Great alternative for the most popular coffee shop... CBTL is the next stop for me. I love their double chocolate ice blended or hot.

I have been to this place many times. I must say that the place is cozy and really helps in my relaxation from the day to day activity. I am a coffee addict and I really to go different coffee shops as this is my comfort zone when I want to destress and this place is one of my favorite not mention I love purple

It's been a while since I visited this place ans boy was I surprised! Beautifuly renovated! Quiet and very spacious! It gets busy during lunch break though but not as like before when students from nearby universities studied here.

Spacious and well illuminated. Safety health protocols were implemented. Not crowded during my visit. I usually ordered Coffee here but this time I've tried their Chai Latte, it is Chai Tea with a flavor of classic latte. It's a bit sweet but you may instruct the staff to lessen or not to add sugar.

I used to spend so much time in this coffee shop just hanging out with friends. I like the combination of their matcha latte and tasty cheesy ensaymada. The ambiance is such a delight, too. Will always come back here for sure.

I tired the iced mocha latte, it didn't taste much, somehow it tasted more like chocolate that has shaved ice, but the service was good. You can study here in some area due to charging ports available under the table.

They are not environmentally cautious and aware. I ordered a soy capuccino in a mug but after 12mins, my order came in a paper cup. I told the lady I specifically asked for a mug but she said they are out of mugs. I pointed to her, in case she didn't see it with her bare eyes, that there are mugs on top of the espresso machine. She argued that the mug for capuccino is different. Can you explain to me the difference of the paper cup and the mugs on top of the machine? They are basically the exact same shape. Next time be cautious. There are people who are trying to help decrease people's trash and your Coffee Bean branch at Robinsons Place Residence in Manila is not helping at all.

A bit crowded between 2pm and 5pm. You have to arrive earlier to secure a seat if you plan to study. Still a great place to hang out and meet people or study.

you can taste the coffee good combination with the mocha not sweet not strong very balance chocolaty coffee. this shop is straw-less, they have plugs, quiet place,very spacious.

had a double chocolate iced mocha. it was great: a deep chocolate flavor with just the right amount of sweetness. much better than the starbucks version

Seats may look limited but it's a big factor that they have some at the balcony. (Update: It's under renovation now though.) The branch is cozy enough to do laptop work, read books, or have fun conversations with friends and colleagues. Tables might be small to some though. Original Vanilla is love! Their no-frills Salted Caramel Ice Blended is pretty good too. Bandwidth Test (their Wi-Fi): Download: 2.42 Mbps - Okay for browsing but photos take awhile to load. Upload: 0.30 Mbps - Steady I.M.O. but at least 1 Mbps would've been impressive. It's still free though! 😊

Best place to have coffee same price range as Starbucks but more homey and spacious ( maybe because of less furniture and simple tables)

Good place to have a hot cup of coffee and desserts. Pre-pandemic times, usually due to students studying. Noticed that they removed all power sockets, they used to have these on all tables. Maybe they are trying to discourage customers charging their mobile phones and laptops.

This has always been my go-to coffee shop if and when the meeting doesn't require me to go to other coffee shops. The food I ordered tasted as awesome as it was presented by the counter. And my fave CBTL drink still has that standard terrific taste! It's a given that all CBTL branches I've visited are clean and this branch didn't disappoint. I'm looking forward to my next visit!

Cappuccino was awesome, Americano was okay though but ambiance and vibes always compensation for that, sitting arrangement is really nice 👌 One should definitely visit to chill and hangout

I really loved the place! Not only because of the coffee itself but also the services offered by them. Take note, they have deaf service crew who were as efficient as the other crews.

Came here to work, but their wifi was too weak (couldn't even open my email). Tables are sticky and not being cleaned regularly. The cappuccino was good.

Unlike the last CBTL i visited, this one had service water available for those that just want to buy food and not a drink. I commend the management for hiring deaf people as part of their staff. During peak times, finding a seat is hard as most of the people stay for multiple hours to accomplish work. We had to look for an empty table without chairs (probably taken by people who want to fit 5 in a table of 4) and scout for the chairs of people in other tables with extra chairs. So some form of interaction or effort is needed if you want to get a seat right away. For wifi, using two sims I had just enough hours of free wifi because two connections are available with one hour each. As for charging, there is a long wooden table (fits 10 people) with six outlets. It took us 2 hours to get an available seat. Just in time as my laptop was about to die. Overall we spent around 4 hours here. The seats were average and the temperature was slightly cold. No need for a jacket.

The coffee shop famous for its ice blended mochas long before starbucks was occupying all four corners of a single intersection. This location needs to blend.for 6seconds longer, shake and blend for another 6 seconds and it would be perfect.

Great selection of coffee but i like most bout their products are their authentic tasting array pastas.

Terrible service here. Waited over 20 minutes and still no coffee arrived despite staff standing around doing nothing. Never to return Not even a simple sorry. Use to come here almost daily and now no longer. Good job today staff what an epic fail.

Good service. The lady cashier can manage to explain the different kinds of teas after I asked.. The waiters are so stiff and serious..losen up...Suggest to everyone ..dont forget to greet in a cheerful tone of voice upon custtomers arrival. It creates great impression and Impact to the customer, that you are ready to takecare of them.

High ceilings, steel and glass decor in a warm and cozy ambience, and wide seating spaces despite the many seats, with their good quality coffee and decent service (which was kind of subpar sometimes in the past, in the past) makes this such a good refuge. Also the view of the skies in the right seats is soo relaxing.

Is a nice place to hang out. Although at times it gets too crowded even pandemic times. Also a lot of kids asking for donations and people selling stuff keeps going around. They do serve nice matcha latte.
