I
want
to
start
this
by
saying
that
this
place
is
not
your
average
coffeeshop.
This
place
is
for
serious
coffee
drinkers.
As
such
the
name
Atelier
..
means
a
workshop,
a
place
where
designers
create,
a
room
where
artists
create
their
art
...
as
such
this
place
is
to
create
coffee
perfection
to
suit
your
palate
and
coffee
sensors
This
is
now
my
favorite
coffee
place
in
the
city.
I
am
not
a
coffee
expert
but
i
was
with
Chis,
who
is
a
coffee
connoisuer
(so
i
would
say
i
came
prepared
for
the
experience).
When
you
order
your
coffee
here
you
get
to
chose
not
just
the
beans
but
also
how
you
want
them
to
brew
it.
Since
Chris
knows
how
to
get
the
best
from
the
coffee
he
requested
for
Aeropress
(which
he
said
was
the
best
way
to
brew
coffee
(as
also
confirmed
by
Sam
-
the
head
Barista)
Chris
tried
the
Ruwanda
and
he
ordered
the
Ethiopian
for
me
(both
single
origin
and
fair
trade).He
said
the
Ruwanda
was
good
but
when
he
tasted
the
Etgiopian,
he
told
Sam
(the
head
Barista)
that
it
was
somewhat
lacking
in
body
so
without
us
asking
or
requesting,
Sam
and
his
team
brewed
another
cup
(actually
2
small
cups)
in
which
he
said
he
adjusted
the
amount
of
coffee
to
improve
the
taste...
lo
and
behold
the
taste
got
Chris'
approval
and
i
was
delighted
by
their
intent
to
meet
the
customer's
satisfaction!
On
top
of
that,
Sam
offered
to
do
a
demo
of
how
to
brew
(in
detail)
coffee
to
perfection...
he
did
aeropress
to
Burundi
coffee
and
it
was
awesome.
I
never
had
coffee
these
good.
I
recommend
if
you
want
to
know
or
experience
what
real
coffee
is,
go
to
Malongo
Atelier
Barista!!
It
is
truly
worth
your
time
and
money!!
