department store which have in its ground floor the best supermarket in Manila, The Marketplace. It is also surrounded by many restaurants and coffee shops. It is just AMAZING. The Good: - A big mall that have everything you might need or want. - great selection of shops, restaurants, and coffee shops. - Connected to other malls. - connected to a supermarket. - Great location. The Bad: - Some shops are hard to find (due to the mall layout), and some parts of the mall seem deserted. - Some small parts of the mall seems old. .Peace.

We really Love this mall! Too many shoe shops to choose from and the winner was CONVERSE!!! My daughter and I bought different styles...hers was the limited edition and mine was the classic design....whoaaahhh! In addtition to this...we enjoyed more because we got a discount!!! Twin sis bought a shirt too! Simple yet classy! ♥️💕🙂

  • 4/5 Shelby A. 1 year ago on Google
This mall is gargantuan! A lot to take in, especially as a man, but we managed. My only complaint is that there seems to be no rhyme or reason to the layout; meaning, you will find an electronics store right next to a shoe shop, next to a gift shop, etc. It is easy to get lost here, and make sure you wear comfortable shoes!

I don’t really understand the purpose of 10 pesos to use the Toilet in the “Customer Lounge” beside GAP. When you check other toilet areas, it’s all the same without charge. They charge you 10 pesos to use the toilet, and there is no bidet or anything special in it. Such a shame to collect more money from people just to use the toilet. It’s cheap and annoying.

I always come to this place after work since there's a lot of stores to visit. What I like the most is that Glorietta 1 ,2 , 3 & 4 is connected to Landmark and SM Makati at the 2F level. So for me its kinda like a whole big supermall consiting of three different malls.

Absolutely horrible experience and attitude of guards and parking booth attendant. Be aware that they won't let your kids even if they are already 15 years old as long as they are under 18 even though they need to have their eyeglasses fixed or need to have their ID passport taken and the parents are accompanying them.

I feel comfortable in this mall as I can find every product or service I could possibly be looking for like good restaurants (Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, Chinese, Filipino, Italian cuisines... you name it!), fine brands of clothing and accessories, cosmetics and beauty shops, bookstore, novelty items, and the list goes on and on. I also like how the mall is well-maintained. It's connected to many other malls in the Ayala Complex and just a walking distance from the MRT Ayala Station. They also have a van terminal nearby, which makes it a lot easier for the customers from nearby cities/provinces to visit this place. It's such a joy to shop in Glorietta, as a whole.

(Translated by Google) Glorieta is abundant, wide and complex. But you can get anything. Once you get used to it, it will become a very convenient shopping mall. There is also Japantown on the rooftop, which has a delicious restaurant, so it is recommended. You can enjoy it just by taking a picture. Let's post it on Facebook. Facebook is a must in the Philippines. Makati often forgets that it is in the Philippines because there are many high-class shops. There is also a green belt next to it, and I can't go around here alone, though it's not so much in a day.

Looking for a starbucks which has an available black planner. Sadly it is closed and most of the establishment near the theater is also closed. Food Court is open. They have a great selection of establishment. Anchor Tenant in this place is Marks and Spencer. Majority of the establishments are pricey but they still have a nice looking Jollibee at the 2nd floor. They also have Tim Hortons, Bread Talk, Hobingsu at the ground floor. GOURDOs and other Kitchen aids at the 3rd floor.

Mall is complete with the necessary stores and just enough for you to have fun while strolling. Because of the other connected mall establishments, the place has invited a diverse crowd which gives the right balance for the place. You have all you want, nice class area and a lot of fine dinning restaurants ,shopping choices, café shops, Rustan's and Landmark for grocery . It has somehow have a Spanish taste and some visitors told me its like the states, good security, nice staff and attendants, good cinemas too. I would suggest that some areas near Starbucks and Seattle's Best have Sometimes outsiders looking for a company some are nice some are not, great restaurants like Gilak, Banana leaf, Red Crab, TGIF, Café Havana, Gerry's Grill and some better choices near church near the art area and small fish pond
