😠 Literally, I wasted my time here. I'm having a mini stroke couple of months during another lock down. Feeling weak, I managed to walk to their ER but was treated by a nurse staff in the entrance that I am not welcome here. She said that this hospital is private and I should have try the public ones... People often mention hospital, doctor, staff, time, care, doctors, result, room, patient, ultrasound,

Literally, I wasted my time here. I'm having a mini stroke couple of months during another lock down. Feeling weak, I managed to walk to their ER but was treated by a nurse staff in the entrance that I am not welcome here. She said that this hospital is private and I should have try the public ones because it's expensive. I don't want to be here either but this is a hospital and the closes. She even bothered to calculate all the expenses (MRI, blood test, consultations, scrub suit, etc.) that I will shoulder but didn't bothered that I might be dying. I'm just looking for help and some first aid or at least someone who can tell me what to do. In the end, I just went out feeling helpless and began my walk of shame. Maybe it's a blessing in disguise. With that kind of treatment, I’m lucky I am not in depth to this hospital.

If you want to die, go to the ER of UERM hospital where the ER doctors does not care about the patients in need of immediate medical attention! They will make you wait for more than 6hrs and only provide you an unofficial result of whatever test you've undergone then charge you with an ER stay for being there too long! Better go to Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital if you need immediate medical attention. At Lourdes hosp, they will attend to you with a heart of a real person unlike in UERM WHERE NOBODY HAS A HEART at their ER!!!

Please see below my honest feedback and disappointment due to my experience. I went to your hospital June 1, 2023 around 3 or 4PM due to fever and chills with pain in my lower back and headache and I’m feeling weak hence I went to ER. Due to fever the nurses assisted me to COVID ER and a male doctor quickly checked me and order CBC and urine test. I am complaining with the pain in my lower back and headache but I was only seated in a lazyboy despite there’s a lot of empty bed during that time. Take note, I already gave my drivers license which contains all of my personal details but the nurse assign ther gave me a form and ask me to fill-up with my condition. I am alone that time. AGAIN, during that time I am the only patient inside the ER COVID. I. Did you like th service provided? NO - for a big private hospital like yours, Im expecting more CARE, RESPONSIVENESS and efficient handling of my case. I was never asked to occupy a bed, not even offered a blanket because it too cold, only when I asked it, and the LONG WAITING TIME I have to endure given my condition. Again, I choosed a private hospital because I need IMMEDIATE CARE and RELIEF to what Im going through that time. So imagine my frustrations. Moreover, I have a one-time use card from Maxicare. Your nurse called maxicare to use it on first order of lab test, little did I know there will be follow-up lab test so SAYANG! It has 15k limit. Why do I need to pay everytime may need i-lab test. I thought after ng lahat tsaka ka mag pay. The second set of lab test I need to pay in cash which amounting to almost 9k. II. In the scale of 1 to 10 please rate your satisfaction with our service. 3 - mainly because you let me waiting in a lazy boy for almost 12 hrs even if we’ve decided to be admited. Due to low platelets, I was tested for dengue which is negative, the initial finding was viral infection and I think the doctor assigned to me suspected it covid even if im negative to swab antigen. So they ordered rt pcr for verification. But that confuses me because im already negative to swab antigen. Edi sana onset pag dating ko palang since I have fever nag rt pcr na. So doble pa bayad ko. Also, the doctor mentioned I need to be admitted while waiting for the rt pcr result which I agreed. We settle 15k deposit right away. Supposedly, I will be transfered to the room by 12MN but to my surprise, we’ve waited for another 3 hours. Its almost 3AM when I decided to refund and just go home to rest. III. What can we improve to our service 1. Customer Service - You are a PRIVATE HOSPITAL how come my experience is like im in a public hospital. Mas responsive pa yung mga guard sa labas, kesa sa mga nurse at doctor sa loob. 2. Professionalism - please train your people to be professional at wag mag chismisan while on duty. They even telling words againts they co-workers. Some of your nurses and doctors are too noisy. They are laughing while attending to a male covid patient while unconsious. 3. Care - you are a hospital. This should be number 1 to your core values. Mabilis lang kayo maningil ng bayad pero ang bagal ng service nyo. 4. Warmth - I think your people most specially those stayed long in your hospital needs a refresher on core values. Hospital kayo, nasa ER pa ako, pero parang ayaw nilang magkaroon ng patient. So bakit pa sila andoon. Again I was only seated in a lazyboy for almost 12 hrs in COVID ER exposing me to covid even if im negative to swab antigen. It was an awful experience. I want to get mad but Im too weak to talk and raise my voice. Be better! Nasa kamay nyo ang buhay ng mga tao na papasok sa hospital nyo.

We went at the emergency room because it is already midnight. My son was checked but the doctor admitted him right away because his nose bled. The amount of blood that can fill half of the cotton ball. He is 2 weeks old and according to them it is necessary to admit him even without blood tests. The worst thing happened next because the intern tried to put the dextrose on him, they poked my son's hand couple of times because they can't get the vein. They are taking turns trying to insert the needle. I got furious and told them let the expert to that, so they let the resident doctor insert it in a small room upstairs (children's charity ward). After successfully putting the dextrose on him they called me to get him inside the treatment room. I saw him lying there and there was was an inflated surgical glove on his mouth. I asked the nurse why is it there and she said because he is crying a lot. My poor baby, I cried a lot because of what they did and complained because I know that's not the correct procedure. They should have asked for a pacifier and shouldn't inserted something like that which I don't know if it is even clean. It is not the end of it. They told me they will do a blood test. I agreed for all I know they will get it where they inserted the dextrose but alas they poked him on another spot again without informing me. I asked the doctor what is there procedure, why they didn't tell me about it and they just apologized. I know they are just doing their job but hey we are parents we should know the procedures that they will do with our child. Also, my child is not a guinea pig that those interns can experiment. In cases like that there should be a resident doctor that will supervise them. Almost 4 times he was poked on different spots on his body. Aside from that, the guard at the elevator area wanted your ID card to be pinned with you whenever you will go upstairs. One day I forgot to pin it because my mind is occupied with what happened to my son. The guard called me and I told him thanks for reminding, It is here inside my bag I will pin it. The guard made a snide remark telling me that ' bakit bago ka dito lagi ba kayo sasabihan' of course I told him, I am thinking of my son so i just forgot to pin it, He made a scene there shouting on me saying 'puro dahilan, wag kayo umakyat wala kayong id antitigas ng ulo nyo. The worst experience you can ever have in this hospital, hopefully the management can see this post. I will make a blog about this and attached the bills as proof.

I was amazed at how clean and organized this hospital is. The staff were all friendly, from the security guards, to the billing dept., cashier, receptionist and medical personnel. The rates are competitive, cheaper than other hospitals, actually.

i came from 4 different Hospitals, i was really tired that time because i spend time looking for the clinics or Hospitals to complete my laboratories. they recommended this Hospital because they have all the laboratories i needed. but then when i came there (to the Blood bank) and showed them my Request form they refused to get me tested. they said that they don't allow people from outside to get treated there and they don't know my doctor. i cried when i got to the blood bank because i was really hoping to get the laboratories i needed since they all have it. i was disappointed and heart broken. and until now i am still searching an Hospital to get my laboratories done. P.S: the nurses and OJT's students are good. they showed me the way while i was rooming around the Hospital.

Horrible customer service, I just wanted to ask the nurse in the front desk if she’s done with my ID because I feared she didn’t notice I handed it over because she didn’t mind it at all and just kept writing, but she didn’t let me finish and accused me of cutting lines. She told me she’d escort me all the way to the ER but didn’t even went with me halfway and just pointed it out. I waited 3hours in the waiting room from one to another, all just to get a quick 12minute checkup not even inside a decent office but a waiting bench is where the damn checkup took place, they charged me for a ER entrance fee, my goodness I just paid 2k to be in a air conditioned waiting room. My name spelling on the receipt and prescription is wrong pa. The whole thing was a bad experience, the guard was the only thing that gave me hope it’ll be a good experience in the first scene.

The process is too damn long unlike other hospitals/clinics where the workers are competitive. Worst hospital I had been with. Don't ever go to this hospital unless you want to waste your time.

They do not care at all for their patients. I brought my girlfriends mother who recently had a stroke to this hospital for her NR tube to be replaced. They didn't stick the tube properly and less than 24 hours later the tube came out of her nose completely. We brought her back to the hospital again for replacement of the tube. We were in ER waiting for 2 hours so someone could reattach the tube, and they were in complete denial that they did attached it wrong and they charged extra for it. I'll never bring anyone I care about to this hospital again.

I visited their Eye Center, and General Ultrasound on the 4th of Dec. Things went well and the Ultrasound Center told me that results will be released in 2 to 3 hours while the Eye Center in 3 days. So I decided to get my results next week. On the 12th of Dec I got my ultrasound result at exactly 8am while the Eye Center's opened late around 8:15 to 8:20 and my results are still being processed to think that it should be ready by Dec 7 to 9. And the receptionist told me that the doctor is not done yet with the result until today, and i'll have to wait for doctor's arrival and preparation of the results. Question is what time? Been waiting for an hour already and the doctor is not yet here. 2 other patients from last week are waiting for their results... Consistent... Inis in doing business.

My neuro laboratory experience on this place was really nice. I booked appointment, and everything went smoothly. They gave me assistance even on going to bathroom, gave me proper interview and talk to me like a friend throughout the procedure of EEG (1 hr examination). Very friendly staff on that department and prices are cheaper and superb compared to other hospitals. Got my result after 3 days considering it will took up to 5 days.

They have the least number of nice personnel: Guards - chatting most of the time. Will always reply "policy..." Er personnel - esp those in the counter where you enter - "i have not finished what i want to say or request... "Ganun ho talaga... Policy" Lab unit - while in line and you ask for what number is being served now.. "tatawagin na lang ho" i wonder if they clearly understood what was asked or they dont follow their own numbering. Nurses Station - while i know they are studying or busy, isnt it why they were there is because someone needs them? Salute to those who genuinely care and happy to be of service despite the hard work, Congratulations! Service is really your calling. To the others who seem not to be so happy... Pls reflect if you are in the right place. With whats happening, we need more people who care and with compassion. God Bless!

Way back in 2016, I had a miscarriage that time. We went to the UERM, past 7 p.m. and they assisted us at 2:30/a.m. We waited for 7 hours before they brought me to the operating room. I lost a lot of blood and needed a blood transfusion and my husband wanted me to transfer to a different hospital because no one assisted us at that time but they would not allow us to leave, take note just only 1 doctor at that time. I felt that time I almost died. Every second I moved, I felt a lot of blood coming out. I went home, and for a few days, I felt something in my private part and noticed it looked like a chicken fox and it was swollen, I got a 1-month infection. Worst experience I've ever had. Not recommended. I got trauma in this hospital UERM. 1st and last, I will never come back again. I almost died that time. Better go to a different hospital.

Doctors are too lazy. Redundant questions made to me instead of taking actions on what to do. Was forced to stay outside of the emergency room because they didn't have any isolation room. They are unprofessional and rude. Please if you value your life, don't go to this hospital.

I’ve been going to this hospital for more than 25 years. I gave birth to to my kids via c-section in this hospital. Recently (June 30, 2022), I went to UERM to get an RT-PCR test (walk-in) late in the afternoon. I was swabbed at 6 PM and was able to get my result in less than 24 hours. Their charge for the test was reasonable. I needed a covid test certificate for Japan and they already knew the website where they had to download the form. Very efficient! Everyone was kind and helpful. Many thanks to everyone in UERM!

Stayed here for almost a month as my father needed to have surgery. ALL my interactions with the staff (nurses, guards, parking attendants, cashiers, admissions, laboratory) were positive. I was very pleasantly surprised since I already braced myself for impatient responses given hospital staff are mostly overworked and have to handle heavy traffic of people needing assistance. Having said that, I did not have a single negative interaction with anyone there which is exemplary given the length of our stay. Everytime I asked for help or needed clarification on something, the staff would almost always go out of their way to assist. It really made the hard time we were going through a lot more pleasant and bearable having people who made you feel taken care of. Good job to the staff and management for cultivating such a positive environment.

If you are near or living in the vicinity of Dona Imelda in QC, then there's a high probability that you may feel secured that in any case of any Medical Emergency, the UERM Memorial Medical Hospital with a fully equipped Emergency Room is just nearby. -Then you haven't been or haven't experienced the kind of Emergency Room the hospital has.. At the ER of UERM hosp, you will experience something one of a kind.. As a patient, it is but normal to be in an irritated state due to the pain or discomfort that you feel hence wanted to be immediately treated..But low and behold.. be wary that the doctors, nurse and other medical staffs in the ER of UERM wants you to think differently. They do not care whatever you feel or how irritated you are due to the discomfort of whatever illness you have.. What they want you to know, is that they are tired from treating other patients that came ahead of you therefore they want you to understand them and for you not to think and act accordingly as what a normal patient would be like.. You must therefore be prepared to wait for a very long time till the ER Doctor decides to see, check or speak with you and this will be after being provided first with the information from various groups of interns (atleast 3 to 4 group of interns) that will be asking you the same questions again and again and again.. So as a heads up, bring a lot of patience with you as a patient and be prepared to be annoyed, disgusted, frustrated at the ER of the UERM hospital..

Facilities are very clean. Results are fast. The only concern I have is their parking, not too many so it gets full right away. You needed to wait to get inside the hospital. Suggest you find somewhere around it. But for hospital concerns, all is good.

Family doctors are based here so we know them well and very much trusted. There is an upgrade in facilities (had MRI last year). There is a charity section for outpatients. Better if you have a good relationship with doctors since they can reply through text during emergencies. Sometimes, it is also good to have good footing with doctors' secretaries because of the long ques during consultation and doctor schedule changes. Concern is, since they have a school, constant monitoring (repetitive) is done if you are an in patient. Hospital location is near SM for necessities if confined. Canteen serves good food.

Nurses were thorough. Prices were very fair. The doctors could have done more. They didn't do any bloodwork or x-rays. Which given the situation I was there for would've been appropriate. Seemed as though the doctors just wanted you in out next. However we were seen quickly upon arrival with minimal wait.

(Translated by Google) Beware of the ultrasound section (general ultrasound) with a staff robber. Just today july 31 around 10pm onwards, nagpa neck ultrasound ako. Bag on my left side. I'm free when I'm no thief. In my 20 mins scan when I got up there was no more my bag. The internal said Mam fell. When I go cashier I pay 2k just my wallet. I told the guard, then I returned to the top because I knew that my money was not 2k in the wallet at 5-6k. They raised the bed search within the ultrasound room but did not. I said it was impossible to fall because I did not open the wallet. And my wallet is impossible and the money will never fall. I said there was a thief and then I was out of the room. There was a staff member saying "are you really in the money? There was a 2k on the floor on the table and it was four in front. I was scared so my husband and I were shocked to report that the hospital happened. I was told that if I fell asleep it would be said that the intern had seen it fall so he wore his leg. However the guards of seeing my wallet did not really fall in money. My ultrasound result is okay, but my experience is bad. I've also submitted an incident report. You need the money for treating yourself after you've been robbed. University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center's College of Medicine is unprofessional and uneducated. It is indefensible and inexcusable that they never replied to my inquiry about their Doctor of Medicine program and others as it pertains to university life. To all prospective disabled foreigners/international applicants, do not consider in applying to this university and any other for college/university studies in the Philippines. They will disregard your e-mail, postal mail, and phone call for no good reason. If I knew that University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center's College of Medicine would treat special needs prospective applicants like this, then I would have never sent an inquiry. Although clichΓ©, it is who you know, not what you know.

For a "non-stock, non-profit corporation"... Grabe ang Parking Charges sa UERM multi-level car park. As if having a loved one in a hospital isn't expensive enough, the parking charges will surely drain your pocket. Imagine, sa maghapong pagbabantay...racking up P180 of Parking Charges pa lang. Mas matindi keysa malls, or street parking sa Manila. Very inconsiderate. For sure, hindi naman magpa-park dyan kung walang "official business" sa establishment. This hospital is all for profit, and they're not even being discreet about it. It's like they built the car park, not for the convenience of their clients, BUT TO GET EVEN MORE MONEY FROM THEM.

The doctor forgot that he was going to discharge me and rolled over to another day. Couldn't sleep because instead of monitors they use interns to check up on you every hour. No rest = No recovery. We are still here It's 3 hours and counting for them to process a SINGLE patient for discharge. Inefficient Filipino practices still rule this place, make no mistake.

I just wasted my time here. I didn't receive any help with my condition due to unavailability of specialist, but the worst is they are unprofessional when they are responding to you.

(Translated by Google) Very unprofessional doctors, it's all about repping off money to people .. my boyfriend went to check up with a gastro interologist, The Expensive Paid check up P1000, then she recommended him to go to the lab for stool laboratory. The Expensive Laboratory fee is almost P3,000. Another paid Naman. And The result seems to be. Lab 3-5days. We've waited 4 days. And we went to the lab to get the result. When we went there they just gave us "RePORT" not the result. Sabi, let's go to the doctor and let you know the doctor, and the doctor will explain. Let's go, then, if we don't have The doctor. The employee said, we are back after 2 days. We waited Then go back to the hospital to find out The results. We're still early. We waited a few hours, and The doctor talked. That said, The lab equipment does not seem to be complete. !! And my boyfriend paid another P800 just to talk to doctor Yan. Almost P5000 My boyfriend spends and No results whatsoever. First of all you should not recommend a doctor if you do not have complete laboratory equipment. It's just annoying and you're just getting used to it. (Original) Very unprofessional doctors , it's all about repping off money to people.. nagpa check up Ang boyfriend ko sa isang gastro interologist , Ang Mahal pa Ng bayad Ng check up P1000 , then she recommended him to go to lab for stool laboratory. At nagbayad pa Ang boyfriend ko Ng another P800 para Lang nakausap Ang doctor na Yan. Almost P5000 Ang nagastos Ng boyfriend ko at Wala man Lang xang nakuhang results. University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center located along Aurora Blvd in Quezon City is one of the Metro Manila's oldest tertiary and training hospital. It is one of the country's leading hospital providing the best affordable medical care using the latest existing medical technology with reknown doctors and medical specialist. Its medical staff is complemented by residents and interns from its very own College of Medicine and Nursing. It is also one of private hospitals that have its very own Dept of Prosthetics and orthotics complete with a rehab facility. I recommend this hospital.

My cousin did consult at ER last november 16 2020. The doctor gave prescription. After one week my cousin go back by Nov 23, 2020 to get medical certificate and the staff said that they dont issue med cert. what on earth is this hospital that dont issue med cert. we consulted at their facility but cant give med cert. such a disappointment. Where do they think we will get the cert, on other hospital? Bobo naman ng hospital na to. Ang bagal bagal pa. papaconsult that took like 11 hours of waiting just to get the prescription and 2 lab result. Tapos di mg issue ng med cert. private hospital ba kayo? I cannot recommend this hospital honestly. Poor customer service. Super poor service!!!
