We
went
to
the
hospital
at
10:30
am
to
have
my
Mother
check
up,
cudos
to
the
doctors
outside(triage
staff)
for
accomodating
us
nicely
and
promptly,
the
doctor
advices
us
that
he
will
request
for
Xray
and
CBC
for
my
Mother.
After
the
check
up
we
waited
for
the
next
step
which
is
the
Xray
and
CBC,
until
its
already
1:30pm
and
no
Xray
and
CBC
happened.
I
approach
the
triage
staff
and
make
a
follow
up,
their
answer
they
dont
have
any
idea
we
just
need
to
wait
for
the
call
of
the
Xray
staff.
Good
thing
the
Xray
staff
went
out
and
the
nurse
point
me
to
him
and
advise
me
to
ask
him.
In
my
surprise
the
Xray
staff
says
they
are
waiting
for
2
more
patient
before
they
will
start
with
an
xray
thats
the
protocol
daw.
3
patient
in
a
row.
So
i
told
him
we
are
waiting
for
31/2
hours
already
what
if
the
2
patient
will
come
at
6pm
then
6pm
you
will
give
my
Mother
an
Xray?
The
Xray
staff
says
okay
i
will
inform
them
inside,
at
2pm
they
called
my
Mother
to
have
an
xray
already.
Take
note
the
request
is
Xray
and
CBC,
for
the
CBC
they
get
the
blood
at
3pm.
Means
from
10:30
we
are
in
the
hospital,
they
took
the
blood
for
CBC
at
3pm
Xray
at
2pm.
Of
course
we
still
need
to
wait
for
another
hours
for
the
result,
until
5pm
no
result
yet.
And
my
Mother
is
already
tired
of
waiting
so
the
doctor
advise
us
to
return
on
the
next
day
to
get
the
result.
I
went
back
to
the
hospital
on
the
next
day
in
the
afternoon
and
i
did
not
bring
my
Mother
anymore,
in
my
surprise
again
no
result
yet
for
the
Xray.
Hahaha,
nakakatawa
talaga,
buong
araw
na
nga
kami
yesterday
and
now
wala
paring
result.
I
waited
again
for
another
3
hours
bago
lumabas
ang
result,
take
note
its
because
of
the
lobby
guard
who
helped
me
get
the
result
inside.
If
not
for
him
maybe
it
wiΔΊl
be
delayed
again
for
many
hours.
I
understand
its
a
govnt
hospital
but
waiting
for
that
long
napaka
impossible.
They
need
to
revisit
their
system.
We
cannot
just
say
because
its
govnt
kaya
ganyan
ang
service
nila.
Kaya
tuloi
napupulaan
ang
mga
govnt
employees
because
of
the
bad
service
they
are
giving.
Not
all
but
some
really
they
dont
care.
