We visited here for lunch, its easy to miss this place if you do not exactly know it. We ordered the salted eggs chips which were an outworldly experience. Their chicken was amazingly succulent and delicious. We liked the tofu with pork and we did not really like their rendition of Kalderatta. Service was very casual. Recommend everyone to try this out if you are in and around the Pasig area. We will be eating here again.

Treated my team here for our year-end lunch. The food was undeniably good! But the service needs to improve parity with the price of their menu. The incident: *Reservation via social media platforms and Viber was a little hard. They reply with some delays *We arrived at the place around 11 am as agreed during rescheduling. However, they were surprised and insisted our reservation was at the original 4 pm - we insisted! *The place was booked for a private event at around 2 pm and the place was TOO LOUD because they are practicing the DRUMS! We requested a little silence because we can’t hear each other and enjoy the food we are eating (Why accept reservations if you are booked for a private function!?) *Service is bad because of course they can’t hear us calling them! *Late post. The actual lunch happened last Dec 14, 2022

Great spot for some yummy and sinful Filipino fare. Liked both the sizzing sinigang and garlic baby pusit. Parking can be quite tricky at their Kapitolyo branch as spots out front are limited.

A great place where any local carnivore would enjoy a unique take on Filipino dishes. Location isn't along the main street which is convenient for casual dine without the long line. I personally recommend their sizzling sinigang ❤️ The unique take on the classic sinigang is superb 💕

Our go-to place on Friday nights when we just want good Filipino food and beer, and a chill place to enjoy them. Food never disappoints.

There’s nothing more to say as everything is great. Definitely one of the best Filipino restaurants. Loved the Pakbet Ratatouille and Fried Oyster sisig. Their chocnut shake here is at par with Manam’s, but the ice is not as finely crushed as manam’s. Will surely come back.

They have big servings. One order can be shared with 2 - 3 persons. Or if you have a big appetite, you could brave through it alone. I won’t do it but I am sure it will be an adventure. Considering the price, their dishes are really meant for 2 - 3 persons. We tried the porksilog and beeftapa. Masarap. Hehe my BP shot up.

Good place to have Filipino food “with a twist”. The garlic rice was really well made. The soup delicious yet I had the impression you would end up a bit tired of it soon. I’m general, recommended yet not the best place I’ve been.

Limited parking outside, like 4 or 5 cars, the restaurant itself seats more than a handful of tables. Came for lunch but the outside smelled like a dead rat, unfortunately the rank smell permeated all the way inside, which wasn't helped by the mayonnaise delivery truck unloading, which kept the door open and forced us to contend with the dead rat smell for most of our lunch. The oyster sisig had more fillers than anything. I mean if it's oyster sisig, and I get more onion, liver and chili per bite than actual oyster, there's something wrong there. The sizzling sinigang was a little too rich, but nothing a nice helping of rice doesn't offset. What it doesn't offset is the hair in the food, which of course the waitstaff said came from the "shallots". To placate us, we were given free chocolate ice cream, and they offered to replace the sizzling sinigang so their customer service was on point there.

I was initially going to write a really good review for these guys. The entire place was empty and I couldn’t understand why. So many good reviews etc. they blamed it on another place being opened. But I know why now, puking all night from being food poisoned by their signature dish!

I will recommend this hidden gem to everyone. The food is exquisite and flavorful. The head chef knows how to blend different concepts to satisfy any taste-bud. Although it is not the cheapest of restaurants but the food is worth trying. And I mean really worth trying.

I recently had the opportunity to try a selection of Filipino dishes, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed by the bold and unique flavors. One standout dish was the sizzling sinigang, which is a twist on the classic Filipino sour soup. The sizzling plate added an extra dimension of texture, and the tangy broth was bursting with flavor. The tender meat and vegetables were cooked to perfection and added a wonderful depth to the dish. The baby oysters were also a highlight of the meal. They were incredibly fresh and had a delicate briny flavor that was perfectly balanced. Another standout is the mangga and singkamas with baggoong paste. Mangoes is different here in the Philippines. Finally, I tried the kwek kwek, which are deep-fried quail eggs coated in a crunchy batter. The dish was served with a delicious dipping sauce that added a sweet and tangy flavor to the already tasty eggs. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed by the quality and variety of the Filipino dishes I tried. The flavors were bold and unique, and the dishes were expertly prepared. I would highly recommend trying these dishes if you have the chance! I will comeback again .

Fourth Locavore branch I have dined in. I ordered pork chop silog, which I think can be shared by two persons. The salted egg gabi chips were as delectable and rich as ever. A perfect pair to my virgin mojito. I went here around 4pm, which was a good time. I was the only customer so the service was pretty fast.

Great service, and tasty food. It didn't have the traditional sinidang, it's a kimchi fusion. Still has great atmosphere and food!

Locavore. Uniquely affordable Filipino food that will make you full and crave for more. Full of flavors, all the dishes would need to be paired with rice. Always a good place to eat comfort food. Go at odd times though because it's almost always fully booked. Or you may also make reservations in advance

We bring visiting family and friends to Locavore every time. Pasiguenos like us are so proud of this local gem in our city. We order the same meals yet we enjoy it like it was our first time. But I wish that Locavore lower down the volume of their speakers. :)

Best food! Their sauces are super complex and deep in flavour. What a great spin on Pinoy Classics! Our favourites : sizzling singing, lechon oyster sisig (better than Two Season Boracay in my opinion) Pancit luglog, and Mac's boneless fried chicken! Their beers are super cold too!

The restaurant offers a delightful take on traditional Filipino cuisine, infusing unique twists into familiar flavors. However, parking can be challenging during peak hours.

We had a quick brunch here. Coffee was great coupled with turon and gabi chips. We enjoyed all. Great for groups and they serve liquor too.

Slightly overpriced for dinner but excellent for "barchow". Flavors are good, and generally work well but the portion sizes are on the small side. Dishes are inventive and satisfying and would be great with alcohol.

Went here as my mom was on keto diet... i had to search google for keto friendly restaurants in the metro and was excited to learn locavore is one. Upon ordering, waitress had zero idea what keto is. Disappointed to say the least. Food was good, although a bit salty, small portions also. Cut the story short, we did not enjoy the experience as my mom wasnt able to eat much

One of the finest restaurant that serves authentic Modern Filipino dishes. Great place to dine with families and friends. Place also gets crowded especially during weekends and peak hours. Highly recommended!

Love!! TBLP and Pakbet Ratatouille. If you’re vegetable forward but you love your lard, this place is for you. So many years and their food is still so good :)

My first visit post pandemic. We ordered dishes we haven’t tried yet. They were tasty, well presented, good to share. We noticed that the ones we chose were on the sweet side. Adobo, ginataang sigarillas, karekareng pusit. The kare kare was unusual. Stuffed squid with puffed noodles in kare kare (peanut) sauce. Brown rice accompanied these dishes. It was soft and chewy. 800/head for 3 people.

Locavore Pasig Capital is a must-visit for anyone looking to experience authentic Filipino and Asian cuisine with a twist. The restaurant's commitment to using locally sourced ingredients is impressive and evident in the dishes' rich flavors. Vegetarian options are available and are equally delicious, making it an ideal spot for groups with varying dietary preferences. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a casual dinner with friends or family. Overall, I highly recommend Locavore Pasig Capital for its mouthwatering dishes and warm atmosphere.

Great Pinoy cuisine with a twist! Ordered a favorite Sizzling Sinigang and Gabi Chips w/ salted egg. Will order the latter again, the salted egg flavor and aroma is not overpowering, its just right and compliments the gabi, tomato and cheese :) The ube macapuno shake/smoothie is also a must-try!

I've been here a few times before and the food is always good and they have a unique take on local favorites. We decided to hold our son's first birthday here and the staff was great from beginning to end. Super thanks to the Locavore team! Great food, great service. We had a fantastic experience! <3

Its been a while since I last ate in Locavore (years?). We tried this branch in Kapitolyo and the food was so good! The Fried Oyster Sisig is still the most recommended together with the Sinigang. We also loved their Pancit Lulog Ala Cart.
