This hospital is mostly made up of incompetent nurses. If a patient ask about the medications, most won't be able to answer it. Some just pass the bulk to doctors. Some nurses have never even once tried to insert an intravenous line. Around 80% of the employed staff have connections inside the hospital or at the city hall. Frankly, the process of application is based on who you now. It is an open secret that the chief nurse and even the director have relatives or friends who they 'recommend' to be promoted even if they don't have deserve it. End up, poor nursing service to patients.

Please, the waiting area for patients outside the hospital building. Please let the patients relatives seat on the chairs and NOT YOUR BELONGINGS. Was very much frustrated, went here and was waiting outside since only one relative is allowed and I cant sit on the chairs as it is fully booked by some patients relatives bags etc. When it should be sat upon by a HUMAN and not by THINGS.

What is your Hot line? I have been trying to call all morning - checked all possible numbers in the internet and they are not working. According to the internet - your trunk line is 524-6061; 524-6062, 524-6063. In the Event of Emergency - you cannot be reached?

(Translated by Google) Bargain bill. I call for patient transfer should the case be answered without any room under renovation. The nurse even talked to me. In other words, it is noteworthy that there are dw patients in the wards in any case. My hospital is dirty. (Original) Napakawalang kwenta. Tumawag ako for transfer ng patient sana kaso ang sagot lng sakin wala dw kwarto dhl under renovation. Npaka rude pa ng nurse na nakausap ko. Ang sabi pa, halo halo na dw mga patient sa mga ward kahit anong cases. Npakaduming ospital nman nun.

(Translated by Google) Doctor is very impressed with OB ER .. Alam nmi. We need but maybe you'll have to ask or talk you always angry at the patient and do not care ... We are looking forward to giving you a chance to spend a lot of time .., not to mention..Dr. Baby Elizabeth .. You're still in love, you're just a little .. But your voice is like a dragon, .. If it's not fun to work in you, you're not a complainant and shouting ... I'm thankful for an OB that's so kind. ., higher doctors are more kind than dra. Baby elizabeth .... Hopefully you will change your life .., you too. (Original) Napaka impakta ng Doctor sa OB ER.. Alam nmi. There's a lot of 5 / 1 star reviews, but my experience was somewhat of a mixed bag. I collapsed at a nearby hotel, and was totally out of it. In and out of consciousness, and was very poorly. Not wanting to be overdramatic, I thought I was going to die! I thought I had contacted malaria or something dreadful! The Good: They took me there quickly, and I was put on a drip almost instantly. Which worked wonders from the off, but it took me pretty much the whole of the day to feel well enough to walk. I knew it was a private hospital, and therefore expensive, so I didn't want to stay longer than I needed to. This is when things took a turn for the worse. I was never given an official reason why I became ill. The best I was given was dehydration along with some sort of infection. Maybe they didn't know the actual infection, which would explain why I was told to purchase a list of pills as long as my arm! They were rather unimpressed when I said I wanted to leave, and had to sign forms to indicate I had gone against the doctor's orders. Then came the ugly part. Trying to leave. Due to being rushed to hospital I didn't have physical money on me. I tried explaining this to them time and time again, but they would not let me leave the hotel to get the money - which was quite a significant amount by that time. Even got a burly security guard to stand in the way. I was made to feel like I was some sort of criminal, when in reality all I want to do is get out of there, and feel better! They got me better, which is the main thing, but the attitude and some of the insane restrictions placed on me was nothing short of ridiculous.

Through this review I hope to make all aware of this hospital staff lack of empathy and respect to patients, I was with my fiancรฉ in the emergency section as she was pregnant and had some bleeding and noticed immediately that the staff were not going to be accommodating and helpful simply by the body language and lack of respect to the fact that I am not a Filipino national and any instructions were given in tagalog to my partner who happened to be scared over what was happening and I felt helpless. Aside from this where I come from patients have the right to refuse a male presence or conducting any procedures specially that involved this type of procedures related to gynaecology, even after us showing my discontent with this I was escorted out of the room with no explanation whatsoever while my partner was panicking inside. What has absolutely upset me about this and to be quite frank people like this should not be working in the health service at all, is the fact that we were informed that my partner had suffered a miscarriage and while this was informed the resident gynaecologist was having a laugh with her male colleague. This lack of remorse says a lot about this poorly managed hospital, I don't blame the ignorance of those clinicians but I do hold the management and the leaders of this institution accountable for the bad experience encountered here. The way you treat your patients is extremely important, train your staff, make changes to management if needed.

Worst hospital experience in a while. Youre better off going to manila doctors or elsewhere as they pretty much charge you the same anyways. If not only does my childs pedia is a there... CONS: NO PARKING - they have a public parking space in a bldg in front of the establishment which they share with pearl hotel etc. Although they dont shoulder at least part of the expenses. Rate is 50 for the first two hours and 15 pesos for every succeeding hours. ( it will cost you mire than 300 pesos a day!!!!!) LOUSY STAFF - thus includes some of the nurses as well as their mitigation officers for philhealth etc. C CLASS FACILITIES. - dont let the "renovated" lobby fool you, its a facade. You will be greeted with an old small room ( if youll compare the rates with others, hindi nalalayo yung room rates mas maliit pa yung floor area ng large private nila)

This hospital needs to close down. Too many patients are waiting outside even at 4am and there is even no guarantee that everyone will be accommodated; while the staff on the other side of the building are too glued on their phones. You can see the discrepancies when you go inside. Mamamatay po mga pasyente sa labas kakahintay. Diyos ko.

I am extremely DISAPPOINTED. The staffs are RUDE. Poor service. The patients need to wait LONG HOURS JUST TO GET A PULMONARY CLEARANCE. Please be considerate with our TIME. Donโ€™t accept patients if you CANNOT ACCOMMODATE. I came here the first day, waited for 5 hrs only to be cutted off I had to go back the next day and wait again for 5 hours.

Was admitted due to contractions on ny 34th week of pregnancy. Admission was smooth and when i had to go through emergency C section, the facilities were adequate, the supporting doctors were able, and my OB who is a consultant in manila med were all able to deliver my baby safely. My baby had to stay in the ICU for a week and was cared for vwry well. Even the student doctors were all very well trained and more importantly, very kind.

I was confined last Spetember 5 at 8:23 am room 827. These are my experiences: First, I was advised that I will undergo an xray though I already have a swab test done at San Lazaro Hospital on September 1. I got the result on September 4. I was advised by the Dr that I will only need a Swab test before the procedure. He added that rapid test is the only additional test needed if I will be confine more than 7 days but less than 14days from the day of the swab test. So I was surprised that I still need to undergo xray before the procedure. I can not do anything about it because I was already confined. What's the logic behind it? Then, an Infectious disease doctor went to inform me that. I was charged P1500 for an infectious disease doctor. Second, my sister processed the Philhealth on September 7 afternoon because we were advised that the cut off time is 7pm. I asked her to process it because I was waiting for my husband to drive me home from hospital and might not reach the hospital by 7pm. After processing, she went to the billing section to process the discharge at around 7:00pm and was advised to leave the hospital before 7:30 because we were already discharged. I talked to the guy from billing section and asked why I should I leave right away even if I was charged for the a whole day based on your ADMISSION REMINDERS bullet 4 that if I will be discharged within 6 hours from the admission time, I will be charge 1/2day and whole day if more than 6 hours. Technically, I was already charged the whole day and why he told us to immediately go home if its paid? So, I asked if I could stay until 12md to wait for my husbands because he was on an errand during that time. Surprisingly, I felt that I was begging to stay for the hours that was already paid. Third, the overprice Medicines: 1. Skudexa tab 75mg/25mg (MCM price P120) SOUTHDRUG @P60.00; ROSEPHARMACY @59.75 2. Senokot forte 17.5 mg (MCM price P49) WATSONS @22 SOUTHDRUG @58.00 FOR 3+1 PCS 3. Zegen 500mg tab (MCM price P178) SOUTHDRUG @P70.50 4. Daflon 500mg. Tab (MCM price P112.00) - SOUTHDRUG @P47 These were just purely web search and I totally understand that you're a private hospital. But overpricing more than half is too much. That's the reason why one of their rules is for you not to bring your own medicine. Their medine price is doubled! Binggo!

Poor service. Waited 1 hour for doctor, eventhough I was the only patient. There's another 4 hours wait for x-ray result, because needed radiologist to analyze x-ray images. The doctor didn't provide medical certificate for insurance reimbursement. Also the doctor had already prescribed medicines although result of the x-ray wasn't yet available.

good day I just want to share this last july 10,2020 we went to your hospital to have bcg vaccine for my baby we called to have appointment and make sure for the said vaccine but the pedia Dr. who was assigned that day on opd just vaccinated my baby I thought it was bcg like what we've told him but after he inject the vaccine I am shocked that it was a 6 in 1 vaccine can u imagine my baby is only 15 days that day it was supposed to be a bcg vaccine. and I know that other vaccine besides bcg and hepa b vaccine should be given after 6 weeks of my baby. and what shocked us more is that the 6 in 1 vaccine cost 6,000. 00 pesos. and we are not been informed about the price and about the vaccine all we thought it is bcg like what we've told him. so I am writing this to your hospital and hoping for actions..

Had an appointment for swab test, pagka fill up ko ng form they led me to the Emergency Room. A male nurse in a red suit declined to assist me onset. Claiming that their laboratory is not accepting tests today and that they had problem with the equipment to run the test. I went bank to the lab to verify -they said swab test was available, so I went back to the ER to confront the nurse. Only then did they assist me. It also took too long to be discharged. I waited for hours after having tests done. No sense of urgency considering that it was the Emergency Room.

You could literally be bleeding to death in the front door but you'll have to wait for the doctors to come back to lunch.

(Translated by Google) At first I thought we would go to the ER to have a swab test my older brother like don at the other hospital in Manila doctors because when there is a cough I immediately think maybe covid. Fortunately, there was an angel nurse who heard me tell the nurses that my brother's cough was two years old and it might be tuberculosis and we had already appointed Dr. Mendoza. So according to the nurse, Doc called and sent us up to the 3rd floor. Ayun, ambait din ni Dr. Mendoza. He looked at my brother's x-ray and he had tuberculosis. And prescribed the right medicine.

Ininform kmi of our swab test results later than expected. When i asked them what i needed to bring to pick up the results, sabi receipt lang..the next day, my husband was told that authorization and ids were needed for all five of us which caused us further delay...

People were pleasant and helpful, especially the guards, the registration peeps and the wheel chair attendants. It's just sad that when we got an appointment online then went there the next day, the fees for the MRI MRCP for whole abdomen were way too different. I just wish they can be more considerate to their patients in educating and informing them about the procedures and the fees.

Worst staff. Only need the salary from the government. Even normal saline they cannot provide. Have to buy everything by your own. The only free is the rudeness service and no compassion at all to the sick.

This hospital makes their patient suffer in pain. No enough doctors and nurses. As what I observe their staff always use cell phones and don't know how to handle patients

Went to this hospital due to my baby's emergency reason but staff aren't accomodating, tried to show the refferal form from the clinic we went before going on this hospital but the one in the front desk don't show interest at all, instead they will leture you on a different matter. By the way ask how long will it take before they will let us in, but guard say they are still busy inside. This hospital treats my baby's case as if it's not an emergency.

02/14/2024 - 02/15/2024 E.R. nurses and staff are incredibly rude and disrespectful. We understand that the E.R. is flooded with lots of patients, but at least respond to your patients' inquiries with basic human decency and respect. What we received was way, way far from how medical staff are expected to interact with their patients. The E.R. nurses never failed to answer our inquiries with a hint of condescension and irritability. They often ignored some of the patients' request for assistance, despite having asked numerous times. Be better.

This is what happened to me when I came across OM, I was hit bya bus and we went inside OM with the conductor of the bus to pay for my hospitalization that was 40 years ago I thought they have changed but it's not. Orthopedic hospital repeated my cast on my foot done by this hospital. It was not properly done, aside from staffs are like turtles they dont know how to put a cast on one's leg. What a catastrophe this hospital needs to be closed down for wastage of space for hospitals

I went to this hospital today and I am grateful to all the staff, from the entrace Security Guards, ER Nurse and Family Medicine Doctors for accomodating me so well. They are so attentive upon my arrival in ER. They assisted me with so much care. This Hospital is indeed Bagong Ospital ng Maynila, the place is so clean and organize . I hope that it will be maintain . It's one of the best project made by the former mayor Isko.
