You can tell the trainers here are also professional fighters. Teaching you different techniques on self defense and self discipline.

Legit martial arts gym in Quezon City, a fighter's place and something different from your usual weights gym in the area. Plus with free parking, which is a scarce in a dense place like QC. For Boxing, Muay Thai, Jui-jitsu and Kali Arnis the place to train. Oss! Pugay!

The coaches are professional fighters. They have a syllabus for Muay Thai so you're there to learn the art and not just to sweat. Friendly atmosphere. Free parking. Rates are cheaper than other gyms. They have a lot of coaches too. Cold bottled water and martial arts uniforms available for purchase on site.

I'm preparing myself to become a professional MMA fighter I would like to train in your gym for me to have enough experience in combat. Is there some kind of a tournament or something that I compete for me to an experience as an amatuer fighter?! If so I would like to know how much for 2 years?!

Beautiful and great overall, all the coaches there are very kind, caring and professional, not just the coach but everyone in there too are also kind and hospitable. A very spacious place to train in too, you can also practice even if your coach isn't there. I would rate it 10 stars if I could, definitely will recommend.

Don't be fooled by the spartan look and feel of this martial arts gym because the coaches here are top notch! They teach muay thai, boxing, jiu jitsu, wrestling, mma, and kali - hence they cover all the fighting ranges for melee combat and can help one become a more well rounded martial artist It's also worth noting that they have a wide variety of students. From pre-teens to senior citizens, they adjust how they coach based on their student's needs. To top it all of, prices for lessons are very affordable. With all the positives mentioned, the downside is that you'd have to be willing to wait for your turn to be coached because there are a lot of regular students here. If you're seriously considering taking up martial arts as a hobby and you're close by, Fist gym is a must-try.

I have been to lots of different places to train, and after analysis how fist conduct their training ground and business is gold, it’s so rare to find a place to train like this you would Instantly feel home the moment you walk in, your coach will analyse your fitness and train you accordingly their supervise you all the way from start to the end of the session, great for all combat sports, Bjj, Boxing, Muay Thai. Make sure you pay a visit and experience it for yourself.

I tried other gyms during this pandemic. I could say that Fist Gym has the most professional approach when it comes to health and safety protocols. They also have this training syllabus which is different from the other "commercialized brand" of gyms (E****). The other gym I trained at had coaches that can't wait to finish your 3 rounds of focus mitts just so they can get rid of you. The Fist Gym coach that facilitated my training went through each and every details of the technique he taught. The highlight of my training session wasn't the one-on-one punch mitts part, but rather the whole session itself! It's worth your money and time. Plus factor is the ample parking space at the back of the building. I just parked and went upstairs... no more waiting time and uncertainty in terms of parking slots. Highly recommended! But make sure to book your training first as they observe limited gym capacity as mandated by the government.

As a 25-year old living an extremely sedentary lifestyle 6 years ago, I wanted to try Jiujitsu. Fist gym was recommended to me by a close friend, and I was so anxious to go at first because I had ZERO physical activity in the past 3 years. I went in and had a trial class. And I never stopped going since. This gym is the most accommodating gym you can find! Bonus point: they have a spacious parking lot which is considered a rare gem in metro manila these days.
