This was my home for 4 months when I was in Manila for my board exam. My experience here in this dormitory was special since this place was conducive for studying. In fact, I never left the dormitory to study because the room itself is spacious and quiet. A plus-factor is the air conditioner! Im sure every student out there would want to rent a room in this dormitory. As for the price, it is reasonable for a student like me. Overall, this was a perfect place for my review during the board exam.

Every time I miss my home, for me there's nothing place to live in. But there is this place what they have called Monchere Dormitory. The staffs working in this dormitory are very accommodating and very eager to help the tenants, whenever needed. This is I think the best place to replace the home of every student as it gives more than what is expected.

Really clean, bathrooms and facilities are cleaned regularly. Staff are very nice and friendly. Utilities are right at your doorstep. Not literally. But like the laundromat inside the compound, eateries, stores are right at the gate. Best place for its price. Also really close to most schools and review centers.

They have friendly and approachable staffs, the rooms are well furnished and the lobby is nice because there is free WiFi and you're free to watch TV, also you can study ; A nice dormitory for students and reviewees who wants to focus on their undertakings. I stayed here for 4 months during my review season. It is just a walking distance to all the needed establishments. Our review center is just 5 minutes away from walking. The National Bookstore is also near for student needs. This dorm has been our home away from home when we first got here at Manila. The ambiance made us feel safe especially about implementing the curfew. The guard can also easily identify the tenants which is a good thing because safety is the priority when choosing where to stay especially here at the big city. The staff are really friendly and helpful when it comes to the needs to our rooms. This Dormitory is highly recommended for all reviewers and all students since it is in the U Belt area. God Bless!

Had great memories naman, but would be nicer pag hindi nagsisiwalaan mga gamit ko after maintenance visits. Also may mga staffs na ma-attitude although wala na sila dun before I left 😂, had a horrible time with them though, they would overcharge you if you let them compute your bills 😂. If you don't have friends with you, pa-swertihan sa roommates, I had an experience with someone kleptomaniac din, and they couldn't really do anything about it. But I made good friends naman. P.S. Bantayan niyo rin sinampay niyo, minsan nawawala. But some of their staffs were real nice, guards were friendly, have some great experience din with the ates on laundry and some kuyas in the maintenance. But again, you take the good with the bad.

As a tenant here for 6 months. I can say that I’m quite satisfied. The facilities are great and the staff are so accommodating to whatever concerns one might have. A 10/10.

Spent 5 months here in this Dormitory. 4 months with my friends and a month alone. Had fun living here! Safety is guaranteed. The facilities are nice. The lobby's crowded especially at night. The vicinity is near schools such as CEU, FEU, NU and others. It is also near National bookstore and morayta school supplies. Food is not your problem, downstairs there are food stalls (karinderya), also a bakery 💯, printing shops, laundry and all. It is also near Manor Review Center, Prime, Top Rank, and etc.
