I went to this hospital due to the facility. Its clean, not pricey and near our place. If hospital lang no question its a 5 STAR. But the OB I got was a mess. I had miscarriage she advised me to have D & C. She told me her price I never haggle or ask for discount thinking its a Prof fee. Well to cut it short I had my D & C. After 2 weeks Im still bleeding Im thinking I was stressed/relapsed or in Tagalog "nabinat". I went back and told her I have some big Clots but She said it should be the last. Recommend me to have an ultrasound which I did the OB Sono mention that there is something and I need to get back to my OB. I went back and she gave me a prescriptive med and mention I will be bleeding and it will stop.I waited for 2 weeks as advised. However, Its been more than a month but its not showing any progress. Im just at home laying down watch TV but I got tired already by 5 pm knowing I don't do anything. I had some research and ask some people who got miscarriage mention they only bleed for 2 weeks.I went back to my OB and told her Im still bleeding. She ask me to have a BHCG Test when I got the result I went back Immediately even if Im in pain already. Then she told me its a Trophoblast and it could be cancerous. I need to have a D & C with her again. My husband and I got frustrated. I don't have sleep for almost a week. I was traumatized of the thought that she said I could have Big C. Most of my friends recommend me to go to another OB and have second opinion. Then I went to one clinic and got an OB SONO she examined most of the results and check on me. She was very careful and told me that Its not the G Trophoblast. Based on the blood she saw when I had my IE she's leaning that its something that is left behind. I was scheduled for doppler and Trans V ultrasound to finally rule it out. So I went and to my surprise its not the G Trophoblast BUT its a remains from my pregnancy. WHICH means DOC NDC made a huge mistake she didn't scrape it all to think its near the Cervical canal which is so impossible to be missed. I had my D & C with my new OB and after 12 days the bleeding is gone. Doctors saves life NOT a BUSINESSWoman in my case. As a proof attaching here the receipt. Please do not delete. GOD BLESS YOU

What a terrible experience! I'm sorry to say that they (esp staff nurse) are merely performing their duties for financial gain, without true, compassionate service! You must follow up repeatedly if you require assistanceย multiple times. We also waitedย five hours for our discharge clearance. Aside from that, there are no doctors around, and we NEED their expert advice. Hence, this hospital is NOT recommended, especially if you are in the middle class. Absolutely, they will not prioritize you.

Excellent doctors, rehab services and my girlfriend had surgery here. X-rays, Labs and MRI imaging are quite reasonable. Billing practices are strange but that is the same everywhere in the philippines.

One of the hospitals in Manila that have wide options of specialists and have complete facilities. Updated review as of 2022: They have smooth and organized protocols during COVID. Online results for labs and radiologic services are being offered which makes things easier.

Doesnโ€™t even deserve one star. So incompetent. Simple procedure became complicated. No ICU available. Interns attending to ICU patients. Unfriendly, uncaring nurses... keeps shouting in the ICU. Instead of our love one recovering, Iโ€™m attending the wake. And they charge big time ๐Ÿคฌ

Poor service for the confined patient, doctors and residents are manipulative just for money, as well as practitioners don't know how to take care the patient. Nurses are rude, some are plastic and liars, they don't tell the truth about the real condition of the patient. They carelessly put medicines which cannot improve the health of the patient.

CERTIFIED SUPER SUPER SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE TWICE IN A ROW - from Doctors who will never show up but will charge you horrendous PFs; - rude nurses This is the service you get from a premium, and so-called world-class hospital in Manila. And we were in a big private room. NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN. Spare yourself and your hard earned money from this money making machine without real, genuine, compassionate service!

Giving 3 stars because we had a mix of good and bad experience at this hospital. This is our hospital of choice, atleast if you compare them with Chinese Gen or Manila Med, I can confidently say that they are better. Our outpatient experience here was very good. From HMO office, Lab, Nurses, Doctors and their secretaries, all gave us a pleasant and warm service. We always go back here for our outpatient medical needs. Their facilities is good and the vibe is almost similar to Medical City. It's a different story when my partner had to rush his mother to their emergency at the wee hours. Their staff posted outside the Emergency Room were bad discriminating profilers. They gave warm assistance when you look rich or arrived with a private car. But if you look poor, they will just stare at you. We arrived on their emergency room using a barangay ambulance. My partner is wearing his everyday home clothes, shirt with holes, shorts with holes. It is a an emergency so ofcourse we didn't have the time to dress up. When we arrived there, no one came near to us, to assist us to unload the patient. The guard just stayed at his pedestal, unbothered by the ambulance siren. I was the one who even grabbed a wheelchair from their door to the ambulance. Maybe they thought we are just a barangay health worker or "tambays" because of our clothes and it is okay. Until, I witnessed how they assisted someone who arrived on a Toyota Fortuner. All of the staff including the guard went to the Fortuner to assist that patient. The guard urgently grabbed a wheelchair and they are all energetic. Very different when we arrived on a barangay ambulance. Inside the ER, my partner told me that their behavior changed when they found out her mom (the patient) and him are platinum members. They were all of sudden fast, caring and attentive. They probably got surprised how a beggar looking guy with holes in his shorts is a platinum plus member. This will still be our hospital of choice despite that incident because of proximity. Although, I hope that they give the same treatment to anyone regardless if they look poor or rich.

Admitted in this Hospital from 25th-28th feb. And my insurance paid 123,386 pesos for my bills. Very Disappointed! Don't deserve any star on the hospital. Employee's are very arrogant! (Except few nurses are nice)others Feels like they are just there because they need a JOB. Price are Very unreasonable the way they handled there patient. -very arrogant employees -they dn't care with there patients at all - harsh! -unhappy employee's! -i have sleepless night on my last night due to miscommunication of nursing stations and doctor. I ask medicine but no medicine to give. Financial dept are not nice all, amateur. Recommend to train them on how to handle customer service not just local but international payment. They are too lazy talking like palengkera! Specially Beth Legazpe credit inhouse department. Bastos! She Need to send for a training on how to handle digital payments. As she is very slow. arguing like she is not working in Hospital industry.

Agree to what others say. This hospital doesn't deserve a 1 star. They almost killed my spouse (was diagnosed with UTI) because of the medicines they inject/give without even testing on him if he is allergic. My spouse had allergic reaction. The nurses are careless. The doctors are hard to find. For 2 weeks confinement for a simple UTI, they charged us P320,000 pesos. Only P100,000 covered by my HMO and PhilHealth. They do not accept promissory note. But they accept post dated cheques. So I issued PDC for 1.5 years. Or 17 PDCs for the remaining balance. The finance supervisor was rude. She did not want me to issue P10,000 worth of Post dated cheques payable for 2.5 years. The audacity she told me "Hindi pala kayo dapat pumunta dito sa private hospital kung kulang or wala kayong pambayad! Dun kayo dapat sa public hospital pumunta!". And because my husband is an expat, she thought that we have a car (as collateral). When I said we dont have any, she asked for my house & lot title. Luckily its still under a government housing loan program. I gave them instead a copy of my PAGIBIG Housing Loan statement and my husband's Social Security pension statement as documents to approve my 17 PDCs. They didn't have a choice and realize that I would be sued for bounce cheques anyway. This incident happened last February 2019. Good luck for those without HMO and to the poor. We never went back to Manila Doctor's Hospital after this incident.

Honest Review: DOEST NOT DESERVE 1 star. Specially Medical Records Section. Very poor service. They are worse than the government. Slow process in getting birth certificate, getting discharge summary. We got discharged a week after but their records are still not available. We were able to get our medical records half month. They wanted payment first but the service is really poor. Doctors fee are very costly. It seems there is a business going on on this hospital. Nurses are liars as well and you need to follow up everytime regarding results. When my wife got admitted (after delivery cs) and her IV (very simple) was already empty and we already called multiple times that the IV needs replacement, it took several hours to be replace. Admission in this hospital is also very expensive. They do not even have water refill station (for cold water), you also need to buy everything like pillows and slippers for the patient. Even the cr, when out of tissue really need to buy for your self. Really sucks! We will never go back to this hospital again!! I hope people clearly read this. I thought this hospital claims to be "Worlds Care" hospital but it seems their vision is "World most sucks Management" hospital we encounter. Worst than government process.

The ultrasound section were so slow. You have been in the business for more than a decade and yet you haven't addressed this problem. You know for a fact that you have a lot of patient for US you should've atleast separate those section for inpatient and outpatient. We have been there for more than 3 hrs already and yet they are still serving inpatients. Then in the logbook there were spaces i don't know if that is alloted for the staff's relative or friends or whatsover. Management should do something about this.

Very poor patient service. Doctors charge high professional fee but very hard to be contacted when needed. They actually dont show up still charge you with pf. Also, uncaring and rude nurses. Will never go back to this hospital ever again. Better go Asian, TMC or Makatimed if you really want quality service thats worth paying for.

My mom is receiving treatment at the wound care center for what they believe are vascular ulcers. It has taken a long time for the wound to heal so they performed a culture and sensitivity test. I asked when my mom could come back for a follow up and the secretary said she is scheduled to come back in 2 weeks to see the doctor. 2 weeks??? They did prescribe her some pain medication but sadly, they are not working. Right now, my mom is holding off on taking antibiotics awaiting the results of the culture and sensitivity test. 2 weeks is excruciatingly painful to bear just to wait for an antibiotic prescription, don't you think? What is the issue here, are you guys short staffed? Is there only one doctor overseeing all patients there? If that doctor is out, do you not have coverage? Please, if you cannot provide treatment in a timely manner, it does not make you less of a medical professional to refer out so your patients do not suffer while waiting to be seen.

I had a check up with Dr. Angus who immediately suspected that I had a dengue fever. He advised that I be admitted immediately. At that time, it was hard getting through the reception area because they were already asking a certain sum of money prior to admission and we didn't had enough cash. But after waiting for almost an hour, the staffs accommodated us without requiring any paymet. During my 4 days of stay, the doctors were always around the clock. Couldn't thank Dr. Angus and his team enough, I felt well taken care of. Since this is a private hospital, fees for the use of their facilities can be a bit pricey. But it's clean and nice, almost like a hotel plus the doctors are very friendly.

I can perfectly recalled what happened last January 10,2020 No Covid Yet. My father has a stage 4 prostate cancer, he was rushed in their E.R because of severe stomach pain. Doctors started to gather data so we gave it to them. we asked them to address the pain first since basic medical infos were given already enough for them to diagnose and give immediate treatment. but no.. 1 doctor will come ask a lot of questions will left then another comes ask same question and left and so on until on the 5th doctor we got.mad and said tulungan nyu muna si papa. puro kayu tanung wala ba kayung chart?! My father is saying ang sakit sakit na, kunin mo na ko lord! We told them kanina pa kami paulit ulit. then thats the only time they inject a pain reliever. but the pain did not went away. its late at night around 11pm. 6am na ng na admit sila sa room. ng pain drip awa ng diyos nawala na yung pain.then several doctors are checking every 2 hrs. xray and basic laboratory were late which is an sop pag pasok palang. No checking of oxygen. Kami pa nag allert sa kanila na parang hirap si papa huminga. 1 doctor checked and told us na kailngan na dalhin sa icu. we got the chance to say our goodbyes. we never knew what really happened why my dad died. they put in the record pneumonia. Low quality skills of doctors we're shocked on what had happened on that day. my dad stayed for just almost 2 days. He Died that day Jan 12,2021 Bill is 500K +.. so if you have the means, gi somehwere else. dont repeat our mistakes. This hospital will not do anything to save your love ones. They will just let your love die without a fight. Dont Go Here! Period.

I got my visa medical certificate from them. I went to the designated laboratory and asked the receptionist about the tests needed for my medical. The receptionist told me to take 4 tests worth P 11,000 plus. Went to CSH to ask where to get my medical form signed and to my disbelief, they told me the tests given to me in the laboratory were the wrong ones and since it's already being processed, I couldn't refund it any longer. I spent 2000 more on completely different medical tests. Despite that, I give them credit where credit is due. The team in CSH was kind; they kept saying sorry that I can't refund my previous payment in the other department. Lucky for me, I had enough money at that time. Not all people can afford this kind of mistake. Hope next time that you tell patients which tests to take for pre-departure medical, youโ€™ll check with all involved departments first.

Charges are not fair. My cousin was in the ER for 12 hrs. She shouldn't be charged 4 times ng PPE.. The fact that she had PCR test and was negative, meaning anyone who come near her are safe. They don't need to change PPE anymore every time they come in. PPE's are charged more than 1k? Too much burden for the patient. It is the hospital's responsibility already. Magkano lang naman ang PPE?

My aunt had a bad case of cellulitis and was an in-patient at Molino Doctors Hospital for 5 days with no improvement at all, so we decided to transfer her to Manila Doctors Hospital since they have a wound care center and we assumed that she would be taken care of better than the previous hospital she's at. We were right. The moment she arrived at the ER she was given 2 tetanus shots and in less than 24 hours her status SIGNIFICANTLY improved. I could not be thankful and grateful enough to the compassion and dedication of all the hospital staff that took care of my aunt- from the ER to the ward staff and her attending physician Dr. Galang. Thank you so much for your care and competence. WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL.

I inquired for TB quantiferon test last friday, and they told me that the running time would be every tuesday. I stayed at Pasig and I have to pay 500 pesos for the taxi fare since I just stayed in a hotel near my agency which is in Pasig (I'm from Mindanao btw).I came back today,Monday, since their cut-off as wsht they said is from 8-2. I came in the lab at 12 pm.The recept said that they would just call my name. 15 min later,I inquired again and they said that they would just call me. But an hour later, still nada. So I asked the recep again but in the end,a medtech told me that they already send-out the tb samples and I should come back again for tomorrow. They should have just told me in the first place that I can't avail the test! The MT even referred me to another hospital. I'm a medtech myself so I am so frustrated on how they handle their patients. The receptionist was not even accomodating!

This hospital is accessible to those bringing private cars, by public jeepney or even by LRT, since it's strategically located just walking distance from the UN station. It also has great selection of restaurants such as Cafe France, Pancake House, to name a few for quick bites and, even, heavy meals. Their staffs (guards, utility) are friendly and accommodating.

Finding a parking spot is very difficult. They have a multilevel parking but parking slot is limited and is mostly for doctors and staff only. Youโ€™ll be force to park on the street which is not advisable or look for parking several blocks away from the hospital. If you have a schedule to meet, most likely you will be late because of this or if it rains youโ€™ll be stranded even if you brought your own vehicle. This adds stress and inconvenience to patients. This has been a long time issue that has not been addressed by management. I myself have moved to a another hospital mainly because of this.

Today Dec 30 at 1230 pm I rushed my daughter to Madocs ER due extreme lumbar pain. We stayed at the triage area which is a makeshift garage portion of the hospital. After 30 ++ mins she was ushered in and I was not allowed inside. Luckily our doctor was doing the rounds and went to see her. by 2pm our doc recommended that she be admitted and gave the instruction to the resident doctor. The resident said that they are quite occupied in the ER so it will just take some time processing the papers for admission and I perfectly understand that. I went home to get clothes and came back around 330pm. I waited at the garage area again. By 6pm i was constantly following up. By 8pm the HMO coor finally talked to me regarding admission saying it was just relayed to them that time. Around 10pm i finally got a room for my daughter. So I went to the ER to tell them the room number. ER staff said they had to wait for the 12f station to advise them. So I asked how I can help expedite and was told that if I want I can go to 12F which I did. And the 12F room was ready but ER is supposed to be the one to coor w them. I was lost somewhere in the translation. Now as I write this, 1230am, my daughter is still in the ER hoping somebody remembers that she needs to be brought up to the room. Madocs is my go to hospital. I am satisfied with how they run things. I hope somebody tells me what just happened today. Because of fatigue and desperation I lost strength to argue with anyone. I just hope management takes time to assess ER and evaluate its procedures. Something is very wrong here. Just an additional note, during the 12 hour ++ wait, I was not the only one complaining.

My first visit to Manila Doctors Hospital was a positive experience, surpassing any hospitals I've encountered in Cavite. The facility even boasts its own food court, which aligns well with contemporary expectations and technology standards. However, in contrast to this modern amenity, the appearance and condition of the doctor's rooms left something to be desired. It felt as though they had been frozen in time, reminiscent of the 1990s. Small room, ventilated, yes, but crowded outside.

Now I understand why the rating in our hospital is low, the services of the doctors, frontsedk and nurses are not good. Imagine the process of their HMO is complicated, the elderly are still watching. You go to HMO and your paying for it then doctors will be paid in cash on top of the coco life most especially the pedia there on the 2nd floor next to the HMO pedia doctor. Also, the service is better at Manila Med hospital, their HMO process is fast, just across the hospital, it's very fast and the nurses are smiling right away, asking hello, how are you, baby, you'll just get bored waiting there.

I had a very positive experience in the wellness hub. I would recommend this service but you need to schedule ahead of time. I was able to get most things done by 11 am.

One of my trusted hospitals. I once went to the ER due to EOB. All nurses and doctors who checked on me were nice and I was amazed with the one who took my blood sample. Normally I am scared because most nurses from other clinics are painful to insert the needle. But the nurse in MDH was very skillful, I literally did not feel any pain when he inserted the needle. Of course I felt the needle but it was the first time I did not feel pain.

Very inefficient onboarding process and pointless covid protocols. They will let anybody in provided you are vaccinated but if you are fully vaccinated without symptoms but you have a pending antigen test they will not let you in EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT GETTING ADMITTED. I CANNOT SEE THE LOGIC IN THAT

Risky for patients coming in alone for a brief, routine outpatient procedure like cataract surgery. The changing room in the 4/f Operating Rooms Complex has no hooks or chairs where you can set your things down to change. Seems MDH expects us to put the clean hospital pj's, cap, booties on the floor along with our purse and street clothes. If you are elderly and need to sit down to disrobe and to get dressed, you will need a companion to go inside with you. Tough if you don't have one.

Dont go here. Worst hospital ever!! Especially the ER. They will make you wait for more than 2 hours before they will accomodate you. All the employees are all snobbish and dont entartain your concerns. You will see they laugh and talk to each other and not doing anything. Worst of the worst hospital experience ever.

(Translated by Google) I came here with my brother yesterday to check up on my brother who has been coughing for two years and we have an x-ray and I think he has tuberculosis because of my dad. Suddenly, their nurses immediately said that it was covid and I could see the reaction in their eyes that my sister was immediately judged to have covid. Seriously? Are they really that desperate to judge right away and they don't even know when my brother started coughing. It would be nice if my brother started coughing just a few years ago, they would have been okay to judge like that. Those who swear by their profession have become unprofessional. Better at Manila Medical Center even better. One Star is to much... Realy bad Hospital. Let my Husband stay for 2 days complete alone in a room without food and water. I cry on the phone to see my husband like this - a jail is a better place. After 2 days i ask over phone for water and the answer - you can buy this outside. Please learn about to take care of people. After 4 days i told my husband to go out of this hospital. Very fast to present the bill. At least - no help and over 6 hours waiting to prepare the over prized bill. More than bad - if you wanna stay alive then stay outside of this hospital. We give this all to our attorney.

Don't go here, they'll force you to pay for things you don't need at all and have the total incompetence to charge you for equipment they somehow accidentally break themselves. All happened to a fried of mine during surgery, of all things. If this is your only option, I'm very sorry โ€” just stay wary and don't fall for anything they say. Don't back down from anything you know you shouldn't be subject to. If you're a foreigner, don't even think twice about being admitted here.

Very inconvenient process. Too long. Patients will still have to deal with the LOA for HMO cards, while they would have called it like in other hospitals. Waited for 4-5hrs because there was a queue at the LOA then also a queue at the billing bag to wait again for the injection. It's just a short injection, but it's a scary process before being injected. So disappointed. I hope I don't go here anymore. ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

I don't know if all hospitals have become like this after covid, but at this hospital you will feel that everyone... from doctors, nurses down to their janitors have become unsympathetic towards patients and is only working for their own gain and the hospital is just making money. This hospital is not in the top 5 but it is still expensive. The price paid was not worth it, a life was lost and relatives had trouble from emergency room until claiming of the death certificate. Service wise, it was terrible. Emergency service where patient felt neglected. Companions also can't enter until 12 hours later you will know that patient couldn't breathe anymore (because patient practically had no immune system) and needed to enter the covid ward. Emergency nurses and doctors are digusted at the patient. A patient having more than 10 doctors and those are consultants. Diagnosis and Prognosis were unclear. Doctors who tend to pass the blame to the relatives ("Weren't you informed?"). Medical staff basically aren't pro-active and you have to ask every single thing. Interns who do not know how to talk to patient and relatives ( who would tell you to get the item needed and hang up on you) and are practically robots or who are doing things by the book. And then, you would just hear from other people, "Oh, we have that service." or " We have that item, we use it for..." but we never had these service. A patient who could still walk into the emergency room became bedridden and degraded into a vegetable in a month's span. Death certificate was problematic as the doctor didn't train the doctor in charge on what to do and numerous revisions done added insult to the grieving family. The medical abstract was a pain to obtain and didn't contain the detailed explaination as to what happened to the patient at the course of the confinement. Also, reading said document felt like it was written by a failing medical student. I personally do not recommend this hospital. Their on duty nurses ( probably the same as anywhere) are by orders and do not have compassion or sympathy for the patient. Their on duty residents are disappointing and felt if there is no physical problem seen then there is no problem... likewise executing traits of no sympathy to patients.

Waited an hour outside the emergency area because the triage nurse is not in his post. The guard kept on calling him because the ER is not busy. I had to bust the ER door after an hour just to have my son checked.
