Kids and the kids at heart (or most generation y and z millenials) would like this place (as long as they have a lot of money). The food is a tad bit expensive but good in terms of presentation and taste. There's WiFi but the couple of times I was there, it wasn't working. Get a load of their waffles. Highly recommended fix for your sugar needs.

The coffee and cheesecake passed the bar. It’s not only a cafe but a bingsu shop. The bingsu is something we have to go back for. The cheesecake is good quality and they also offer soy milk as an alternative non dairy product to go with your coffee. The cafe is filled with wild animals but they’re definitely fluffy, huggable, and cute! It offers a relaxing ambience, soft music and comfort seats. It also has alfresco seating.

Matcha latte is my go-to drink whenever I visit any branches of Zoo Coffee. I particularly like this branch because it has more space and the outdoor seating is nice. I went there on weekend so able to enjoy a less crowded place. WIFI is decent to get some work done. I wish there are more power sockets near the seats like the Megamall branch so we can enjoy our meal and drinks while working at the same time.

The staff training is very poor, the store clerk has a bad attitude and is inefficient, and often the food is still cold after being heated.

Only con is that there almost always no wifi (disappears or disconnects). But the food is delicious and the coffee even better. If you want to relax among stuffed animals and a jungle themed cafe, Zoo Coffee is your best bet. Recommend trying their waffles to pair off with a regular brewed coffee. Open till late.

Has good choices of food and coffee

It's not a zoo but a forest indeed. The interior is very calming and presence of stuffed animals will bring back the child in you. It's a fun place. I love the blueberry waffle to the moon. Been here only once but I have recommended it to friends countless times.

The staff are really nice and the place is a good spot to relax while drinking coffee/tea.

I liked the Red Bean Bingsu but quite expensive for Php270 but good for sharing though. The Chocolate Waffle tastes great and big serving, which is also good for sharing! It has an almonds by the way. 😋

Kape Tol Cafe is an afordable coffee shop for those coffee and tea lover. Despite the cheaper price compared to those leading coffee shop The style and way of serving are also Instagramable.

nice place to chill and have a cup of coffee... if you are a coffee or tea lover... it is a must to try and come back.... they also have some board games or bring your own to enjoy with your friends

Dear Zoo Coffee Philippines, your pasta is OVERPRICED. I am willing to pay for expensive pasta if you provide enough value in return (i.e. sufficient quantity and quality ingredients). In my opinion, you've FAILED in BOTH. Please work on this. =) Your cafe latte is good though so I'm still giving you 3 stars. But really, I felt ripped off with your pasta. Really not worth it.
