High End Mall. We been here and lots of security roam around because VIP is coming. Stores are not much familiar. Customers are I thinks rich because luxurious brands/store are here.

Clean and has nice surroundings being located in a mixed-use development of Ortigas land-Ayala.

Its has small art gallery. The place is not crowded and it a lot of food store to choose from. They also have an open space to breath. Condominium are still available in this area. If your interested I can assist you.

Not congested mall yet. Pet friendly mall. I saw lots of visitors strolling with their cute pets. I noticed most establishments there are nice restaurants. Mostly, are for group of people. Some of the diners are group of families and office people. Some areas of the mall are too cold. There is also an SM dept. store section inside. Parking is available as well. I think they set up a chapel in the 4th or 5th floor. We attended the mass this recent Sunday. There are plenty available ATM machines if you need to withdraw cash. Overall, I like the place. Go and explorer.

Updated review: I've been here too many times now.in.the past.couple of months to update my reviews now that I've been to every nook and cranny of this mall. Food: There's a plethora of places to eat, but mostly catering to the mid-higher end of your wallet. The only fast food here is Jollibee.and Burger King. Though there are kiosk stands of Siomai House, Belgian Waffles and Potato Corner to name a few. There's also a mini food court just beside Unimart having Buko Juan, Paotsin,.Mythic, etc. And the newly opened TAPAddiction at the end of the hall. As for the higher-end food places there are many to choose from and some of them you will not find at SM or other malls. One of them is Yedang - the best Korean restaurant for value. They won't put a hole in your pocket just to have a better Korean meal than most places. Not eat-all-you-can place, but quality than quantity is what I could say. Another is Hai Chix and Steaks. There is Unimart as mentioned before - a supermarket better than SM in almost every way. You would also find things here you wouldn't be able to find in any other supermarket. The restrooms are clean, the mall is generally clean. Outside a stone's throw away is Capital Commons park if you want to escape the comfiness of aircon places and get some natural breeze. Also to note this is a pet-friendly mall together with the park. I came to love this mall more than any other malls I've been to - yes even moreso than Mitsukoshi in BGC.

It's a nice big mall and very confusing the exit and entrance also doesn't have regular fast food chain that kids like. I do like the variety of food but if you take your kid they will have a difficulty finding a place to eat kids tend to be very picky and go to where they are familiar m

I was around the area for a necessary errand and decided to drop by for a late lunch. I haven't been here since the start of the pandemic. A new policy they've just implemented is for customers to scan a qr code upon entry and when visiting the individual stores inside the mall. This is for them to enable contact tracing. You'll need internet access as it goes to the developer's site. A bit inconvenient when doing it for the first time as you'll have to fill in your details. As for stores, most are now open though not many customers yet. Most are mall staffs or those working at the nearby offices.

Estancia is a clean and spacious mall with lots of dining options. They also have a lot of cafes and a small SM department store where you can shop for gifts or beauty goods. For your grocery needs, you can head to UniMart, which is on the other side, on the same property. Others: 🔸 It's less crowded and smaller compared to the likes of Robinsons Galleria or SM Megamall; 🔸 Estancia is pet-friendly, you can definitely walk around with your dogs here comfortably; 🔸 This is the location of BIR RDO 043; 🔸 There are occasional fairs at Capitol Commons Park.

This is a fairly mid-sized mall with only a few floors and is basically one long strip of interconnected buildings - from Unimart on one end to the SM Store on the other. It's very spacious inside and it has a decent "park" beside it.

Nice mall. Lots of trees and restos. My favorite destination when going out biking on Sundays. Lots of people walking, running, out with dogs in the mornings. Great place to visit regularly for shopping groceries or exercising

Easy to get to, there are parking options, good crowd, good food choices and while it's small compared to other nearby malls, the mix of shops and stores are enough to get you most of the things you need. There are fewer options for breakfast but it's good enough. There are also bars at night with live performances. overall, it's pretty neat, elegant, and just busy enough that it isn't boring and not too crowded either. One thing I didn't notice is a cinema but maybe I just missed it

Practicing proper protocols, nice restrooms and few mall-goers on weekdays. Feels and smells clean and sanitized! Keep Pasig Pass or any LGU pass handy as it is needed whenever entering the vicinity.

The mall itself is quite small compared to the nearby malls like shangri-la. However, if you wish to avoid large crowds this is the best place. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, the mall operates at a very limited time only 11am-5pm while on partial lockdown.

There are so many high end stores to explore. There are only few people inside, less risk of getting the virus. Wide bench are also available inside so you can sit for a while after a long walk. Lower ground floor is the best! There are so many restaurants to choose from.

Due to COVID restrictions this place has lost some stores and stalls. Nevertheless, it is still a great place to walk around and shop. The personnel strictly enforce social distancing and health protocols to their visitors. Essentials stores and services are still open while some specialty shops are still available. I come to this place to shop as I dislike going to crowded places even before the pandemic. A great variety of restaurants can also be located within the malls and outside. Take note to always take your parking ticket with you as the parking payment stalls are located inside the mall and not at the parking exit. They offer cashless transactions as well. This is also a pet friendly establishment so expect to see dogs to be walking around with their owners.

One of the more upscale malls in the Metro, Estancia is iconic for its dog-friendly and family friendly policies. It's very accessible from public transport, the roads and walkways are pedestrian-centric and PWD-friendly. All in all, a good mall to spend time in and do some shopping or chilling.

Clean place. Requires Pasig Pass before entering. Showed our vacc cards to dine in. Lots of free parking slots on Monday noon, paid of course, P50 for first 4 hrs on weekdays. Not too many people around which is how it should be with alert level 3. Was there to buy lunch and meds. You wonder how deep the pockets are of businesses to keep themselves afloat.

Estancia's a great place with high-end boutiques and a nice chain of food shops and restaurants at the basement. Brightly-lit as well! It's got a multilevel SM dept. store too, and some mid-level shops abound too.

Estancia is our friendly neighborhood community mall. It has a community vibe and it feels so homey especially during weekends when there’s more outdoor activities by the park. It has just the right mix of stores and you can have your general needs bought here. Lots of food choices too :)

The parking is well-managed by roving Security Guards. It's not yet a crowded place.

It's been a long time since we've been here. A lot has changed. But the atmosphere still feels the same...nice, clean, cool and organized. Why organized?...well, cause most Malls are very chaotic, not clean and too noisy. It's like you're in a palengke. I know it's harsh to say. But really, we need more quiet or minimal noise areas today more than ever. Reason being that too much noise causes stress and stress related sickness that lessens the lifespan of us humans. So..if you add pollution and noise pollution, equals to diseases and death. Anyway..that's my opinion. Still enjoyed taking a stroll here. Hope we can visit again soon. God bless

The staff is very accommodating and there are less crowded. Items maybe few unlike to other SM department store because of its size.

At Blue Wonder Coffee. At night, you can look down on the lights of passing cars and the city from the window seat. In the middle of the walk, I had a very nice coffee time .

One of the best malls to go to for errands and essentials. Unimart, SM Department Store, Mercury, Uniqlo, etc. They have it all for you one-stop errand run. Best thing for me in Estancia is, parking has never been an issue. Restaurants are a bit limited compared to other nearby malls, but they do have good variety. Mary Grace, MannHann, Coco Ichibanya, Jipan, Banana Leaf, Mediterranean, and Alba, to name a few.
