Cramped and overpriced parking plus it's hard to breathe when you're down in the basement since it smells like raw sewage. Security personnel are oblivious when asked about places inside the mall and disrespectful when answering. I only went here two times, and both experieneces were horrible. If there weren't any goverment offices here then I wouldn't even bother and now, I would rather go to a farther location for our NBI clearance or LTO appointment than here. Cleanliness is comparable to the Marketplace in front of Don Bosco Mandaluyong, which is not saying much. I didn't think I'd hate a mall this much.
