This is one of the few places in the city where you can have beans roasted for yourself. They roast in small batches and have single origin beans available which is why they style themselves as an atelier for coffee. They serve food like pastries, sandwiches, crepes and they of course make a wide variety of coffee drinks both hot and cold. There's plenty of parking nearby from where you can walk over

Pretty good coffee, pretty good cookie, amazing space to talk the hours away. Too bad they were out of the vienesse coffee and hot chocolate while I was there, since that tower of whipped cream looked good!

I discovered Malongo Atelier during the pandemic. I’m a frontliner, so I had to be on site during all the hard lockdowns. It’s one of the cafes that helped me and my dog to stay happy and sane while we worked on-site. They’re pet friendly so you can bring your pet inside and enjoy your coffee. So far, the journey of being their customer was pleasant. They were always on time when I had to pick-up coffee (and dine in is not an option). In fact, they have a good selection of coffee. One time, I ordered the wrong coffee via food panda, but did not regret the espresso that I got because it was surprisingly delicious. I did not try yet other items in the menu but I look forward to try most of them. In terms of the service, it’s always been smooth and great. They welcome my dog with a smile and they’re always ready when I ask for ice and water for him. Since then, my dog would drag me to Malongo the moment he sees the door. He is one happy pup customer hehe. The only thing that you have to consider is: -The croissants are good, I personally love the pain au chocolat because it’s really with dark chocolate. But not as cheap as other coffee chains but still a fair price. -The other food like crepes is at the range of almost 300ish and above. The ingredients are good except for the generous amount of butter! One tip is if you try the crepe and you are not a butter loving person, ask them to not put too much. -You have to remember to order by the counter, pick up your food, and clean as you go because it’s a self service cafe -Normally during weekends it’s a nice place to hang out and reflect about your life. The ambience is calm and serene. Overall it’s been a good experience and I’m looking forward to visit again!

Coffee lovers will definitely enjoy it here. The moment you enter, you'll already smell the inviting coffee aroma. They have nice seats and couches, and that nice long table. It's quiet and cozy here. We got the Laos coffee beans roasted and ground right in front of us by their nice expert barista. You'll get to appreciate coffee a lot more. This is definitely the coffee experience.

I want to start this by saying that this place is not your average coffeeshop. This place is for serious coffee drinkers. As such the name Atelier .. means a workshop, a place where designers create, a room where artists create their art ... as such this place is to create coffee perfection to suit your palate and coffee sensors This is now my favorite coffee place in the city. I am not a coffee expert but i was with Chis, who is a coffee connoisuer (so i would say i came prepared for the experience). When you order your coffee here you get to chose not just the beans but also how you want them to brew it. Since Chris knows how to get the best from the coffee he requested for Aeropress (which he said was the best way to brew coffee (as also confirmed by Sam - the head Barista) Chris tried the Ruwanda and he ordered the Ethiopian for me (both single origin and fair trade). He said the Ruwanda was good but when he tasted the Etgiopian, he told Sam (the head Barista) that it was somewhat lacking in body so without us asking or requesting, Sam and his team brewed another cup (actually 2 small cups) in which he said he adjusted the amount of coffee to improve the taste... lo and behold the taste got Chris' approval and i was delighted by their intent to meet the customer's satisfaction! On top of that, Sam offered to do a demo of how to brew (in detail) coffee to perfection... he did aeropress to Burundi coffee and it was awesome. I never had coffee these good. I recommend if you want to know or experience what real coffee is, go to Malongo Atelier Barista!! It is truly worth your time and money!!

Introduced my friends to Malongo coffee. Each one had different orders but all of them tasted good. We were able to sit on the sofa and enjoyed our coffee. The place was not that crowded and the ambiance is cozy. Im glad they liked it.

Situated one One Bonifacio, a quirky cafe but their coffee is superb. I like the quiet atmosphere here and the staff are friendly. This is one of the great cafes if you want to stray away among famous cafes and be distinctive.

Love everything about this place except the location since I live outside of BGC. But great coffee and breakfast. Clean restrooms. Good service. Wish they had more breakfast items on the menu.

One of the few coffee shops out there that makes it difficult for you to get a cup of brewed coffee. So many beans and brewing methods to choose from. I'm no barista but the equipment they use are awesome.

Love the vibe and the coffee. Great seating options with plenty of room to work, as well as it doesn't seem to get too crowded and is a haven for people who are into both work and coffee.

There is only one word to describe this coffeeshop … “ PERFECTO” ❤️💯 I order Croque Madame. I ask to remove the bacon and they replace it to chicken. And chicken and morel crepe. It was delicious. And the coffee ☕️ was siphon and chemex. The staff was friendly. البريستا الرئيسي مسلم " محمد " و كان جدا لطيف و ودود .

I went here on an early, rainy Thursday morning to have breakfast and finish some work before heading to the office. I was supposed to get a croissant only, but the chicken and mushroom upgrade was so tempting so I got it! Paired it with a hot cup of cappucino and it's very filling. There aren't too many people in the morning and you're free to stay here for a couple of hours to work. They have WiFi and sockets available for use. They also sell some products fit for coffee enthusiasts and you're free to peruse the displays around the shop. They have a loyal customer promo, you just need to sign on their paper on your first 2 visits, and get a freebie on your third. I believe there's also a 10% discount on their pastries. They're a bit on the pricy side, but I really enjoyed my short time here.

In my opinion the best coffee in BGC. They have over 14 types of beans too and it seems tout rotate once in a while too. I tried the Mexico beans as a double espresso and I can definitely tell that it's a good one. Looking forward to try their other coffee beans too. I really recommend. You can also go there to work from computer since they have plugs here and there.

Good resting place for a enjoyable coffee and or a small snack they appear also to serve breakfast and various lunch dishes. Most of the offerings are not vegetarian, therefore I choose a cinnamon and maple syrup pancake. It was delicious and came with a ball of vanilla ice cream

Great ambiance, feels like I can concentrate here when I work outside. Baristas are welcoming and explains their coffee variations on their menu. Can't say something about their coffee brews since I'm not a coffee person, however, their pastries and cookies looks apetizing.

It's a bit pricier compared to your staple coffee shops (SB, CBTL, Seattle's), even with Toby's. But that's not why it's a 4 star. Personal preference, I find the menu lacking on selection of sandwiches, no pasta. The selection of coffee "flavors" could also do better. Their price can be balanced by the ambience, and it helps that they're not as crowded as the other staple cafes.

I love this coffee shop! Whenever I’m in BGC, I never forget to grab a cup of coffee from Malongo. Before the pandemic, I used to buy coffee here almost everyday before coming to the office. Now everything’s starting to go back to normal, I pay a visit twice every month. The price of their coffee is a little expensive, but hold on, they are worth the penny! I love how their coffee tastes. I love their flavors! Adding on, Malongo has a wide range of coffee beans. It will be hard for you to choose (drop by at their shop and you will know why). The ambience here is quite relaxing. The lights are perfect, not too bright. It’s a perfect place to eat breakfast, brunch, relax, listen to French music, read books or learn about different kinds of coffee! Here I am having my not-so-ordinary coffee plus croissant before starting my day. Drop by if you’re in BGC and say hello to their friendly service staff!

If you love great tasting coffee and wants a quiet place to hang out then Malongo is definitely the place for you. I ordered a Cappuccino and I promise it was the best I've tasted. Smooth yet with the perfect caffeine punch. The place is also upscale and filled with a huge assortment of coffee makers and oh... They also sell coffee beans which you can ask them to roast to your preference hence it's called Atelier Barista. Malongo is franchised from France. As a coffee enthusiast like me, this place is my coffee haven.p

Ahhh, i can say the best coffee shop i ever visited in bgc.. well, not to exaggerate it, but really, for me, it's a perfect coffee shop ambience is too relaxing, when you enter you'll just say (hmmm wow) their displays of coffee tools and type of beans are amazing idea for a coffee shop.. it is spacious.. the barista is perfect. i forgot the name, but he is a muslim guy there... hehehe, i love how kuya makes my coffee. i usually order flat white or caramel macciato or any drinks with milk whenever i go to any coffeeshop, well not that i don't order brewed or filleter coffee, its just i am not a fan of it. BUT the barista in malongo is exceptionally special 😅in making coffee. We came for breakfast before going to the airport and passby malongo, and we ordered chemex and shipon ( well, mine is chemex as he explained it is ligher than shipon) l, and i forget it was "madame" hahaha and chicken mushrooms crepe... guys, you must try it. It is amazing .. for the price i can say it is worthy for the amazing service, food and the place is really cosy. I'm looking forward to visiting it again..

We have been eyeing to try this cafe in BGC though they've been closed for quite a while due to renovation. Now that they are open, we got to try and loved it so far. Since our tummy's full prior to going here, we just ordered iced coffees and I surely loved tge sweetness. I ordered Java Coffee while my friend ordered the Vienesse coffee but we both have it in iced and they added whip cream on top of it. The music aint loud and it's not crowded that time so we get to choose our seat - probably because its just an hour and a half before the closing time. Will definitely come back for their food as Ive been seeing a lot of positive feedback from their offerings.

Unique coffee experience but a little pricey at 200 pesos per drink. The taste of the coffee special was something I’ve never tried before and I always love stuff that’s new like that Props to them for creating something unique. Cool sofa chairs to sit in and chat with friends and nice ambiance. They provide biscuits with every drink order

Iced coffee is superb! If you love that smooth coffee taste, you must try this. I added caramel syrup for that extra sweet kick. The crepe however is more like a pancake; it's too thick for a crepe. It tastes good though.

This is my go to sit down cafe if I'm looking for breakfast and coffee before work. The cafe is usually still empty at around 7:30 am - 9 am. My mom and I go here also if we want to have coffee together. Good coffee, enjoyable food and not a noisy cafe so we can catch up. I'm a fan of their chicken and mushroom crepe and the chicken and mushroom croissant.

Tried their iced cappuccino, adffogato and kouign amann. The coffee was good and had a good kick but nothing really special. The kouign amann was superb. Particularly loved the cafe because it is spacious. Items are pricey though.

Best Croissants in the Metro, perfect puffiness, airy, and light, as well as distinctly buttery. Flavors not held back and satisfyingly filling. More people should come here! Service is decent with knowledgeable staff

Another coffee shop in the neighborhood but this one packs quite a punch. Aside from roasting on demand right there on the site, they also have a wide range of single origin beans for your coffee break. Admittedly the coffee is a bit pricey for the pour over method but the spacious store offsets that in terms of comfortability and space. Lots of sockets for your laptop and in-house restroom. They also have a great selection of teas and merchandises for your coffee needs.

😐 Had high expectations on the food, but... The Truffle Prosciutto was very bland, no salt and pepper at all! It was very buttery with generous servings of prosciutto, but the taste was 1.5/5... The Vegan grain bowl was okay. Hefty portions of mushrooms and tofu served over black rice and quinoa......
