Large gym area with a wide selection of machines, free weights and other accessories. Membership is affordable considering the amenities. But, it can get really crowded on after office hours.

Reviews are relative. I live in Europe so I have a different standard than Filipinos. To me, this gym was below standard. All the equipment was in operating order, which is rare for even the bests gyms. There wasn’t a single machine that had an out of order sign. The gym was also very clean, and each piece of equipment had its own cleaning towel. Unfortunately the equipment is pretty old, and the dumbbells weren’t marked with the actual weight. There was a water fountain, but they didn’t provide cups. They also didn’t provide towels to use, nor required you to bring one to use while exercising. The men’s toilet didn’t have a toilet paper dispenser. There is one in the alcove where the bathroom sinks are at, and you are supposed (I guess) to get enough toilet paper there before you go into the toilet stall. All this may be common in the Philippines, but it’s sure an uncomfortable experience for me.

Been doing gym here since the early 2000s. Just friendly place to be. With good set of equipment.
