Its still a new mall so I'll consider that for the lack of shops. The air-conditioning is great though and the location is quite convenient since it's just infront of a main road. Grocery at the bottom, appliances on the main floor and clothes at the top.

They've got the best indoor parking. Spacious. But I have to take the stairs going down from the 4th level. Only 1 elevator was working.
